InTheStyle Disappointing Quality and Frustrating Return Process: My Experience with InTheStyle

So, I got my order from InTheStyle and I was pretty excited to see what I got. But when I opened the package, I was disappointed to see that the quality of the item wasn't as good as I expected. It was falling apart at the seams, like it was either not sewn together properly or it had come undone since it was made. It wasn't ripped, but it was definitely not a good quality item.

I decided to return it using tracked delivery, but when I checked with InTheStyle, they said they hadn't received it yet. I didn't have the receipt anymore, so I went to the post office to see if they could help. They said they should have the tracking details since it was part of the original postage receipt, but apparently they couldn't do anything about it.

I tried calling and emailing InTheStyle, but it took them a long time to reply. When they finally did, they told me they had a lot of returns to process. I wonder why that is? Do all their items come poorly made and not looking like the celebrities they endorse on Instagram?

Overall, I wouldn't recommend InTheStyle based on my experience. The quality of the item I received was not good, and the return process was frustrating. I hope they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

InTheStyle Poor Quality and Duplicate Payment: My Disappointing Experience with InTheStyle

I recently ordered a jumpsuit from the Stacey Solomon collection on InTheStyle's website. However, when I checked my bank account, I noticed that they had taken two payments for one item. I immediately emailed their customer service team and was instructed to send a screenshot of my bank account showing the duplicated payment. Despite sending numerous emails, I have yet to receive a response from them.

When the jumpsuit finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The material was cheap and felt like something you'd find in a market stall for a fiver. I returned it right away and am now waiting for a refund and to be reimbursed for the duplicate payment. However, I have not received any updates from InTheStyle regarding my refund or investigation into the duplicate payment.

It's frustrating that no one from InTheStyle has bothered to advise me on the status of my refund or investigate the duplicate payment. I even emailed them asking for the customer service manager's details, but still haven't received a response.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with InTheStyle. Their products are overpriced and of poor quality. I hope that celebrities like Stacey Solomon and others who have contracts with them read this review and reconsider their partnership with this company.

InTheStyle In The Style Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays

So, I decided to give InTheStyle a try and ordered a bunch of items on April 16th. However, two weeks later, I still hadn't received anything. I checked my account and it said that the items had been shipped on the same day I placed the order, but there were no shipping details or email notifications to confirm this. I started to doubt if my order had even been shipped at all.

I filled out the contact form to inquire about my order, but I didn't hear back from them for five days. I sent three more emails in between, but still no response. I even had my daughter contact them through Instagram and Twitter, and it was only after two weeks that they finally replied to her on Twitter. They blamed the shipping company, but I doubt that such a company even exists.

It's been a month now, and they still don't have 3/4 of my order due to no stock. Out of the entire order, they only have two items in stock, which they promised to post out. However, I'm still waiting for those items to arrive.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are a complete joke and have no idea how to run a professional online shopping site. I can't believe I have to give them one star, but they don't deserve anything more than that.

InTheStyle Shady Business Practices and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with InTheStyle

So, I was browsing the internet for some new clothes and stumbled upon InTheStyle's website. I decided to give it a try and ordered a dress. However, to my surprise, they added another dress to my order without my consent. I was shocked and felt like they were trying to scam me. I immediately reached out to their customer service via email and live chat, but received no response for a couple of days. I was frustrated and confused as to why they would do this.

Finally, when I got a response, they blamed me for not reaching out soon enough, even though I did it immediately. They said that nothing could be done to stop the order or let me return the added-on dress without a penalizing fee. I was beyond angry and felt like they were not taking responsibility for their mistake. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Their "hands are tied" mantra is insufficient and shows that they do not care about their customers. Moreover, from the other reviews, it seems like their clothing is of poor quality anyway. I regret wasting my time and money on this purchase. It just goes to show that you should never let influencers (@fashioninflux) influence your purchases.

In conclusion, I would advise everyone to stay away from InTheStyle's website. Their shady business practices and terrible customer service are not worth the risk. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

InTheStyle False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with InTheStyle

I've had a bit of a rough time with InTheStyle lately. I've paid extra for next day delivery twice now, and both times my parcel hasn't arrived on time. It's really frustrating because I paid extra to make sure I had an outfit for an event I was attending, and both times I've been let down.

I don't understand why they offer next day delivery if they don't have the capacity to fulfill it. It's false advertising, plain and simple. When I contacted their live chat, the person kept apologizing but didn't offer any real solutions. Eventually, I had to ask if they could do anything to make it right. The best they could offer was a refund of the ?4 delivery fee, which felt like a bit of a slap in the face considering my order was over ?150. When I asked for anything else, they offered me 10% off my next order. Like, seriously? If they think I'm going to order from them again after this, they've got another thing coming.

It's really disappointing because I used to love shopping at InTheStyle. They started out as a small brand with humble beginnings, and I was happy to support them. But now it seems like they've completely lost sight of the people who helped them get where they are. If they can't get my order right twice, who knows how many other people this has happened to. It's not just about the money, it's about the principle of the thing. If you're going to offer a service, you need to be able to deliver on it. And if you can't, you need to make it right. It's not rocket science.

All in all, I'm really disappointed in the service I've received from InTheStyle. Their customer service is useless, and it seems like they don't really care about their customers anymore. I won't be shopping with them again, and I'll be telling all my friends to steer clear too. It's a real shame, because they used to be a great brand. But now? Not so much.

InTheStyle InTheStyle Review: Tacky Clothes, Poor Quality, and Unreliable Delivery - Be Careful!

The clothes from InTheStyle are not my favorite. They seem a bit tacky and not worth the price. I have had issues with missing buttons or buttons that are half torn off. It's frustrating because I expect better quality for the price I pay.

Recently, I ordered from InTheStyle before 10pm for next day delivery on a Sunday. However, when I checked the delivery status, it said it was arriving today. I contacted their customer service and they apologized, but said that they don't deliver on weekends in my area. This is a total lie because I have received items from them on weekends before. When I asked for a refund for the delivery, they declined it and told me that I should have read through their terms and conditions before placing an order. That's just ridiculous.

If you're thinking about shopping with InTheStyle, be very careful. Their clothes aren't worth it most of the time and you'll probably end up returning them. Also, make sure to keep an eye on how much they give you for your returns. I've had to chase them up before for missing payments because they didn't count it up properly.

Honestly, I don't think InTheStyle cares about their customers. They're just trying to protect their company. I'm sure they'll come up with some poor excuse for this review, but it's the truth.

InTheStyle Disappointing Experience with InTheStyle: Sizing and Quality Issues

I recently made a purchase from InTheStyle, specifically from the Stacey Solomon range during the restock. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. My order did not arrive as expected, and it was only after speaking to customer services that my package was dispatched the next day. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that only one item was in the bag, despite my order consisting of three items.

The item that I did receive, a purple mini dress, was not sized correctly. I had ordered a size 6 petite, as I had previously ordered from InTheStyle and found that a size 8 was too big. However, this dress was extremely short, even though I had ordered petite as I am only 5'2". The elastic sleeves were uncomfortably tight, and the chest area was far too loose, making it impossible for me to bend over without showing everything. The bow on the dress was purely decorative and did not cinch anything in at all.

To make matters worse, I am still waiting to hear back about my other two items, which I doubt will fit me properly anyway. This is not the first time I have had issues with InTheStyle. When I ordered from Stacey's first launch, the lounge trousers I received had a hole where the material had not been sewn up correctly. And when I ordered from Saffron's first-ever range, the two hoodies I received were extremely thin, and the yellow and pink one faded after just one wash.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with InTheStyle. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the consistent issues with sizing and quality are concerning. I hope that InTheStyle can improve their products and customer service in the future.

InTheStyle In The Style Review: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees for International Orders

So, I decided to give InTheStyle a try and placed an order on their website. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. I received a tracking link that did not work and it turned out that my order was lost. I tried to contact their customer service multiple times, but my emails were ignored. It took a few weeks and a complaint on an online review website for someone to finally get back to me.

When I asked for a refund, they said it was not possible because the item had already been re-sent. I was okay with that, but then I found out that my package was being held at the customs office and I needed to pay extra fees to get it released. I had to pay almost 50% of my original order cost!

To make things worse, InTheStyle uses a new delivery method where the customer has to present themselves at the customs office counter to self-clear their order. They do not take payments by phone, so you have to use a company called EzClear that charges a hefty administration fee to clear your package for you.

It has been exactly one month since I placed my order and it is still not here. The customer service was very unavailable, but when I did manage to get through to them, they were helpful and prompt. However, I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from InTheStyle because it seems that post-purchase customer service is pretty bad. Some people have not even received their refunds after weeks.

Overall, I think InTheStyle needs to fix their customer service or get out of the game because they are undeserving of their customers. It is frustrating to have to deal with so many issues just to receive an order that you paid for. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

InTheStyle Disappointing Experience with InTheStyle: Poor Quality, Delayed Refund, and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give InTheStyle a try since I had never ordered from them before. I opted for the premier delivery and was happy to receive my items in a timely manner. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I realized that all the items I received were of poor quality and didn't fit me well.

To make matters worse, their returns portal was down, so I had to reach out to their customer service team to get the address details for the return. I sent the items back via Royal Mail 1st class with tracking on the same day, and according to the tracking, they were successfully received by ITS the following day.

I patiently waited for 14 days for the refund to arrive, as per their refunds policy. But when it didn't arrive, I decided to reach out to ITS for an update. They apologized and said that there was a delay and asked me to give them another 5 working days.

After waiting for another 5 working days, I still hadn't received my refund, so I contacted them again. This time, they advised me to wait for another 5 working days. It's been a whole month since I returned the items to them, and I still haven't received my refund.

Luckily, I paid via PayPal, so I asked them to assist me with a dispute to get my money back. Although the customer service team was quick to reply to my emails (within 24 hours), their responses were very generic, and they kept asking me to wait further.

As a customer, I followed all the correct protocols to ensure that their items were successfully returned in good time and in the same condition as they were received. It's simply unacceptable to be waiting for them to return money that is rightfully owed to me.

In conclusion, I would not recommend InTheStyle to anyone, and I will not be using them again myself.

InTheStyle Disappointing Service from InTheStyle: Order Issues and Lack of Communication

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by the service I got from InTheStyle. I placed an order on March 6th, and by March 10th, I only got one item and a message saying the rest were refunded. No explanation, no nothing. And I needed those items for my vacay, which starts tomorrow (March 13th). So I checked their website, and the items weren't out of stock, so I reordered and paid extra for next-day delivery on March 11th. But I didn't get any email saying my order was on its way. So I hit up their customer service chat, and the lady said there was a "glitch in the system" and promised to get my order out for next-day delivery on March 12th. She even refunded my delivery fee and gave me 20% off my next order. I was pretty happy with that, and I was looking forward to getting my stuff. But then today came, and still no email saying my order was dispatched. So I went back on the chat and asked what was up. And guess what? They didn't send the rest of my order because one item was out of stock. Even though I was able to order it. What the heck, man? The lady didn't seem to care that I was unhappy, and she offered to refund my delivery fee (which I already got refunded the day before) and give me the same 20% discount, even though they're advertising up to 50% off on their website right now. And when I told her I wouldn't be there to receive the order on March 13th, she said she'd send it out anyway. Like, what's the point? This whole thing could have been avoided if they just contacted me when they realized one item was out of stock and asked if I still wanted the rest of my order. But no, they just left me in the dark with stuff I paid for but didn't get. That's not how you treat customers, man. I expected better from a company that's supposed to have good customer service.

InTheStyle Terrible Online Store: Cheap Clothes, Inconsistent Sizes, No Refund

This online store is not good at all and it's impossible to get in touch with them. I got my package and all three dresses were the same size but they all fit differently. One was way too big, one was too small, and the other was just big. They all looked cheap and one was so thin that you could see through it. I decided to return them and I had to pay $12.00 for the return label out of my own pocket. It's been two months since they received my package at their Carson CA location and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've sent them a bunch of emails with proof that I sent it back but they haven't responded. I lost $150 on this and it's really frustrating because I worked hard for that money. This company is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

InTheStyle Terrible Experience with Unreliable Company: Poor Quality, Missing Items, and Delayed Refund

This company is a complete joke. I ordered three items from them, but only received two. And to make matters worse, the items I did receive were of really poor quality. I returned everything within a few days, but only received a partial refund weeks later. And to top it off, they're still arguing with me about getting the rest of my money back. It's been 3-4 weeks and they still haven't resolved the issue. They also take forever to respond to messages, even though their website says they'll reply within 48 hours. Maybe they're too busy trying to come up with new ways to rob people? I've had money taken from me for goods that were never received and it's been a huge hassle. I definitely don't recommend this company and I'll never use them again.

InTheStyle Disappointing Purchase: InTheStyle Lingerie Review

So, I recently ordered a white lingerie set from InTheStyle and boy was I disappointed. I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping, but it took a whopping 4 days for my order to arrive. When I finally got my hands on the lingerie, I was shocked to see how thin and see-through it was. It definitely did not look like the pictures online. To make matters worse, the top was a completely different style than what I thought I was ordering. It was shorter in length and missing a white wrap-around band that was supposed to break up the cleavage and stomach. Talk about misleading!

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase and now I don't have time to go find something else for Valentine's Day. I'm worried that the first time I wash this lingerie, it will become shreds. I even emailed InTheStyle regarding the late delivery that I paid extra for, but I still haven't received a response. It's frustrating to say the least.

Overall, I will not be ordering from InTheStyle again. The quality of the lingerie was poor and the misleading pictures online made it even worse. I hope they can improve their products and customer service in the future.

InTheStyle Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Terrible Experience with InTheStyle

Don't even think about ordering from InTheStyle, seriously. I had a terrible experience with them and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I ordered almost $300 worth of clothes and they never arrived. I don't know if it was the post office's fault or if InTheStyle messed up, but either way, it's their responsibility to make sure their customers get their orders. I tried to contact their customer service team multiple times, but I never got a response. Not even one! That's just ridiculous. I've been shopping online for clothes for years and I've never had such a terrible experience. InTheStyle is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn't trust them with my money again. Ladies, save your money and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers. InTheStyle clearly doesn't. I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to warn others about this company. Don't waste your time or money with them.

InTheStyle Buyer Beware: My Experience with InTheStyle Online Store

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with this online store called InTheStyle. I mean, I placed not one, not two, but THREE orders with them and two of those orders were messed up. Can you believe it? The first time they charged me almost 18 bucks for a t-shirt that was supposed to be free. I mean, come on now, that's just ridiculous. And then, the second order was correct so I thought maybe it was just a fluke. But nope, I was wrong. The third order I placed was for a pair of pants and when I got the package, it was the WRONG item and the WRONG size. I was so mad, I immediately contacted them through their chat and it's been a whole week and they still haven't fixed the issue. Can you believe that? I even sent them pictures of the item I received that clearly showed them the item number and the size, but they're still giving me a hard time.

Oh, and get this, I live in New York City and they're all the way over in the UK. So, you can imagine how frustrating it is to deal with them from across the pond. I mean, I'm not saying they're a scam or anything, but buyer beware, you know what I'm saying? I'm actually opening up another dispute with Paypal to try and get my refund because I'm just so fed up with this whole situation.

So, if you're thinking about shopping at InTheStyle, I would say think twice. I mean, I'm not saying don't do it, but just be aware that there might be some issues that come up. And if they do, be prepared to deal with their customer service, which in my opinion, is not the best.

InTheStyle InTheStyle Review: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service

I recently made an order from InTheStyle, an online clothing store that has been making waves in the fashion industry. I live in Canada, and I was excited to receive my package. However, it took nearly 20 days for it to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. I had paid for my order, which included delivery, so I was expecting it to arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

When I went to pick up my order from the post office, I was informed that InTheStyle had included an additional fee of $35.91 for me to pay. I was shocked and frustrated, as I had already paid for delivery and was not expecting any additional charges. The post office informed me that I would not be able to take my package unless I paid the fee.

I immediately contacted InTheStyle to inquire about the additional fee. To my surprise, they informed me that it was normal and that it was hidden in their 'Terms and Conditions'. I was not happy with this response, as I had not seen any mention of an additional fee when I made my order.

As I did not want to pay the fee, InTheStyle informed me that I would receive a refund in a month and a half. I was not happy with this response, as I had already waited nearly 20 days for my order to arrive. The customer service was poor, and I am still waiting for them to reply back to my email. They were never apologetic and seemed to think that including hidden fees from customers is totally normal.

I was disappointed with my experience with InTheStyle. Just because you see influencers collab with them, it does not mean they are legit. I would advise others to be careful when ordering from this store, as they may include hidden fees that you are not aware of. Overall, my experience with InTheStyle was not a positive one, and I would not recommend them to others.
