So, I went to Mister Window to get some new windows and stuff. The dude who sold me the stuff said they could make skylights and expand my doorway for some big sliders. But turns out they don't do that stuff. He also sold me some small windows for upstairs, but they can't even make windows that size that open. They offered me some picture windows instead, but that defeats the purpose of getting new windows for air circulation. After a lot of hassle, they finally agreed to cancel the contract and give me my deposit back. I asked for a check, but they put the money back on a credit card I didn't want it on. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience.

But then, they started calling my mom over and over again, asking if I still wanted to use them. My mom told them no, but they kept calling. She had to block their numbers. Then, some guy from Mister Window started emailing me, asking me to use their business. I sent an email telling them to stop and they said they would. But today, I got another email from another Mister Window guy asking me to use them.

I signed up with Mister Window and then Greg C. called me on 12/28 to tell me that the product was changed to PGT Windguard 5500 and it would cost no more than 8200. I got an email confirmation and the windows were put in on 6/4. Sevice Finance CompanyLLC (Mister Window provider) did the financing. They called me to ask if the work was done (it was, but one window is broken). They haven't fixed it yet and they said it will be scheduled for September. When I got the bill on July 1st, I saw that the amount financed was $9031.50. I called and left a message about the billing error and the window repair date, but I didn't get a response. I've called at least 5 times, and I called today to let them know that I still haven't gotten a refund or credit to my account. Elizabeth said today that they're working with the owner. I want this fixed. Thanks.
