Hyundai review: Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4, MY 2016

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am writing you to make a complaint against maintenance services and price calculation at the Hyundai official service in Bulgaria (Industrial Commerce, Sofia, Luilin 2 quarter, Ring road 775, 1343). I had a clip fuel injector on My Santa Fe Sport 2.4 MY 2016 changed at the above mentioned location. While booking the time the supervisor of the service could not tell me what the price would be as there was not such an operation at the service’s database. When the car was ready it appeared I had to pay for 6,5 hours work (did not matter for them they started at 14.00 and the service closes at 18.00). After a short conversation they told me the final price is for 4 and a half hours of work and that there was nothing more they could do!

For your information I had the same procedure done at a Mazda service a month and a half ago and it took them just 2 hours of work. Hope you would take all the necessary steps and investigate the way the Hyundai official service in Bulgaria calculate its prices!
