Very happy that I chose to have Kamrell replace my doors/windows. Initial sales contact/order placement, scheduling and installation happened as promised. Professional, competent and clean. I was impressed that Bruce (owner) came in person to verify the measurements and make sure we understood the process and outcome. The crew was efficient and worked as a team, each one knowing exactly what to do and reacting to clean up immediately. A manufacturing defect caused the replacement of two sash and the screens and a few finishing strips did not come together with the windows. Bruce personally called to understand the pending issues and initiated action to address them at our satisfaction. As I am a "snowbird" the finishing pieces will have to wait until I'm back in Florida. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Kamrell.

Kamrell is very professional and we would recommend them to anyone that wants their job done right! They replaced our original windows with impact windows. I am glad to say they exceeded our expectations. Our sales person, [salesperson's name] was very good at his role explaining the timeline, costs, measurements and assuring us that Kamrell uses their own crew to do the job from start to finish. That was important to us after having a horrible prior experience on a home project by a company using subcontractors. Our windows were installed by Steve, Lopez and Jovanny, all top-notch hard-working guys that took pride in their work. Communicating with the office staff was so easy, Pati was a great help with any questions or concerns we had. The owners of Kamrell Windows and Doors have hired very capable people and truly know how to run a business.

They sold me an impact door that has a huge 2" high threshold. That was never explained to me and you can not find that in any documentation anywhere and they tell me I should know better. I find that to be a very deceptive sales tactic. This is a brand new front door, double doors with large sidelights which was very expensive. My other complaint is that they have already indicated they will file a lien and they have not completed their work. They have not installed the finish trim on the outside and the inside of one door and they have not installed the trim on the inside of the other door. Also the trim to help hide the exposed tile they have left on my floor on the inside is very not at all satisfactory. It also does not help with the potential liability that has been created but having such a large threshold. I have inquired with my own contractor to try and find a solution to this problem. You cant get a wheelchair or a walker across this threshold. This is an accident waiting to happen.

Very professional company to work with starting with the salesman, office personal and our installation crew Mike, Cisco and Angelo. Showed up when they said they would, very polite and professional through out our project. Prior to leaving they made sure that we were satisfied with our new window installation. I have to say we were very pleased with Kamrell Windows & Doors during our window and lanai sliders replacement process. The product is great and just what we ordered. The company was prompt on their start times and the installers were very professional. The workers seemed to enjoy themselves and were very conscious of doing everything possible to prevent any unnecessary disruption or dust during their work day.

We only have good things to say about this experience and have passed along positive comments onto the many folks here at the condo complex who made inquiries or expressed an interest.

Kamrell Windows is in my opinion a first class organization, starting with the office staff and ending with final installation. In all aspects they were professional, thorough, attentive to detail, and ensured the job was done correctly the first time. I have had interactions with other "hurricane window/shutter" companies in the Stuart area and none of these companies come close to what Kamrell offers. Customer service seems to be a forgotten aspect in today's environment, but not with Kamrell. If you need ANY of the areas they offer for your residence, look no further. Great experience from start to finish. The salesman, Austin, was professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. He explained in detail the products they offered and provided an estimate timely, as promised. The office staff was friendly and efficient in notifying us of the status of our order, and in scheduling the installation. Kamrell uses their own crews for installation, not subcontractors. The installation crew was professional and did a great job. They arrived on time, were meticulous when removing the old windows and doors, and when installing the new ones. This was such a great experience we have already recommended this company to friends and neighbors.

A few months back, my husband and I started searching for a company to buy and install Impact Windows on our home. After doing our search we decided to call Kamrell Windows and Doors. From the first phone call, and followed by Sales Executive, Austin, who his professionalism and eagerness to answer all our questions, we signed papers and work was scheduled for the job! Everyone at the Kamrell business were always nice and helpful! !
