MOSAIC Members with Global Pass and Confirmation number CNACWO. Called to find out why we have not been given Pre Check on out boarding passes since we were given the Mosaic designation and to find out if we were getting Pre Check on the next flight on Sept 13th. Waited 13 minutes to speak to an agent and was put in contact with someone out of the US who spoke with a heavy accent. She put me on hold listening to music for another 10 minutes while she attempted to contact a “Mosaic Crew member”. I finally hung up and called again. This time I waited 15 minutes to speak to another foreign crew member. She advised that the Pre Check would be on our boarding passes on the 14th. Asked where she was sitting during the call and she said “Kenya” Africa. It’s appalling that JB uses crew members who are from outside the US and who have a heavy accent which makes it difficult to understand what they are saying.
