I recently purchased two eyeshadows from Stila Cosmetics and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the colors. However, after using them only three times, the tip of the wand broke off for both of them. That's probably why they were marked down by half price. When I reached out to Stila, they didn't offer to replace the eyeshadows, but instead asked for pictures and for me to pay for the return shipping. Like, seriously? That's too much of a hassle for me. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

So, I wanted to give my thoughts on Stila Cosmetics. I recently tried out their eyeliner and at first, it was amazing. The color was super dark and it stayed on all day without any touch-ups. I was really excited because I thought I had finally found the perfect eyeliner for me. One thing I will say is that their prices can be a bit high. I understand that you're paying for quality, but sometimes it's just not feasible to spend that much on makeup. However, if you're willing to splurge a little, I think Stila Cosmetics is definitely worth checking out.

Overall, I would recommend Stila Cosmetics to anyone looking for high-quality makeup. Just be aware that some of their products may be a bit pricey and you may experience some issues with their eyeliner. But don't let that deter you from trying out their other products!

So, I recently got my hands on a new lip liner from Stila Cosmetics and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. When I received my order, I was excited to try out the new shade I had picked out. However, to my surprise, the color was not what I had ordered. I was a bit confused and frustrated, but then I found out that the color swatches on the website were named wrong. It was a mistake on their part, but I understand that these things happen.

I decided to reach out to their customer service team and let them know about the mistake. They were quick to respond and apologized for the confusion. They even sent me another lip liner in the correct shade. However, when I received the second package, it was the same wrong color! I couldn't believe it. I tried to stop them, but they had already shipped it out. I even sent them photos of my original order to show them the mistake, but they ignored my emails for two whole weeks.

It was frustrating to deal with, but I understand that mistakes happen. However, I do think that Stila Cosmetics could have handled the situation better. I recently made a purchase from Stila Cosmetics' website on July 20th. However, I was disappointed to find out that nine days later, my order had not yet been shipped. I decided to cancel my order and sent an email to Stila's customer service team. To my surprise, within an hour of sending the email, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. I also received a response to my cancellation email, stating that my order could not be cancelled as it had already been sent. Although I found this to be a bit suspicious, I decided to accept it.

When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that both items were not to my liking. They were filled with glitter and just not my style. I have dealt with many companies in the past that offer prepaid return labels or at least include a return address on the invoice. However, Stila did not provide either of these options. Instead, I had to contact their customer service team to get their return address and an "authorization number" that was required to be included with my return. I also had to explain why I was returning the items. To make matters worse, I only had seven days from the time I received the authorization number to return the items.

Although I have dealt with similar return policies in the past, I found this to be quite irritating. I quickly sent my items back and made sure to include the authorization number on the invoice and on the front and back of the envelope. Stila received my package two days after I sent it. However, it took them about two weeks to process my refund. I was disappointed to find out that shipping costs were not refunded and I had to spend an additional $7 to return the items.

In my opinion, companies that use this type of return policy are scammy. They are hoping that customers will forget to send the item back within the seven-day timeframe or will not include the authorization number, so they do not have to issue a refund. I prefer to deal with companies that offer hassle-free returns. Although Stila products have been hit or miss for me over the years, I would recommend purchasing them from Sephora or another site that does not have a complicated return policy that ends up costing customers money.

So, I ordered an eyeshadow palette from Stila Cosmetics and when it arrived, it was broken. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I could just contact their customer service and get it replaced. Well, let me tell you, that was not the case. When I reached out to them, they basically told me to go f myself and that they weren't going to replace it for me. I was so disappointed and frustrated with their lack of customer service. It's a shame because I really like their products, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again after this experience.

Got some stuff from Stila Cosmetics website, but gotta say, the eyeshadow I got was a total letdown. Like, seriously, it was so bad it made me want to scream.
