Amazing Experience.
I bought a very handsome watch that was dark wood with emerald green face at mid summer fest in Andersonville, Chicago. Under $200. Wood except for workings. So many compliments. Loved it and the boost in small talk. Not me I'm a talker. But I felt at times, it took muster for them to tell me. I stuck my hand where I shouldn't have. Pulled, snap.
Put up. Found again. Sent to be repaired. Turns out, that edition is no more. They were sorry, but could send a new one. Sure.
Well today I got them both!

Can't talk to anyone, no live chat, and they don't answer my emails. The phone number on the site doesn't work either. This sucks because it was supposed to be my son's main Christmas present. I hope this review makes them answer me so I can fix this before Christmas. PLEASE!

12 / 20 / 2020 Don't buy from this store, it's a waste of time. I bought stuff a year ago and it took forever to get here, like almost 2 months. This year they said they'd deliver before the 20th, but it's been 3 weeks and they're not answering me. Their customer service is terrible, they never fix anything for their customers. They always blame other companies for the problems, never themselves. They're a joke of a company, I thought they got better but I was wrong, twice.

I don't think you should work with this company. Their stuff looks cool, but I've bought a bunch of things from them and they've all had problems. I got a watch from them recently and it falls apart when you wear it. They said I could exchange it, but I gotta pay for shipping both ways. It's been almost a month since I paid for it and I still can't use it. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone and when they do email me back, it takes days or even weeks.

I buyed a purse for my wife on Jan 3rd. On Jan 18th I still hadnt got it and I emailed support email. Got a reply back. I told lady it was for my wifes bday on 2/3 and I needed it by then. She said they were in the process of moving and that I would have it by 2/1. I didnt get it. So I started emailing again. No reply. I have emailed multiple times and gotten no reply, I have chatted in multiple times and no agents are ever available, and I tried calling the number and it has a message saying to leave a message or email. It is now 2/9, almost a week after my wifes bday and I have no purse for her and no communication from the company, but they took money no problem. Worst experience I have ever had.

They never answer me back except for one short email. I asked them to answer my question, but they ignored me again. I don't get how this company works!
