I have bought a furniture dresser from IFURNITURE they shipped me after 3 months and product was incomplete and damage and now they are not trying to accept it back. We took 3 hours to fix the product as it comes dismantle and then after fixing up we found out the drawer has some issue including the handle. They have sent me without a channel where drawer goes. Everyday I am having issues with it I tried to reach ifurniture just second day after receiving the product and they denied to accept it or refund it or replace it. They are also pathetic in dealing with customer and quite rude.

Its so much stress I have taken plus I am not getting nay reply from them any more

Date I emailed them first was July 6th 2023, and continue emailed them regarding my concern and issues. They asked me to bring the the product to them and they will try to fix. Whereby we are humans too, we are family of 4 with a toddler and working ones. We dont even have huge car to fit the product which is more 8 feet tall.

Desired outcome: refund or replace at my house and complain against ifurniture
