From January till September 2022, I'm owed a total of $1,148.78 for therapy services I provided through the Ivy Pay app. The company has paid me a different amount compared to what they reported, resulting in a difference of $1,148.78. I've already paid taxes on this money, even though I haven't received it, and I want to be paid in full.

I used I V Y Labs, Inc. to charge my clients from 10/4/22 to 11/2/22, but the money didn't go into my bank account. They charged a total of $2110.17 during this period, so after ***'s fee, $2052.14 should have been sent to my bank. I had no problems using *** services from 7/17/22 to 10/3/22. I've tried contacting customer service several times since 10/30/22, but haven't received a response.

I've been using the *** app Ivy Pay to collect payments from my therapy clients. It's been more than a week since I entered my bank account info, but I haven't received any deposits yet. I've tried reaching out to their support team multiple times through various channels, but I haven't received any responses. The number listed on ComplaintsBoard.com doesn't go anywhere. They don't provide any other means for customers to contact them except for requesting an email or call back on their app.

I signed up for Ivy Pay for my private practice in April. They said that any copays collected through the app would be sent to my bank account in 2-3 days. But, until now, not a single dollar has been deposited. I tried emailing and submitting support tickets, but no one has responded. My money is stuck and I really need it. This app could be useful for small practices like mine, but I also need to get paid. I need a response or some kind of help, but I can't even find a phone number for this company.
