The crew at J K Exteriors was awesome! They were super nice, respectful, and cleaned up everything really well! Juan and the gang went above and beyond! And a big shoutout to Brett Nichol...you're the man! 5 stars for sure!

The work they did on my garage roof was pretty good and the price was fair. However, they didn't finish the tuckpointing on my house (they forgot the roof area). I've been talking to the sales guy about it, but we can't seem to get it resolved. I don't want to move forward with any more work until they finish the tuckpointing. I need some roofing work done and my back porch needs fixing, but I won't do it until they finish the tuckpointing. They keep giving me excuses and it's getting frustrating. This is not cool.

JK Exteriors did my roof and siding replacement and window capping in May . There were a few mix-ups during the installation, but I was happy with the final result. However, I noticed a leak in my family room ceiling on August 14th and contacted the company. Unfortunately, there were many delays and poor communication, and the repairs weren't completed until September 11th. The crew doing the repairs were unprofessional and left a mess, including swearing at me, hitting an air conditioner unit with a pry bar, and getting paint and debris all over my furniture. They even mishandled my ceiling fan and broke it. The owner, ***, deemed the shoddy finish work acceptable when he came to look at the damage. To make matters worse, there was a new leak in the same spot on September 26th. I was told by *** that he would speak to *** about the leak, but as of February 6th, there has been no progress on the family room leak, and a second leak was found in the back bedroom ceiling on March 21st. An employee was sent to do work on April 3rd, but he wasn't given clear instructions. I sent pictures of more damage on April 3rd, but as of May 2nd, there has been no response from *** who is out for his wedding.

JK Exteriors came to my house to give me an estimate on some gutters. The boss, ***, called me after he left and said that my roof and gutters had storm damage and I should call my insurance company. So I did. My insurance guy came with a JK Exteriors guy to check out my house. The insurance guy wrote up a proposal for a new roof and gutters. JK Exteriors made a contract that was the same as the insurance guy's proposal. I signed it. They did the work and I got a bill for $598.30 more than the contract I signed. I called them and they said it was for the downspouts. The downspouts weren't on the contract I signed, but they replaced them anyway. I said I didn't have the money for the extra cost. They said if I didn't pay, they would put a lien on my house. I said I was trying to sell my house. They said the original estimate for the gutters had the downspouts on it. I never signed that estimate because we went with the insurance guy and I signed the contract without the downspouts. After they did the work, they gave me the estimate for just the gutters. They said the estimate had the downspouts on it. I never got that and I never signed it. I only signed for the gutters. The original estimate was for $8085.99 and I paid $3000.00 deposit that day. I added on power washing for $300. That leaves a difference of $598.30 between the estimate I signed and the invoice. Thanks for your time and any help you can give. I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm a woman.
