Homesnap Awesome app?

I wrote a review previously, but for some reason I can't find it. I am writing again.

I live in San Francisco and just bought a new property. Homesnap was instrumental in informing my purchasing decision and helped me better communicate with my realtor. Homesnap is an intuitive, easy-to-use app that exceeded all my home research needs. The information on the site is helpful, up-to-date, and beautifully displayed. Homesnap's detailed listing gave me instant access to photos of properties, school attendance zones, property lines, and property history, which was incredibly useful. I live in a competitive market, and also appreciate that I was immediately alerted via the app of new listings and price changes in neighborhoods in which I was interested in buying a property. I will never shop for a home again without Homesnap.

Homesnap Fantastic App!

I finally discovered the incredible Homesnap App and it is truly ingenious!
I can honestly say that I don't know why I did not discover it sooner. It is so vital to a successful real estate professional and is simple to use.
On top of the ease of use is the attractiveness of the App and the marvelous way of connecting all parties in the search of a property and its important details.
I now know from knowledge why my colleagues and clients often rave about Homesnap! I applaud and am grateful to the creator( s) of this App in facilitating the very challenging real estate profession.

One request : Is there a way of adding the ability to search for a pool?
Some of my clients in California want a pool before a bedroom!

Thank you for considering my request.

Homesnap Awesome! The BEST app now!

Updating from original review below...now that I have the hang of it, this app is AWESOME. It updates faster (every 15 minutes) than any other app and has been way ahead of Zillow by at least a day on average. I also love the camera feature (take a pic of ANY house and its' info appears...not only houses listed for sale).
I would like to capture more than 3 zip codes but, overall, the searches are super-easy because they auto-save.

(Old review before my update above)
It's frustrating that there is only a map search and you can't see the town/location unless you click on the picture. It takes more clicks to get 1 piece of information for 1 house when I can see multiple features for multiple houses at once on the Zillow or Realtor.com apps. I don't see how this app could get high scores. It takes longer to search & sort. Also, why can't I save more than 3 zip codes?

Homesnap Best RE App. Great apple watch add on

As an agent, the apple watch extension is fantastic. About the only app I use on the watch. While Driving by a home for sale, that I think I may have a buyer for, it gives quick and easy access via glances instead of fumbling with my phone and driving.

The app is fantastic. Better than Redfin/zillow/trulia.

One thing that would make it better is a better UI when trying to share properties with clients.

Also, the smartzip school rating system couldn't be more wrong. Even the zoning system can be wrong, which is really bad. Though the schools ratings are higher than they should be and always works out in my favor, greatschools.org is a much better system so I wish you would use that. Otherwise I have to open the Redfin app and I hate that company.

Other than that, great interface for clients. They love it. And I love that I can see commission splits and showing instructions.

Homesnap Beware of Homesnap's Terrible Customer Service and Website Issues

I was super busy and forgot to renew my Homes.com website domain name subscription. It should have been an easy fix, but it turned into a total nightmare when Homesnap, who's now partnered with Homes.com, couldn't figure out how to get my website back online. Their tech support kept sending me back to the domain company, and they wouldn't even talk to the domain company when they reached out to try to help. I had to ask the domain company what Homesnap was supposed to do, and even then, Homesnap still couldn't figure it out. This went on for over a month, and it was a total mess.

Finally, the domain company had to step in and act as the host to make the changes, even though Homesnap was supposed to be the host. It was a total joke, and I can't even begin to describe how terrible Homesnap's customer service was throughout this whole ordeal. I've been with the domain and Homes.com for 20 years, and I've never seen anything like this.

Homesnap didn't even have the decency to stop charging me for my website, even though it was nowhere to be found. It was a total ripoff, and I wouldn't recommend Homesnap to anyone. If you're thinking about using them, beware!

Homesnap Homesnap Review: Bait and Switch Tactics and Unethical Customer Service

This company is just like all the others out there. They make big promises, but when it comes down to it, they just take your money and leave you high and dry. And then, just when you think you're done with them, they come back a year later and try to steal even more money from you! They don't send any renewal notices or even bother to check in and see how you're liking their service. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

They told me that I could cancel anytime and that there would be no automatic renewal, but that was a lie. My credit card was just charged over $500 for a renewal that I never wanted. And now, even though I've told them that I don't want to renew and that I'm not happy with their service, they're refusing to remove the charge. It's like they're holding my money hostage!

I don't understand why I would want to renew with them anyway. I've tried their services, I've even paid for advertising through them, but I haven't gotten a single lead or sale or any traffic to my website. I trusted them and I got swindled. I wish someone had warned me about their bait and switch tactics and their unethical customer service before I got involved with them.

It's really disappointing that they have to resort to these kinds of tactics, especially during a worldwide health pandemic. It's like they don't care about their customers or their reputation. I don't do business this way and I refuse to do business with a company that does. So, if you're thinking about using Homesnap, I would advise you to stay far away. It's like throwing your hard-earned money into a dumpster fire. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Homesnap Homesnap Review: Fraudulent Advertising and Terrible Customer Service

Homesnap is the absolute worst, let me tell ya. I done used 'em for like, several ad campaigns, and ya know what? Absolute zero results. Ain't nobody interested in my "sold" home I advertised, and I ended up getting charged an outrageous $168 bill for it. Ain't that a load of baloney? So I called up them Homesnap folks to tell 'em I want my money back and to cancel any further ad campaigns. The customer service rep said they got me covered, and my account won't have no more ad campaigns without my say-so. Real smooth, right?

But guess what? Eight dang months later, I got hit with another $168 charge. Homesnap, they done did me dirty. They switched my account back to automatic advertising and kept my credit card information without my consent. I talked to this dude named Imir and he blamed it all on another rep called Matt, saying I never said I wanted my account changed. That don't sound right to me, like they trying to pull one over on me. I ain't no sucker, though. I went straight to my credit card company and filed a dispute. Best believe I reported Homesnap to the Federal Trade Commission too, 'cause this ain't no way to treat a paying customer. Fraudulent, that's what they are.

I reckon y'all should stay far, far away from Homesnap. They ain't worth your time and money, and they just gonna pull a fast one on ya. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company. Trust me, I know what's what. Signed, AB, Realtor.

Homesnap Revolutionize your real estate business with Homesnap - the ultimate tool for realtors on-the-go!

This here App really does the job for me as a realtor. It helps me find the best homes for my clients while on the move. The tools and features it has are really useful, I gotta tell ya. When someone's trying to tell me about a home they saw but can't remember the address, I just whip out my phone, use the snap tool, take a photo and forward it right on to me. Bam! No more hassle for them or me.

The search and filtering is top-notch too. I can set an area by commute distance from addresses I set. It helps me, and my clients, know how long it takes to get from home to work. Plus, I can identify schools and their districts and where homes are located according to school districts. How cool is that? I also really love the filters. I can identify the type of home I am searching for, number of bedrooms, and price. It's really easy to use and helps me find the best fit for my clients’ needs.

One of the best things about Homesnap is that it's always up to date with actual MLS that my fellow Realtors use. So no calling on a listing that may or may not be available. The information is spot on! I'm just learning all it can do but I'm really impressed with it so far. It makes my job a heck of a lot easier and more efficient. I highly recommend it, my friends.

Homesnap Homesnap's Lead Program: A Total Disaster - Overpromised and Underdelivered

I have to say, my experience with Homesnap has been nothing but a DISASTER. I thought that by joining their Leads Program in January of this year, I would finally get the opportunity to increase my income and grow my business. Boy, was I mistaken! Not only did they overpromise and underdeliver, but their "hot leads" have been nothing but a total joke.

For starters, I paid a whopping $2,905 up front for a six-month commitment. I was promised three to four "HOT LEADS" each month, but that was definitely NOT the case. In January, I received a measly three leads, and in February, I got just two. And guess what? This month, March, I haven't gotten anything at all! Talk about a rip-off!

But even more frustrating than that is the fact that the leads I DID receive were for renters. As a real estate agent who specializes in selling homes, this was a complete waste of my time and money. I tried to explain this to the Costumer Success Manager, Andrea Nickel, several times, but she just didn't seem to care. She kept promising me that "something would come up," but it never did!

When I finally decided that enough was enough and requested a refund, Andrea told me that I couldn't get my money back. I tried calling her multiple times and even sent her three emails, but she just ignored me. And get this - she's supposed to be the "Costumer Success Manager!" I don't know about you, but to me, that seems like false advertising.

Overall, my experience with Homesnap has been a total nightmare. Not only did I waste my hard-earned money, but I wasted months of my time on a program that was supposed to help me. If you're even thinking about signing up with this company, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and RUN AWAY. They're nothing but a bunch of liars who will take your money and leave you with nothing but regrets.

Homesnap Homesnap App Review: A Realtor At Your Fingertips, Saves Time And Hassle

This Homesnap thing is a total life-saver, let me tell ya! So, I was chillin' on a lazy Sunday afternoon, right? And I decide, hey, I wanna buy me a little condo in Fort Lauderdale. But I don't wanna waste a bunch of time drivin' around and lookin' at places that might not even fit my needs, ya know? So I downloaded Homesnap, and let me tell you, it's the most useful app I've ever seen.

All I had to do was snap a few pics of some condo buildings, right from my car, and boom! I got access to all the details I could ever need. Like, not just the listings for each unit, but also photos of the inside, the property history, and even the HOA fees. It's like all the basic info you could ever want, right there in front of you.

And the best part? I can do all of this on the go! Like, I can be right in front of a property, snap a pic, and have all the info I need right there on my phone. It's like havin' a whole team of realtors workin' for me, but without all the hassle.

As a financial analyst, I don't have time for all this during the week, ya know? So Homesnap makes it so much easier to find what I'm lookin' for, and it saves me a ton of time. I mean, who has two hours to spend drivin' around and lookin' at places every day?

Just one thing, the app could use a 'back-space' function to make it easier to review previous units, ya know? That way I could compare different units in the same building more quickly. But overall, I gotta say, Homesnap is a brilliant use of technology. I'm presumin' they're usin' some sorta fancy mapping and realtor databases, but who knows? All I know is, it works better than any other app I've used before.

And don't even get me started on the website! It's super user-friendly, and it's easy to find all the info I need. So if you're lookin' to buy a place, you gotta check out Homesnap. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Homesnap Unacceptable Auto-Renewal and Customer Service - Homesnap Review

I gotta say, these days everything is just up in the air, ya know? People are tight on money, and businesses are changing the way they operate. It's just a lot to deal with. And let me tell you, Homesnap ain't makin' it any easier. They went and charged my credit card for an auto-renewal without even lettin' me know properly. I mean, the notice was all the way at the bottom of one of those long emails that just look like marketing. So, I emailed and called 'em right away to cancel and stop payment. But you wanna know what I got in return? Some smug, snappy attitude from their representative. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I demanded a refund and for them to cancel my subscription, but all I got was a measly offer to refund just $300. For what?! They didn't even provide me with any service! I tell ya, I won't ever be givin' Homesnap business again. I mean, did you know they've got an "F" rating with the BBB? Wish I had done my research beforehand. It's just plain wrong to be takin' advantage of folks strugglin' in this pandemic. Shame on you, Homesnap.

Homesnap Homesnap.com: The Game-Changer App for Real Estate Agents

Man, let me tell ya- Homesnap.com is a game-changer for real estate agents like myself. I can't even count the number of times I've been showing properties to my clients and they spot a for sale sign on a neighboring home and hit me with the classic, "Hey, how much is that one going for?" It used to be a hassle to have to pull out my computer or try to navigate to the property listing on my phone, but now with Homesnap, all I gotta do is snap a pic of the house and boom- the listing pops up right there on my screen complete with showing instructions. And let's say the property is vacant- no need to worry about scheduling a tour, I can just invite my client to take a look on their own.

But wait, it gets even better y'all. Let's say I'm showing my client a cute little house, and across the street, some jerk builds a new, fancy schmancy home. My client asks me, "I wonder what that one's worth?" No problemo my friend, I just whip out my phone, snap a pic, and bam- Homesnap gives me an estimated value. Now, don't get me wrong, it's not always 100% accurate like some of those other web sites out there (cough cough Zillow), but it's usually close enough that it still impresses my clients.

And it's not just the photo tool that makes Homesnap so dang useful. The map feature makes it so easy to locate all active, pending, and recently closed listings in any area, plus you can see estimated values on non-listed properties too. And let me tell you, it's fast too- super easy to navigate to the information I'm looking for in just a few clicks.

Overall, I gotta say- Homesnap is a must-have for any real estate agent who wants to streamline their workflow and impress their clients with quick and easy property information at their fingertips. So yeah, whether you're a seasoned pro or a newbie to the biz like me, do yourself a favor and download Homesnap today- you won't regret it!

Homesnap Review of Homesnap: A Great Tool for Real Estate Agents with Room for Improvement

Homesnap is a great tool for real estate agents like myself. It's directly connected to our local MLS, which is a major plus. I love how easy it is to search for properties and the mapping feature is very helpful. The layout is user-friendly and well designed.

However, there are a few flaws that can be very frustrating at times. One of the most obvious issues is the inability to pull up a listing when searching by only street name. You need to enter the exact street number to be able to retrieve a listing. This can be a real headache, especially when a client mentions a listing on a street and you have to enter the full address to find it. It's even more aggravating when Homesnap takes you to listings in a completely different city - not helpful!

Another major concern is the lack of customization when it comes to emails and stats for our clients. The emails generated by Homesnap are poorly written and often misleading. They use fear-mongering tactics to try and get clients to act quickly, which isn't a good look for us as agents. It would be great if we could customize the content that's being sent out on our behalf.

On the positive side, the ability to see other agents' production and sales activity is a fantastic feature. Knowing where other agents are selling and what their volume looks like can give us valuable insights. However, it would be even better if those stats could be expanded upon. Adding total volume and limiting the time frame to the last 12 months would be very helpful.

Overall, Homesnap is a useful tool that can help us do our job more efficiently. However, there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

Homesnap Beware Before Signing Up for Homesnap: Dishonest Business Practices

Homesnap is a platform that caters to real estate professionals wherein they offer their services to advertise listings through four different platforms. Last November, my wife and I decided to sign up and use their services. My wife had a new listing that we wanted to promote, and we decided to spend around $1000. Unfortunately, we didn't get any positive results, but that's okay because not all advertising efforts are 100% guaranteed effective.

However, what made us really upset was when we found out that Homesnap automatically charged our credit card, without our authorization, to start another advertising campaign for another listing. We didn't give them permission to do so, and it wasn't a mistake we made, but they still went ahead and charged us. When we reached out to the company to request a refund, they refused to comply. This is an unacceptable way to do business, and I caution others to stay away from companies that take advantage of their customers like Homesnap.

It's clear that this is a significant issue for Homesnap because they sent me a customer satisfaction survey that included automatic advertising as a problem they knew they had. This practice is dishonest and misleading because agents need to approve advertising before future listings go live. This agreement was not honored, and the gentleman who called me from Homesnap refused to give us a refund. Therefore, I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges.

My recommendation is that real estate professionals should save their money and stick with MLS homesnap because Homesnap was ineffective in our experience. With this kind of behavior, I wouldn't trust this platform to handle my business fairly and honestly.

Homesnap Homesnap App Review: A Handy Tool for Real Estate Pros with MLS Info, Lovely Photos, and Easy Contact Features

This here Homesnap app, let me tell ya, it's a real handy tool for folks in the real estate biz. You can get it on your phone or computer and it'll help you find info on any resale homes you come across while you're out and about drivin' or just sittin' at your desk. It's got all the deets on any MLS listed property right there for ya, and the pictures are just lovely. You get to see every single photo posted by the listing agent so you can really get a feel for the place. Plus, if you're lookin' for an open house to check out, this baby can help you find 'em and map 'em out. And don't worry about contactin' the listing agent - the app makes it easy peasy to give 'em a holler or send an email. Ain't no need to open up another app or anything like that!

Now, listen up, 'cause I gotta tell ya that Homesnap can only give you the info listed on the MLS for a property. If you wanna know anythin' else, like if it's Section 8-friendly or not, you gotta call or email the listing agent yourself. Still, Homesnap makes it real convenient to do just that. And let me just say that as a Realtor, this app really saves me a lot of time and worry. When I sell a property, Homesnap sends me a whole bunch of customizable ads so I can let my clients and prospects know all about it. They really make it easy to grow your business!

I also gotta give a shoutout to their tech support folks - they're real helpful and will stick with you until you're satisfied. All in all, I'd recommend this app to anyone interested in real estate. It's just plain useful, y'know?

Homesnap Poor Customer Service Experience with Homesnap Pro+ App

I gotta tell ya, I ain't one to write no fancy reviews or anything, but I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Homesnap's customer service. I was talkin' to some guy named Carlos Perez and all he did was give me attitude. I wanted a refund for their pro+ app 'cause I ain't used it in almost a year. But this Carlos guy said he can't give me my money back 'cause my real estate is still active. I told him I ain't used the app and that I got charged $499 for a yearly subscription that I don't want. But he refused to help me out.

I emailed these guys right when I saw that huge charge and they got back to me a few days later sayin' they can't do nothing for me. I ain't too happy 'cause my phone number and email ain't even updated on my profile, so I ain't even used this app. And then this Carlos guy tells me he can only give me $200 back 'cause I'm still workin' as an agent. I told him I don't care about that and I want my money back.

I asked for a supervisor but Carlos wouldn't let me talk to no one else. He just kept saying he's authorized to give refunds. That ain't no help. He didn't even try to help me out or give me any other options. All he did was talk about how Homesnap pro+ boosts yer Google views. That's just plain rude! He's tryin' to take advantage of me and it ain't right.

I'm just plain ol' upset 'cause these guys don't care about their customers. They just want to take the money and run. I ain't using no more of their apps and I ain't recommendin' 'em to anyone. If ya want good customer service, go somewhere else.

Homesnap Advertising RIP OFF

Homesnap Is For Real Estate professionals and they advertise listings through 4 platforms. In November we signed up, my wife had a new listing we spent approximately 1000. 00 and had no results.
I'm not upset about the no results, not all advertising is 100% effective. What I am upset about my wife had a new listing and they automatically without our permission charged our credit card and started doing a new advertising campaign on a new listing without our permission. When I contacted the company they refused to give us a refund and for that reason alone I would stay away from companies that rip the consumer off like HOMESNAP. This is obviously a huge complaint for homesnap because when they sent me a customer satisfaction survey and asked me why I was canceling the first complaint listed to choose from was automatic advertising. Renewals so they already know this is a huge issue. To automatically advertise a future listing without the approval of the agent and fall back on an agreement that was signed the year before is false and deceptive trade practices. The gentleman that called me from Homesnap refuse to issue a refund so now I'm going to have to deal with my credit card company on a dispute. I would recommend any real estate professional save your money and stick with MLS homesnap was ineffective.

Homesnap Disappointing Experience with Homesnap: Slow Growth and Unfair Renewal Policy

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Homesnap. I signed up for their service for a whole year, hoping it would help me grow my social media page. But honestly, it did nothing for me. Nada. Zilch. I was pretty frustrated, to say the least.

It wasn't until I brought my husband on to help me run the page that we started to see some real growth. And even then, it was slow going. I mean, I'm not expecting to be an overnight sensation or anything, but I was hoping for a little more bang for my buck, you know?

But here's where things really went south. I didn't realize when my renewal date was, so before I knew it, Homesnap had charged me for another whole year. When I called to tell them I didn't want their service anymore and I didn't want to pay for another year, they basically told me tough luck. They wouldn't let me out of the deal.

Now, I don't know about you, but I think that's a pretty crappy policy. I mean, if someone clearly isn't happy with your service, why would you force them to pay for another whole year just so you can keep making a buck off them? It's not like I was trying to scam them or anything. I just wanted out of the deal.

So yeah, needless to say, I won't be using Homesnap again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Save your money and find a better way to grow your social media page. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Homesnap Warning: Homesnap Concierge Lead Service is a Waste of Money for Real Estate Agents/Brokers

I done signed up with Homesnap concierge for six months and paid $3300. It's been four months now and I only got three hot leads. One of them was my own phone number and the other two was unemployed and broke. They couldn't even afford to buy a home. This lead service is straight up trash. They sent me some other leads too but all I got was an auto reply saying they was working on it. Ain't nothing come out of it though. I called support management a bunch of times but they ain't done nothing to help me out.
If you a real estate agent or broker, watch out for Homesnap. They ain't worth the money or the time. I wish I never signed up with them. Lesson learned, you gotta be careful who you give your money to.

Homesnap Homesnap Review: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Questionable Practices

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I signed up for Homesnap back in October of 2021. I mean, who wouldn't want to be able to easily search for homes and connect with potential clients all in one place? But let me tell you, the excitement didn't last long.

First off, it took Google until February of 2022 to approve my account. I mean, come on, that's a pretty long time to wait. And to make matters worse, the Homesnap representative I was working with stopped helping me in January. I was then assigned to Lyn Rawlings, but she's so busy with over 300 agents to manage that she couldn't give me the time of day. When I asked for help, she basically told me that since I wasn't planning on continuing my subscription after 6 months, she wasn't going to waste her time helping me anymore. And to top it off, my subscription is set to expire on June 3rd, 2022. What a bummer.

But that's not even the worst part. Apparently, in order to be on top of the list on Google, you have to beg your family, friends, and past clients for reviews. And even then, Google gets to choose which reviews get published and which ones don't. What a scam! I feel like I've thrown away $3,000 on this service (and I'm still paying for it, mind you). I'm set to be charged again next month, but I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription altogether.

So, if you're thinking about signing up for Homesnap, my advice to you is DON'T DO IT. It's not worth the money or the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and find a different service to use.

Homesnap Homesnap Review: Stay Far Far Away - Nothing But Crooks Out to Get Your Money

Man, let me tell you about my experience with Homesnap (homesnap.com). I ain't happy. If you're an agent and thinking of ordering any of their ads, my suggestion is that you stay far far away. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks out to get your money. They play dirty and underhanded by sneaking in automatic renewals on your credit card without any warning. They'll send you 1000 emails and tell you that you missed a box that needed to be checked in order to prevent the auto-renewal. I tried calling them up to get the charges reversed but would you believe that they refused! The nerve!

That's not even the end of it. These folks at Homesnap don't even give you the option to cancel the campaign or remove your credit card on file. It's like they want to trap you in and keep charging your card indefinitely. It's frustrating to say the least. And then there's the whole issue of effectiveness. I never received a single lead from them. So, what's the point? Homesnap webpage and application is just plain worthless.

Before you go to Homesnap, think carefully. You might think you're getting yourself a deal but in reality, you'll only be setting yourself up for a whole heap of trouble. They're not worth it, folks. Stay away from Homesnap if you know what's good for you.

Homesnap Homesnap Scam Alert: Unauthorized Renewal and Hidden Charges

So, I used Homesnap for a whole year but I didn't like it all that much. Then, the other day I looked at my credit card statement and noticed a HUGE charge for $599 from Homesnap! I was like, "What the heck!?" I called them right away and they told me that it was an automatic subscription that renews every year. But, like, I never said they could keep charging me every year! So, I cancelled it right away. They only gave me back $100 though, even though the renewal was, like, only 3 days ago. So frustrating! Overall, I'm pretty mad about it. They just keep taking your money without your consent and it's a total rip-off.

Homesnap Shady and Dishonest: My Experience with Homesnap and Their Sketchy Business Practices

so I can get my money back.

Yo so check this out, I gotta tell y'all about my experience with Homesnap. So like a year ago, I thought I was just gonna be paying $100 a month for some kind of advertising or whatever. But then out of nowhere, I get hit with a surprise bill for $599! Can you believe that? I was totally blindsided and freaking out about how I was gonna pay for it.

So I reached out to Homesnap to see what the deal was, and I told them straight up that I wanted everything associated with my name to be discontinued and canceled. They said they'd take care of it, but get this: even though they stopped the ad, they still kept charging me for a yearly subscription that I didn't even know about! And to top it off, they had the nerve to go ahead and charge my credit card for it too, even though I specifically told them to cancel everything and remove all my info.

I don't know about y'all, but to me, that just screams shady and dishonest. I mean, if they can't even honor a simple request like that, what else are they gonna try and sneak past you? I really hope none of y'all get caught up in their mess like I did. It's a total scam and I'm seriously thinking about getting a lawyer involved just to get my money back.

Take my advice, folks. Stay far away from Homesnap and their sketchy business practices. You'll thank me later.

Homesnap Frustration with Homesnap's Payment Processing Service and Subscription Handling

I've been using Homesnap for a good while, but let me tell you, the past year has been rough. I didn't use it for a long time, and they just let my subscription expire. Okay, fine. But then I started getting emails saying they were trying to charge me on the credit card I used last time, which I'd already canceled because of some tricky fraud stuff. Of course it bounced, but they kept trying for weeks straight, trying all kinds of different amounts.

So today, they charged a fee on a different card linked to the same Capital One account, which was random and unexpected. I bet they were hoping I wouldn't notice, but come on. I called them up, but it was so hard to actually get someone on the line. Finally, I talked to someone who said the problem was with their payment processing service, Stripe.

Honestly, I'm super frustrated right now. I just want to use Homesnap and get the info I need, but it's been such a struggle lately. I hope they can get their act together and fix these issues, because otherwise, I might have to look for another service.

Homesnap Buyer Beware: Disappointing Results and Difficult Cancellation Process with Homesnap's Ad Campaign

Homesnap's ad campaign left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the lead generation response and results for a market reach Facebook ad. The lackluster performance was bad enough to make me want to cancel the ad for the second month, but that's where the real trouble began. Trying to find a button to cancel on the dashboard was impossible and made me feel like they were trying to lock me in for the subscription fee, which almost felt like a scam. It was only after I emailed them to request an immediate cancellation that I realized their customer service was reprehensible.

To add insult to injury, I was still being billed for the ad even after my request to cancel had been made. They promised me a copy of the terms of the agreement, but never delivered. They didn't even bother to email me an invoice after I paid for the ad. It's infuriating and I feel like I have been taken advantage of.

Let this serve as a warning to others - buyer beware when dealing with Homesnap. Despite their promise of lead generation, they fail to deliver results and their subscription model is incredibly difficult to cancel. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone and I hope Homesnap takes steps to improve their practices in the future.

Homesnap Poor Customer Service: Our Experience with Florida Suncoast Real Estate

We had to scout for a new house, after Florida Suncoast Real Estate, Bradenton, Florida, failed to make the sale or even negotiate for the contract for our previous house. The whole deal went down the drain, and the realtor was no help at all. After firing her on September 10, 2020, we were left with only the Homesnap app to guide us on our search for a new abode.

Even after severing ties with Florida Suncoast Real Estate, they still didn't remove us from their list of potential homebuyers. We kept getting notifications about properties that we were not interested in. What's worse is that they made no effort to correct it or make things right. It seems that they couldn't be bothered, and their indifference saddened us.

We were not at fault in this transaction, yet we were left with the consequences of someone else's incompetence. We would not recommend Florida Suncoast Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Their lack of professionalism and care for their clients is enough reason to stay clear of them.

To add insult to injury, they would not release us from the contract we had signed with them. Instead, they wanted us to sign a 'GAG' order, something that we refused to do since we did not want to be bound by any silence. It's not our fault that they did not deliver on their promises.

And as if that was not enough, Florida Suncoast Real Estate tried clawing back almost $400 in charges from us, which we saw as extortion. Thankfully, they later reduced it, but it was still a stressful and unpleasant experience.

In conclusion, we cannot recommend Homesnap as a reliable app citation when dealing with real estate agencies. It's only as good as the realtor representing it. In our case, despite the convenience and efficiency of the app, the realtor failed to live up to expectations.

Homesnap Unauthorized Charges: My Disappointing Experience with Homesnap

Homesnap is a platform that supposedly assists in the search for potential homes and properties, and that has been advertised all over the internet and social media platforms. The site promises several features that aim to make the process of browsing for your dream home more manageable. However, my recent experience with Homesnap has left me feeling disappointed in their services.

Over the last two years, Homesnap has been charging my account without my consent or authorization. This is quite concerning for me because I don't have a HomeSnap Pro account established, nor have I ever established an account with HomeSnap Pro. I noticed the most recent charge on March 6,2020, which was a hefty sum of $599. Imagine my shock when I realized I didn't have an account with this online service.

I have contacted HomeSnap several times, requesting a refund of the $599, but to no avail. It is very frustrating to have to argue for your rights, especially when the mistake is not on your end. Instead of providing a refund for the unauthorized charges, the only defence I got from them is that I paid for a Pro account last year, which cost $299. But that is not applicable to my situation as I did not willfully buy the account.

Honestly, I should have been more diligent regarding last year's charge. I didn't anticipate that Homesnap would keep charging my account without my authorization. Now I have to bear the consequences and try to argue for a refund. I have communicated several times with their customer representatives, but it seems that no resolution has been offered.

In conclusion, I don't recommend Homesnap. It is not okay to take someone's money without their consent, even if you claim that it was for a Pro account that I never signed up for. It's not about the money; it's the principle and professionalism that is lacking. I hope that Homesnap will take this feedback seriously and improve their services to avoid such situations in the future.

Homesnap Homesnap Review: Scamming People Out of Their Money Instead of Providing Quality Service

Homesnap, oh boy, where do I even begin? So, like, I got this supposedly "free" Homesnap thingy from my association, right? And, you know, I was like "cool, let me try this out". So, in September, I decided to purchase an ad for one of my listings. Seemed like a good idea at the time, you know what I'm saying? But then, things started getting real sketchy real fast.

Firstly, they charged me this crazy amount of $159 in October. I mean, come on, Homesnap, what's the deal with that? So, obviously, I called them up and was like "hey, I didn't authorize this and I want my money back". And, you know what, they actually did refund me. But, uh, that's not the end of it.

The next month, in November, they went and charged me AGAIN. Like, are you serious? I already told you not to charge me, Homesnap! This time, I had to get real assertive and demand that they reverse the charge. And, you know what, they did eventually do it. But, oh boy, it gets worse.

This month, Homesnap went and charged me a whopping $599 on my credit card. Like, what the heck, man? That's more than what I pay for my monthly rent! So, you know what I did? I had to cancel my credit card altogether. Ain't nobody gonna be scamming me like that.

So, I've been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for weeks now. I've called multiple times and, honestly, I feel like I've spent half my life on hold. And, do you know what's worse? I've emailed their support team and haven't received a single response. Like, what kind of professionalism is that? It's like they don't even care.

To be honest with you, it seems to me like Homesnap is more interested in scamming people out of their hard-earned money than actually providing a quality service. I mean, yeah, I did get some leads when I purchased that ad, but none of them amounted to anything. And, now, it's just a real hassle trying to get refunded for something I didn't even order.

Overall, I regret ever getting involved with Homesnap. They're a real headache and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Homesnap Real Estate App Falls Short - A 2.5 Star Review

This app didn't quite hit the mark for me. My real estate agent suggested I give it a go and while it is speedy with its listing updates, there are a few things that need improvement. I'm feeling a solid 2.5-star rating for this one.

Now, don't get me wrong, it's got some great aspects - like the speed at which it updates available listings. I can always be sure that when I'm browsing, I'll know exactly what's still up for grabs. But there are some things that could definitely be better.

One of the biggest things that frustrates me is the favorites list. It's definitely a must-have feature, but it has some limitations that are just plain silly. I can only have three preferred zip codes? That's just ridiculous. In my area, there are towns with as many as seven zip codes, so this limit makes it hard for me to use the app's news feature. I also wish I could create a separate favorites list for the homes I've starred. That's just basic functionality that's missing.

Another issue is that I can't search for homes based on their square footage. Seriously? That's such a common parameter that people factor into their home search. This limitation is a major annoyance for me. Finally, the app's interface design could use some work. It's just not very intuitive and can be quite clumsy.

All that said, if the developers could address these issues, this app could easily garner a full five stars from me. It's got great potential. Right now, though, 2.5 stars is the highest I can give.

Homesnap Avoid Homesnap's Lead Service - My Review of a Terrible Investment

I gotta say, Homesnap's lead service? Not good. It's like, the worst investment ever. I mean, come on. Vahid was supposed to manage the lead department, right? But they sent me all these Spanish-speaking leads, even though they knew I didn't speak Spanish. And when I asked 'em to fix it, did they? No way. And listen to this - almost all of the leads they sent me were just total duds. They couldn't even get in touch with 'em, but still said they were "hot leads". Like, really? They spent eight whole days trying to get in touch with these people, but nada. What a waste of money, seriously. Speaking of which, their ads say that you'll get Google leads, but when I got my receipt it said they were from Facebook and Instagram. But guess what? I never got any leads from Instagram. So like, what's up with that? And when I tried to complain and get my money back, they just didn't really care. I got 32 "leads" from 'em, but couldn't get in touch with any of 'em. If you're looking for a lead service with real leads, go with Realtor.com. For real. Do not waste your dough on this.
