I had no issues in dealing with them. I filled out everything on line before 8 in the morning and by 815 they called to verify things on the application. And the funds were deposited into my account the next business day. Just as I was told.

I have absolutely no complaints about Integra Credit! They delivered on everything promised! I have had no problems! In fact, I just took out my second loan via refinancing my first loan! I hope to have a customer/business relationship with *** for years to come!

They took all my personal information including my banking information say Im approved even called me to verify and after all my info was taken they send me a email saying I was not approved .. On my way! To find out its not allowed in my state .. shady and worrisome to say the least !

They took my info all of it and then denied me thats not right dont send me their paperwork again so they got mail my info and then they denied me right away so its like they took all my info and thats all they wanted and then did I k me bunch of *** this company just wants peoples info

145+% APR. Enough Said. Fck a place that thrives off the desperation of those in need in such a manner. I can understand some 25% APR [censored] but seriously? 145+%? Unebelieavable Truly; the existence of this company is despicable. I'm ashamed to be a human being sometimes knowing that I exist in the same world as scum like the leaders of this company.

Integra Credit as well as a few others are high interest loan sharks they need to put these type of companies out of business forever. $2200 has turned into a nightmare but I read the contract. But when I called to get a payoff amount, I still owe $2700 after 6 months. I will tell anyone who will listen that these companies are the worst for someone who needs an immediate loan and the bank has you waiting. DONT DO IT

After receiving a letter in mail stating I am pre approved, I went on their website to apply. I put in all my info and they said I was approved for up to ***. They then asked my banking passwords, which I should not have given, and the next day I get email saying I do not qualify for a loan. They now have all my banking info after they said Approved. I am very uncomfortable now with them having my passwords ect. Bad business in my opinion!

I appreciate this company so much! Yes the rates are high but I haven't done well with my credit in the past so that is expected. I can say be careful people! When I applied for this loan I got a phone call from someone claiming to be them and it turns out she was a scam artist and tried to drain my account of that loan the next day saying she was my "personal loan officer" and she was trying to lower my finance charges. Very satisfied with Integra Credit though!

I wish I could give NO STARS. This company is terrible. They took all my personal information, bank info, pay check stubs, after stating that I was approved; and the only reason I sent in all of this information bc I WAS Approved. Yet, after getting all of my information, I received an email saying I was not approved and NO ONE can tell me why, but I need to wait 30 days for an answer. Really? I will be notifying and freezing all of my accounts from these scam artists.

So, you apply and get approved. They ask to verify your paystubs, ok thats fine. Takes a day. No problem. They send emails telling you to contact them. Had to do this twice. Both people asked the same questions. Asking for who you work for. What bank you have. What is your account number. Then they tell you that you are not approved! Even after you sign documents for the loan and how much your payments will be and set you up with a schedule. Oh and THEY DO CHECK YOUR CREDIT! My score dropped 3 points!

They are continually harassing me as my account is up to date in payment. I have requested for the third day in a row that I will be taken off the autodialer. They are claiming in a recorded voice that I contact them due to the importance of the issue. There is no issue as I am up to date on payment. This is borderline daily harassment of unjustified attempt cause they will not handle business live dialing customers. There is a delay from pick up and are calling me while at work and on a work line that I did not authorize them to use.

So I get an email telling me I was just denied a recent loan request for one of Integra's banks *** Here is my issue with this...The address used was an old address I haven't lived at since 2009 (It's 2021). What kind of bank/loan service is so incompetent that they can't even do a simple cross reference to see this isn't my current address? I hate to say it, but I am glad my credit is bad or else some scam artist would have free money in my name (like many other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com state has happened to them) with Integra's incompetence! Do better!

Do not do it !I got a letter in the mail stating Im pre-approved for ***. Which was perfect timing - I just happed to be having car trouble and to fix it was quite expensive. So I applied . Only requesting ***, do all the paper submitted everything only to receive a response say now I am only approved for ***, ***, ***. . I didnt respond. I receive. A call . Sweet lady , convinces me to accept the offer even though it not want I need. States I will have the money same day , tomorrow the masters . I move forward with the process .even sign the loan agreement Only to get several emails having me submitted all this additional information for with I do , the. An email to call them to confirm . During the call , the lady says great open you account and sign the new agreement , as I open it it states Ive been rejected . Even the lady o the phone was confused she stated her screen is showing approved just need to resign . The. She puts memo. Hold , come back and says oh underwriting changed it to declined . Im sorry youll get and email later . Now Im getting so many email, calls, text . They collected all my information . Told me I was approved only to turn around and deny me and apparently give my Information out. My fault for falling for a scam company like this . I know better . Please learn from my mistake and stay away from this company

Obtained a loan from this company and Im the process of getting my debt consolidated. I asked for information on my account in form of an email or account statement. They failed to send me the info I needed and when I call back they give me the run around . Ive waited almost 48 hrs to receive all my account information in an email.

I have had my loan for 6 months and my amount due has only decreased by $93- I make biweekly payments of $75. I did understand the loan had a pretty steep interest rate. I did not realize I would go in debt by obtaining this loan. I have recently lost significant hours due to covid and am a single mom to 3 boys. I need a resolution please

On May 15th Integra Credit decided to take it upon theirselves and pull ou an ADDITIONAL $108.20, even though this account was paid off in full on April 29th,2020. I called on May 15th and spoke to an agent by the name Dominique and was told I would receive my money back NO LATER than Tuesday. It is now Thursday 10:22pm. and NO deposit back into my account from INTEGRA CREDIT. I called on Wednesday and was PROMISED that I would have my money back by Thursday.

This company pulled my credit from transunion and eqifax this morning. I did not give them permission to do so. I do not have any loans with this company . After being alerted thru my credit report company , I checked my credit . I have 2 inquiries from them listed on my report from this morning July 2. I called them, they said I didn't have a loan in my name , then why did they pull my credit without my permission. Why ate they using my social security number. I want them to delete the inquiries. They had no right to pull my credit .

I applied for credit and was approved on 6/14. I submitted the required documents after numerous back and forth emails and phone calls, only to be told that I needed to change my bank account information to my other account that my direct deposit goes into. My pay is split into two accounts. In order to change my bank information, they had to withdraw my application and resubmit with the info for the other bank account. After doing so, I was suddenly no longer approved. Both bank accounts are in good standing. This took place on the same day. They wouldn't tell me a reason why I was no longer approved.

open loan payment was made on February 21,2020 for $1177.74 on-line, and an auto payment was also debited from my bank account on the same date for $127.74. The total payment of $1295.48 was indicated as balance of loan for payoff. On March 20, another $127.74 was deducted from my bank account. I contacted Integra Credit on March 23 of the overpayment and the associate assured me I would be refunded the $127.74 and the account closed. As of March 30, no refund. After calling Integra Credit today, I was informed that because I paid online on the 21st of February, and the payment on the 20th of March, I would get a $23.38 credit. Account number ***/

I was issued a loan by this company a few months ago of ***. After paying a few payments of *** a month I noticed that the balance I owe keeps increasing instead of decreasing. NOTHING IS GOING ON THE PRINCIPAL. Also, nowhere does it show what payments have been made or anything of that sort. Sorry, I am just not playing this game Integra. NEVER have I had such a circumstance with any credit or loans. The checking account you have access is closed now. I will be sending you monthly payments to your business using my terms. $40 a month until I pay the money I owe plus some interest. That is all you get out of this turnip who somehow was unlucky enough to fall into your trap.

So I applied for a loan and I get approved not preapproved approved theres a mistake with one of the digits on my checking account information so I call and they say OK we fix it all you need to do is send this information over and everything is good you have no worries everything still approved then I called them back after looking at the account after they fixed everything and all of a sudden its declined or even shows on the account that it was approved but then checked again and declined and the lady that took my information told me everything was good to go but then it was declined and they still havent corrected it or give me a reason why that happened other then a run around and no there is a inquiry that I dont want on my credit report that looks bad after what they did so they need to remove it

I was reviewing my Credit Karma report for a company that offers personal loans. I have fallen behind on a few *** due to the pandemic. Integra credit was the first company that came up, I checked the reviews and it was good. I then proceeded to apply for the loan which totaled $1700.00 that was May and a total of $108.58 was to be payed biweekly. Today is August 18 and by balance is $1345.00 which included a $300.00 additional payment I made on August 16. I call the company to see if my balance was decreasing, which was told to me that most of my payments are going to finance and not to the principal. I then asked can I see a list of all the payments I made with the balance because the website didn't provide that information. I was told they can't provided that information to me. My complaint is I can't continue to make payments that are not decreasing and have no paper work breakdown of how my money is being divided in the load. Please Help

The date 11/18, I got a pre approved letter for a loan up to $3000. I filled out the application online but just ask for ***. I faxed and emailed my bank statement. And integra called me to verify everything. My bank account information my name and everything and it was correct. They also did a bank verification online from my bank.. I was told I was approved for $1000.00. I signed the paperwork electronically. And was told I would have the funds deposited after underwriting signed off on it.. Then I get an email that says the following...Dear ***,After carefully reviewing your application (November 17 at 3:17PM CST), we are sorry to advise you that we cannot *** a loan to you at this time.Information about the reason(s) for the denial of your application will be sent via email within *** your application.If you have any questions or concerns, please call one of our knowledgeable representatives at *** for further assistance. We appreciate your business; and we are always happy to assist you.Sincerely,***Integra Credit Customer Support *** Now this company is a bunch of Lire's and scammers. So I wish to report them for not doing what they said that they would do. And thats loaning me $1000.00, and now they have all my personal information
