hom pride llc did a grate job on my shower at *** place. thay were done in less than 10 ours. thanx to *** and *** for doing such a good job. highly recomend them.

So, I recently got this new shower put in by Home Pride. Let me tell you, it's pretty sweet. The guys did a real great job. Gotta give a shoutout to Request (I hope I spelled that right) and the other guy for being super professional during the install. I'd definitely recommend Home Pride to anyone looking to get some work done around the house.

I 100% wud recommend Hom Pride to ne1 wantin a new bath. The crew was on time n vry friendly n profesh. I luv walkin into my bathroom, itz soomazing!

We had our bathe done by Home Pride, and it was amazing. The guys who did it were so professional, and they communi-cated really good. We love the end result. Would defo recommend.

I had an awesome experience with Home Pride, LLC! Them folks, *** and *** did a great job fixin' up my shower in just one day, they even took out all the old stuff too. The folks in the office were super nice and helpful too. Now my bathroom looks way better than the rest of my old house, and it's only 56 years young!

this was a projec that was started in september and it still not complete its been a wild ride with very poor communication but bundles of excuses with new project manager and division manager we will see. unfortunately my trust is running very low and the anxiety of the entire process is weighing heavily on me. ask alot of questions. the materials are lovely but if installasion is poor or installers are not qualified supervised or worse thiefs the bad out ways the good. I am happy to update this as it goes.

I made an appt to get a qoute for a bathroom job, they said they'll call the day before to confirm but didn't until 2 hours before the appt. I didn't hear the phone ring, so when they were late for the appt I called back and saw I missed the call. They suggested to reschedule for later that day but it wasn't gonna work with our schedule so we cancelled. She seemed pretty happy to cancel :/ Didn't get a good vibe for the customer service. We'll probably look for someone else for our bathroom renovation.

Products and team good. They fixed our shower in no time. Supplied slowed things down. Waited for months, not great, but it's the norm now. Workers were quick and good. They whipped things up in a snap. Only prob was the first shower tray broke. Office sent someone with a different one, but it was checked first. Fortunately, it was ok. Guys still wrapped everything up that day. Waited more for doors, but we're super happy with how it all looks and performs. Perfect!

I jus had an appontment wit Home Pride LLC. Boy let me tell ya, *** knos what he's talkin bout! He wuz real pro an knoledgeble bout the products an servcices. His presentashin wuz super good! We liked it so much we signed up to remodel both our bathrooms. I'm retired from tha Air Force and he sed his dad wuz too wen he furst came. I gave him a challenge coin befor he left for his dad for raising a fym young man. He talkd bout his trainin to be a KOHLER specialist and I gotta say wuz pretty impressed wit Home Pride. Tell *** we said thanks an he did a good job!

Past 2 years, we've been workin' with some contractor companies for home improvement things & all were great, but no one's comparin' to the pure quality of our Kohler Walk-in Bathtub experience with Home Pride. Xxxxxx did a great job durin' the consultation in our home & the installation of the walk-in bathtub was just WOW. The installation team, including Xxxxxx & ***, were simply stellar! They came on time, knew what they were doin', were well coordinated & worked great as a team. You could see they really cared 'bout their work & the damn product they were installin'. We've had the walk-in bathtub for about six weeks now & we love it! It's gone beyond our expectations & we're ready for years of hydrotherapy baths in our own damn home.

I hired Home Pride for tub shower change, they were supposed to switch the fan after the install, but that never happened. The project manager poorly communicated the time and date of the installation. The installer from the company was unprofessional and took my Doritos without asking. They lied about the fan replacement and never sent the link they promised. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. The caulking job was bad and needed to be redone. The installer messed up the bottom pan with the door, and it's been two months, and I haven't heard from anyone. I'm opening a claim on the work because other things have happened since the install.

Home Pride ain't no good, man. They talked a big game when they came over to quote us for bathroom remodels back in June 2022. We agreed to one bathroom, paid half the quoted price and thought we were getting 0% financing. They said it would take 10-12 weeks and they would check in every few weeks to keep us in the loop. Fast forward to September and not one call, no cashing of our check, and no contact at all. After some back and forth, we found out they said we cancelled our contract within 3 days (which we didn't). It's been over a week since they promised they'd fix it and still nothing. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

Home Pride Bath is a great company, super efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and competitive! Highly recommend!

This company made a contract without my consent. I explained that I only wanted to use them if I could finance the full amount, but they went ahead and made a deal anyway. Now TJ is telling me that we have a contract, but he can't secure financing. I never signed anything, so there is no real contract. They need to erase my information from their system and stop bothering me.

i axed for help from HomePride a long time ago, like maybe 6 month or somethin like that. i forgot all about them to be honest. they called after 6 months and the lady talkin on the phone was really hard to understand. but we made a plan to meet up for a chat. then i had to cancel cuz i got sick. then they keep callin me multiple times every DAY for a few months now and they just hang up when i answer the phone. this is so not cool, im bein harassed rite now. they never rly got back to me in the first place and now they messin with me for months and months. i do not wanna do any bizniz with a company this unprofesh.
