My experience with Indique Hair Extensions has gone beyond my wildest expectations! Their hair is certainly of the highest caliber. Indique is the best straight hair brand I have purchased from. I have been purchasing human hair from them for the past three years and have been happy with each and every purchase. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the hair I have purchased is amazing. I have been able to wear my hair in a number of different styles and have been able to straighten, curl and blow dry my hair without any problems.

Indique is the real deal! I've tried so many of these other virgin or raw hair vendors and they all sell the same Aliexpress bull packaged in different brands... you all know what i'm talking about. It's the same thin bundles where the price is too good to be true, but we keep buying them because we don't want to spend the $$$ for the good stuff. I gave up, after buying hair every 2-3 months, fighting with it, tangling, matting shedding everywhere and just wasting my money, I decided to buy this Indique hair that's been around forever, but i didn't want to spend the money. I did and now my hair journey is over. I don't need to look anywhere else, cuz this hair is on point. I got the PURE collection wavy hair, and it's everything. The more I wash it the softer it gets, it holds a curl and i lifted it myself and it took the color! no more wasting time on the cheap [censored], it's only Indique for me. And i've had it in for 3 months and going to reinstall again, don't have to buy more hair!

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the sea Bali straight lace wig from Indique Hair. I mean, I know it's not the cheapest wig out there, but for $409, I was expecting something a little better. The quality just isn't there, you know? There are parts of the wig where the hair is noticeably shorter than the 18 inch length advertised, and one side of the wig has way more hair than the other side. It's just not a good look.

I'm not one to complain, but I had to request a refund on this one. I mean, if I'm spending that kind of money on a wig, I want it to be perfect. I'm hoping they'll come through for me, but we'll see. Fingers crossed, right?

And get this, the seller even like, threw in a pair of surprise lashes which were like, totally flattering. Indique Hair (indiquehair.com) is a hair company that I've been using for over 10 years now. I've always been a fan of their Pure Collection, which is the best hair that they have to offer. However, my recent experiences with their customer service have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The last 2-3 times that I've called to place an order, the person on the phone has been very rude. It's not just that they're not friendly, but they're downright disrespectful. It's not the kind of treatment that I expect when I'm spending my hard-earned money.

To make matters worse, my last order was completely messed up. I received the wrong hair, and it had color in it. I was really upset because I had an appointment in just two days, and I needed my hair as soon as possible. When I called to explain the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. She was getting smart with me and trying to act like I had ordered the wrong hair. I told her to look at my order history, and she could see that I've been getting the same hair for years.

In the end, I did receive the correct hair, but it was a frustrating experience. I spend a lot of money on Indique hair, and I expect to be treated with respect and receive the best product possible. I'm not sure if I will order from here again, but I hope that they can improve their customer service and make things right with their loyal customers.

I've been using Indique Hair for a long time now, more than 10 years. I've recommended it to my friends and coworkers, but I'm not sure I can do that anymore. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the hair I received recently. It's just not the same as it used to be. I understand that it was difficult to get hair during the pandemic, but that's no excuse for charging premium prices for poor quality hair.

I always buy the Pure Curly hair, but this time the curl pattern is more like Pure Wavy, which I really don't like. And when I measured the hair, I found that the 18" length was actually only 16". All three lengths - 16", 18", and 20" - were missing 2" at the ends. I had to cut off the split ends, which means I'll end up with two 14" pieces and one 18" piece. That's not what I paid for.

As a nurse, I don't have a lot of extra money to spend on hair. I feel like I'm paying too much for this poor quality hair. If you haven't used Indique Hair before the pandemic, you won't know how much the quality has gone down. I need to find another company to buy from, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
