I mean, seriously, it's like they just threw my stuff in a bubble envelope and let it get tossed around during shipping. By the time it got to me, everything was exploded and unusable.

I've got pictures of the last two orders, and let me tell you, it's not pretty. The black bubble envelope was wet with product and powder, and the inside was literally the same color as my skin. My product boxes were all smashed up, and the only thing salvageable was a makeup brush that was protected in a Kat Von D box. But let's be real, you can't give that to anyone unless you want them to give you the resting B-face.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from KatVonDBeauty.com. Sure, I love her products, but the headache just isn't worth it. If you want to save yourself some money, time, and energy, just order from Sephora. They've got the same stuff, and you won't have to deal with the frustration of receiving a completely destroyed package.

I had ordered for two eyeliners on 17th December, 2023 to be delivered to my aunt’s hourse and paid extra for one day delivery as I live in India and my aunt was supposed to travel in 2 days. The order supposedly got delivered on 23-12-23 despite all my emails asking to cancel it reaching deaf ears. Now she got her mailbox checked by her son and it’s not even there. So the company claims that they delivered the order but it didn’t reach us. They are again not responding to my complaints.
