I have been sent numerous letters from HomeGo with the picture of my house and I have not given permission. They need to cease and desist this practice.

HomeGo San Antonio Central helped me with the sell of my property. Ray went above and beyond for me. He provided support and communication throughout the entire process. My overall experience with HomeGo San Antonio Central was great!

Definitely I will recommend Max *** and HomeGo to others. Price negotiations were fair. The contract terms were simple and straightforward to read. Max was always available to answer questions. Settlement and payment was prompt.

They came to play at Escapology in Orland Park! They are super nice, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I have emailed them multiple times to tell them to keep me off their mailing list. They go to Google images and put a picture of your HOME in a see-through envelope with your ADDRESS, I have directly complained to them and explained to them how creepy it is and how dangerous it is for a single woman. TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST.

Deeply unsettling marketing strategy. They use Google images of our home to try and convince us to sell, and it feels like a freaking stalker. They are creepy and persistent, and attempt to scam people into selling their homes unsolicited. I would like to be removed from all lists associated with this business, and would advise them to change this gross marketing strategy,.

This company keeps sending me harassing letters. They want to but my house. It is not for sale, I have made no indication of it being for sale. They use a google maps photo of my house. That is threatening and saying we know where you live. Did they steal the pic from google? Also they claim to have an A rating from Complaintsboard.com. That is not what it is listed as here. So they are lying.

Someone has done an extensive internet search and dug up all sorts of information about my wife. Where she lives. What we paid for the house. Who holds the mortgage. The terms of the mortgage. The balance of the mortgage. Then they took a picture of the house and mailed it to her. Every civilized person on the planet would call this "stalking." And that's exactly what HomeGo does. They are predators and should all be in prison.

We had an excellent experience working with HomeGo! From the initial contact, the walk through and the multiple contacts via text, phone and email, our questions were answered quickly and in detail. M was courteous, professional and available throughout the process! The seamless transition of ownership took less than five weeks, from the signing of the agreement of sale to the wiring of funds to our account! Thanks, M and HomeGo for an ideal experience!

I got a mailer today with a clear view photo of my home in it. If this is the same group they also send predatory text messages on a weekly basis. I would not do business with them and I asked them to stop harassing me. I also told them my home is not for sale. I guess they try to bully people into selling. I've asked them to stop so I guess Complaintsboard.com is my only recourse. I shave also had to file a FTC complaint to get them to stop texting me. I would not send this review but they feel it's ok to broadcast my home photo so fair is fair.

After reading the good reviews for HomeGo, my husband and I left our information online and they responded immediately. Real Estate agent, Nicholas F met with us and answered our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He could not have been more polite or knowledgeable and we felt like we were in good hands. Everything was done just as he had promised and right on time. The WFG Title Company was very easy to work with and promptly guided us through the paperwork. I never wanted to be a long-term, long-distance landlord, but housing prices were so low that renting was my best option. Now that prices are up again, it made sense to see what an investor might give me. Unlike some other companies, I was never bullied into a lower price or stating my the absolute lowest I would go. There was only professionalism, as HomeGo has a local agent who knows the market deal with property & property owner in negotiations. Max was very easy to work with, and I was able to come to terms with him on a fair price for all involved. He and the team followed through on every step of the process and informed me of where we were. Now, my money is in my bank, I am no longer a landlord, and I am very happy.

We received an offer from HomeGo through the Keller Offers program so everything went through our Keller Williams agent. The process ended up being different than what they lay out on their website. We got a request to set-up a walk-through for which the agent showed up about 45 minutes late and then was there for about 10 minutes. We received the contract the next day and it included an inspection period even though HomeGo advertises an initial walk-through with no inspection. We set-up a time for HomeGo to do their inspection and an hour before the inspection they asked to reschedule for the next day. The next day at the scheduled time no one showed up. Our agent reached out and could not get a response. We waited around in case they were on their way but they never came and never reached out to explain why they no-showed us or apologize for wasting our time. The next day was the end of the inspection period so we figured maybe they saw in the walk-through that there weren't any big repairs needed. But a few hours before the inspection period ended we found out they had cancelled the contract. They said they were not able to find an investor interested at the price they had offered us so they were going to cancel. They said they were going to cancel with a reason of "structure" since they had to put a reason down for the cancellation, even though there was nothing wrong with the structure of our house and even though they never came to do the inspection. It ended up being a very frustrating experience and an experience that differed quite a bit from what they try to sell on their website.

Have repeated received mail from Thomas *** from HomeGo about wanting to purchase our home. They are a local home buying company. I'm not interested and when I have asked to be removed from their mailing list I expect that request to be respected. They are being a bother and are badgering me by these continued mailers. And I will write them one more time requesting that my name and my husband's name be removed from their mailing list.

We would like Homego to stop sending letters. For Homego to take our address off their list. We received a letter with a picture of our home in the mail from Homego offering to buy our home. We would like for them to stop sending letters like this and for them to take us off whatever list they have us on. We are not interested and seeing the picture of our house is real stalker like creepy. Please can you make them stop. Would appreciate if you can help us. Thank you.

My husband and I have been receiving letters/calls/emails from this business non-stop for six months. We have ZERO desire to sell our home and have asked several times to be removed from their list. It hasn't happened yet. I don't care about their business rating, I don't care about how much "good" they do with others (they always seem to stick that in with their apologies), I just want what is basically harassment to stop immediately. My next step will be filing a complaint with the FCC and my attorney.

This company "purchases rental properties" and sends out advertising mailers to that effect, complete with pictures of the homes obtained from Google images/maps. I have received numerous mailers addressed to me, but featuring photos of a home that I do not own: the home that my elderly parents currently own and reside in. I've called multiple times and requested/demanded to be taken off their mailing list multiple times, and I still receive mailers (with photos of their home, which I have never owned) to this day.

I am receiving letters from HomeGo on a regular basis that has images of my property and vehicle prominently displayed in the envelope. I consider this company as predatory and harassing. I consider this practice disturbing and predatory. It is unnerving, disturbing and we are seeking ways to investigate what measures we can take to have this stopped immediately! Wondering if everyone in that company has their private residences on public display. If I wanted to sell my property it would not be to these predators. Additionally, they also use a common practice of 'Reply STOP in the communications which is just another way to get additional customer information.

I have been receiving unsolicited mailings with a picture of my house on it as well as use of my first name in the mailing. This is walking into stalking territory. In this day and time, this is not a "best practice" for a business. I have worked in areas where women have been attacked and stalked. I want to be removed from all mailing lists that this company has. Even the "StopLetter" site in the mailing DOES NOT have a very favorable scam rating. I do not want my information added to more listings. I have read the training procedures regarding this usage and they are very condescending about any complaints regarding the use of this method as a person who would victimize others.

Do not send me any unsolicited letters asking about buying my house. I did not subscribe to you and you should not be sending me letters. Your company has no right to force us to add more personal information when opting out on your website. Your website is so unprofessional and shady that you have nothing else on there except a form collecting consumers information. How dare you guys make email a requirement to opt out. If my email or any other personal information is sold to third party, my attorney will be reaching out and taking legal action against your company. I better receive no more letters from this company. Taking invasive photos of my house and sending them over. Unacceptable.

Sending photos of my house, offering to buy it when it is clearly not for sale. Harassment, trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. This company clearly does not care about anything except to buy a senior citizens house out from under them for a cheap as they can. They are at best harassing elderly folks and putting pressure on them to sell the only place they have to live. Without concern where or how they will get along for the the rest of their life. I think this is a terrible business practice and should not be allowed. It should against the law in my opinion. Good Morning, My family and I have continued to received an unsolicited letters from HomeGO with my home showing in the see through envelope window. I do not want a Google Image Street View of my home sent through the mail. I did not signup or inquire with this company to sell any property. The company also included in the letter a phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX and a website-Homego.com/Sold for the company contact. They also included the following statement at the end of the letter, "If you do not want to receive letters like this, please visit STOPLetters.com to be removed from our mailing list." I cannot verify the phone number or the sites as being legitimate. I do not want to add more information to any of sites they sent me considering all the online scams. I am not interested in selling my house. I would like HOMEGO to remove me from the mailing list and stop sending solicitation to my address. What steps do I need to take?

It's really telling that your company has the domain stopletters.com reserved for handling opt-out requests. Basically, you know you're sending unwanted garbage to people as your business strategy. That should tell you something about the character of your establishment. The letters you send are annoying, wasteful, and frankly pretty creepy. I filled in the opt out form, but honestly it looks like you're just collecting more data to sell, and it seems like the kind of tactic I'd expect from a company that sends out these gross mailers. Not to mention from the other complaints on Complaintsboard.com it seems you don't honor those requests unless someone complains to the Complaintsboard.com. I will never use a service that mails me trash to deal with and makes me fill out invasive forms to stop receiving said trash. Keep in mind that you may be making more angry detractors than potential leads with these scummy tactics. If your service were any good, I'd hear recommendations from real people instead of self-propagandizing garbage from you in my mailbox. Remove me immediately, and if I find out you've sold my data from the opt-out form, I will look into legal action.
