Financing, vehicle way over priced
August 3rd, Bought a 2012 f350 lariat 110k miles for 32k,traded a 2013 f250 lariat diesel for 16k, put 14k down and was financed for additional 24k, truck was beautiful,went to sign paperwork and ron offera 36,000 mile warranty no cost. everything seemed good till that night I noticed no interior lights, checked fuses and bulbs and all fine, did research...

My brand new vehicle was picked up by the dealership so they can complete the POS inspection that was never done. The driver picked up my vehicle and then once it was returned we looked over the vehicle together and it was damaged. The driver acknowledged that there was no damages on the vehicle prior. The dealership is not taken care of it or apologized. They took my vehicle and brought it back damaged. The driver name was adam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Ms. had amble time to inspect the vehicle and point out any flaws she may have been unhappy with prior to delivery. We have added FREE paint and fabric protectant to attempt to please Ms.. Her complaints are nothing more than an attempt to not pay us the past due balance she owes on the vehicle. She has gone as far as to pay us half the balance with a "promise" to pay the rest. I am not offering any resolution to her complaints. I am only offering to give Ms. the second key to the vehicle upon making us whole.

Go out driving and come back to start car and it wont start Wont pass aims testing already tried, I have had no car for over a week and the previous loaners that they give me are trash so Ive had to cancel trips, they wont call me there is no communication unless I call them and then they no nothing, had to track truck down today to see where it actually is All this is from a purchase on 6/23

I purchased a Audi 2018 on July 31. The vehicle has minor damage and I requested a pricing reduction, the dealership declined and stated they would bring me a loaner vehicle to Columbus and repair my new vehicle. I called about the repair, they brought a 2011 Mitsubishi that smells like cigarette smoke, and was very dirty. The manager *** acted like he was doing me a favor by bring the "loaner", explained this was apart of a deal and this was not a favor. I spoke with the General Manager and Owner ***. The dealership solution was for me to stop driving the loaner. I asked for a clean loaner vehicle or refund for rental.

My girlfriend and I went in yesterday to look at purchasing two cars, she did not have her driver license with her and was not ready to purchase but we saw two cars that we liked and so we put a deposit on them to hold until we made a decision. We told them we would be back today to discuss and we clearly said do not pull credit until we have a chance to come out and speak with you, we do not want a credit pull until we were there on site and ready. We are still at work and have not left yet and planned to leave around 3pm to talk to them and we just got an alert that our credit was pulled three times without our permission. We are placing fraud alerts on our accounts and have spoken with *** fargo and *** already regarding this issue and they are aware and investigating. We would like the dealership to revoke their pull and admit that it was not pulled without permission so that the pull can be taken off of our credit history.
