Detroit Love was my sales aren’t who told me I will be paying $69.99 a month and just have to install the devise. All was explained over the phone and no lease was made at that point only after my installation. The month of August Intoxalock charged me $79.99 twice Aug 4 and Aug 18. I started calling the company trying to find out why. They told me that the protection plan for device was added together with rose side assistance- but why was it added - I HAVE NOT DISCUSSED IT OR NEITHER AGREED TO THAT- I asked for refund - which for some reason was hard to get and still didn’t get it. Also BIG ISSUE THAT THE COMPANY instead of billing me once as was explained by my sales agent that I was talking for 6 month and wrote everything. Down, by they way he never told me about calibration or a thing else, when I called customer support they sent me to talk to 9 supervisor in the las week.

One male supervisor- told me he changed my $69,99 a month to biweekly payments t if $34.50 and he said now I can sign the lease bc all done and changed. When I opened the lease contract nothing was changed. Then I called again the lady told me nothing she ca do at this point- what point is she talkjg about ? I have not signed the lease - due to so many discrepancies. She did that the $69,99 is not a month it is biweekly- I said no- this is not information I received from my sales person. Then I tried to contact my sales agent - and Intoxalock company won’t let me speak to the agent - why- I spoke to that person for 6 month they helped me - they told me all (now not all as it appears) about churches payments and it sounded very easy - just I talk devise pay $69,99 a month th and that is - Intoxalock had my credit card on file and I thought that was it, nothing else . However again, calibration date appeared and I called customer service again to ame sure all was set up right - then the lady told me Patrica another supervisor that my requests under review and it will take one day more but for my troubles she will credit to me a payment of $59,99 the charge that I have to pay for uninstall at the end - I said thank you. Gave all people good surveys. Checked my lease agreement nothing was changed. I called again and talked to another supervisor who told me that they did credit me $20 for the wrong addition of extras to my account and they supposed to be also cretisiting me back another $69.99 and changed the lease to my $69,99 per month. She also said yes - they changed it and now the lease only states that they charging me $69,99 and she said now you can go and sign the lease.

I was happy ti hear all was changed and went to see the lease agreement again nothing was changed - I called again - and another person said no they cannot change it and they only charge biweekly- I WAS PUZZLED AT THIS MOMENT - one supervisor told me he changed my payments to $34,50 twice a month and and another supervisor told me the changed 69,99 per month and that they credited all wrong changes, another time told me about credit of $59,99 for uninstall payment .

But again nothing was changed inmy lease - so I call again and ask to speak with Detteoit my sales person - I was sent to his voicemail- by another sales agent teammate, then I called again and asked to talk to Detroit - another sales agent told me he didn’t work there any longer - WAS THE SAME DAY I ASKED TO TAKM TO DETROIT LOVE - within an hour - one agent transfers me to his voicemail and another tells me he no longer works there.

I called again and asked supservisir to keep our correspondence in written form and send me confirmation of what I have discussed with other suosevisor and 3 of them “fixed” everything and now my account looks correct with the right charge to be collected for the rest if the term $69,99 monthly.

The last supervisor told me no we cannot fix anything yiu are going to be paying this sum and you got to sign the lease and that all - and she told me I absolutely cannot talk to my sales agent bc excising customers are blocked from sales department - and there was nowhere and no other person as superior customer service director manager I can talk to - pretty much - everyone in this company lied to me for 8 months now - and they are making me to sign the lease with wrong charges twice of what I was told plus cal ration feeea and additions that they tried to suck by me due to state mandate for calibration after 3 months and I cannot do nothing or talk to no one to fix what was put on my account wrongly or somebody lied to me and they doing it actually to everybody bc I have tolled to a lot of people and they just never noticed that they have been paying and overpaying not to their knowledge at all. My hands got tied here due to the state inspection coming in 3 days and they made that lease only after I installed the device and my sales person vanished and alll what he told me was a lie and now other people are luging to me sayin g they fixed everything. Just go sign the lease but the lease states I am being overcharged and abused and no one can really say what is going on why they all talk different things why the discrepancy like that happening throughout the company - sales and customer service are not congruent and customer is stuck signing that lease bc of state mandate for calibration which one cannot avoid or change and that how people being abused by this company and they literally stifling our money bc they know we depend on that and they set up the whole system and do everything to abuse the customer and steal from them. No one was able to help me after all and they all got from me good serveys bc they all told me at the end what I wanted to hear but nothing was actually done to help me.

Desired outcome: Change my lease to $69,99 a month as was told by sales agent and fix the sum I lease agreement for the rest of the term 9 months that left .
