I took a Pc maintanance course from ICS, which was over 1500
I took a Pc maintanance course from ICS, which was over 1500. The last time the program was updated was 2011, and they were using an obsolete operating system to learn with. I took an online *** course and learned more in less time. One tool I got was a $8 multimeter. This program was over priced and uniformative, with a lot of stuff you won't even deal with. They were using windows xp, which windows doesn't even provide updates for.

The first one said it would be fixed the next day, but never called me back like she said. The second one said the same thing and sent me an email, but still nothing. I've been calling and emailing different supervisors for 2 weeks, but they keep saying the same thing. It seems like they only care about getting paid and not providing any service. I don't want a refund, I want my Diploma because I paid in full and completed everything except for this last assignment. They keep promising to deliver a textbook instead, but I don't believe them. They said they'll call me back with a tracking number, but they never do. They're liars. Don't enroll in anything from ICS.
