Corrupt and uncaring about the victim

Desired outcome: My desire is for them to be a good insurance company and come back with them settle with me properly
Service Provided by everyone in the Washington Street Office Indianapolis, IN
Please do not ever email me or contact me again because this is a form of harrassment. Your office on Esast Washington street and the agents as well as assistance have been horrible. I believe you have took part in ruining my insurance coverage with farm bureau making it to appear as though its my fault all apart of this on going battle with my ex-husband Thomas McClendon, Jr. and Mike DuffI who are trying to ruin me and my family. I had been with Farm Bureau for over 20 + years and had no issues until i seprated from my husband five years ago. My original agent moved and when you becaume my agent and this office took over things went down hill. I had no problems with Farm Bureau until you became my agent and i am not even sure if you are at this office. I truely believe this is all apart of the scamming or whatever gaslighting tactic. Whomever is involved with this this is really sad that you would make a choice to do bad and mistreat another human being who has done nothing to you or your family and think you will nver get caught. Remember you reep what you sow. I wish nothing but the best for you despite who you claim to be and i will not longer tolerate or feed into this sad behavior. My life is not a joke and I would hope you would have the human decency to respect me and all of my private information pertaining to insurance. I am sadden by the unprofessioanlism, lying and sceeming of your office and hope you guys will learn how to chose to do what is right despite what you gain. To mistreat another person shows alot about your character and who you really are as a person. If for some reason you feel justified about your choices and behavior seek to understand the other person and find out their truth. When it comes down to hurting someone is usually has alot to do with greed, jelousy or envy. It makes me sad to know that because in a sense to do bad to another person means your really hurt and suffering or feel insecure about something yourself. So the bottom line is please leave me alone and stop interferring with my personal life . Please pass this on to everyone in your office.
Desired outcome: Reinstate my life policy.
Unfair claims settlement practice, failure to disclose policy limits, refused to advance necessary underinsured policy limits, denied coverage
We had full coverage policy limits on everything we owned. Platinum HO policy, 4 times the amount of underinsurance coverage on our auto with full coverage on all of our vehicles. My husband was rear ended in our vehicle. We were not aware of the Indiana insurance laws. The responsible motorist only carried minimum liab benefits. My husband had surgery 4...
