Jericho's Delivery review: Delivery company scam

I am verifying this Jericho's delivery company that have been contacting my brother and sadly my brother already paid 80, 000 pesos and they are still asking for almost 15, 000 for them to deliver the package. I already think that this is a scam but my brother is so eager to take his last chance to send another 15k. Same story with the complain above, that he met a syrian soldier online thay asked him to keep his money since there are war there in Syria and when the war stop, he will claim the money here in the Philippines and will give him 20% commission. When I heard the story I have hesitations already and I'm doing research now to convince my brother thay this is a scam. Please help us please just to save the remaining 15k that my brother are still going to take chance and send to this so called Jericho's Delivery. Thank you!
