Ingersoll Houses Office review: No new mail box keys for tenants

USPS replaced the new mail boxes for 4 apartments (6B, 6C, 6E, and 6D) in our building on 07/09/21. It passes over 35 days and we still don't get the new mail box key. The old key can't open the new mail box. We asked Ingersoll Houses office many times for the new mail box key. But, they said USPS still didn't give them the new mail box keys. We called USPS. They said not true because they don't hold tenants' mail box keys. And USPS said that they don't deal with tenants. They only deal with landlords. So, our USPS can't solve our problem. Please send someone to investigate unprofessional workers in Ingersoll Houses and help us get the new mail box key as soon as possible. Thank you.
