AnyHome Improvements LLC stole my money, $4875.00 to be exact. They tricked me into starting the project in March, but then they disappeared and left me hanging. I had to hire a new contractor to fix the mess they made.

I hired AnyHome Improvements LLC for my backyard fence and deck. The deck was finished, but they left a big pile of dirt in my yard during the winter. I gave them a deposit of 4k for the fence in July , but they kept delaying the project due to weather. I've been trying to schedule the project since spring, and the contractor promised to finish by the end of August. However, they haven't been responding to my emails or texts, and I can't leave a voicemail. I'm filing a complaint because they haven't complied with the contract in a timely manner, and they're not responding to my requests for a refund of my deposit that I made a year ago.

I hired AnyHome Improvements LLC to replace my deck with composite materials and replace the lattice work around it. We signed a contract on 03/15/22 and the work was supposed to begin on 05/23/22. However, Mr. M kept making excuses and the work didn't start until the end of July. As of today, 08/30/22, the work is still not completed. The composite decking is not secured on the sides, the step was not touched, and there is a one inch gap between the lower deck and the lattice work. We finally reached Mr. M after three weeks and his manager came to see what needed to be done. He promised to have it completed by the end of the following week, but we haven't heard back from them since. We paid $6981.50 for the job and I am unable to do anything as I am handicapped. Please help.
