Hobbylinc Review: A One-Stop-Shop for Hobby Enthusiasts!
Hey, have you seen this website called Hobbylinc? It's freakin' awesome! They have all sorts of stuff for almost any hobby you can think of! And the prices are really reasonable too.
I mean, sure, they might not have every single hobby out there, but for most of them, you're likely to find what you're looking for. From model rockets to trains, arts and crafts to brewing, they've got you covered.
But be warned, you might end up spending more than you intended because they have so much cool stuff that you never knew you needed. And the best part is, they deliver pretty fast without breaking the bank.
Honestly, if you're into any sort of hobby, you gotta check out Hobbylinc. It's a must-visit site for any hobby enthusiast out there!
Hobbylinc review: Back-ordered item charged, poor customer service, still waiting for refund
So, I was on the lookout for a toy truck for my kiddo since it was his big wishlist item for Santa. After browsing the Hobbylinc website, I thought I finally hit the jackpot with one that was "in stock." Yahoo! I quickly swiped my card for the truck and sat back to wait for it to arrive.
The very next day I get an email notification from Hobbylinc telling me that the truck I bought is back-ordered until January - MID JANUARY y'all! Super bummed out, I called their customer service line. The lady I spoke to was polite enough but unfortunately it felt like she didn't care too much about my situation. I let her know how unhappy I was and suggested that they replace my order with another truck the same price or higher to make up for the inconvenience. But, she wouldn't help me out at all.
She tried to say that they wouldn't charge my account until they shipped the truck, but guess what? I checked my account online and the charge was already there! What kind of janky business is that? Feeling pretty peeved at this point, I just asked to straight-up cancel the whole order.
But, it wasn't over yet. After three more days, I'm still waiting for the refund to hit my account! That's just not cool and definitely not what any of us would expect from a company in "the biz." All in all, I won't ever be using Hobbylinc again and I'm definitely going to tell everyone I know about my messed-up experience. Thanks for nothing, guys.
Disappointing Experience with Hobbylinc: Overpriced Shipping to Australia
So, I thought I'd give Hobbylinc a try. I ordered 5 paint by numbers kits on 4th January, 2015. I was pretty excited about my purchase. But then, things went downhill from there. I waited and waited for my kits to arrive, but nothing happened.
Then, one day, I finally got an email from them. They claimed they had been trying to contact me. But that's a load of bull - I didn't receive any emails from them. They said they couldn't get one of the kits and that they cancelled it. Oh well, I thought, I'll still get the other four.
But then I got an unexpected surprise - and not the good kind. They charged me nearly an extra $90 for shipping. Seriously? How can shipping for some small boxes be so expensive? I must admit, I didn't even check the shipping costs when I placed the order. I just assumed it wouldn't be that expensive. And boy was I wrong.
I'm still waiting for my kits to arrive. At the price they charged me for shipping, they should have been here ages ago. I'm not happy with my experience and I won't be dealing with Hobbylinc again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in Australia - unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg for shipping. :(
Hobbylinc Review: Poor Service, Shipping Delays, and Damaged Products
Wow, where do I even start with this one? Let's just say, my experience with Hobbylinc left me feeling pretty disappointed. First of all, I placed my order back on 8/10 and it didn't even ship out until 8/16. I mean, seriously? That's almost a whole week! And to make matters worse, all of the items I ordered were actually in stock, so there really wasn't any excuse for such a long delay.
Now, I don't want to come across as ungrateful or anything, but I did opt to pay for Priority shipping. You know, the kind of shipping that's supposed to be faster than regular shipping? Well, imagine my surprise when I opened up my package to find that it had actually been shipped via First Class Package. I mean, what's the point of paying extra if you're not even going to get the service you paid for?
But wait, it gets even better... When I opened up my package, I found that Hobbylinc had decided to cram my K&S brass angle into a box that was clearly not meant to fit them. And not only that, but they were bent and curved to the point where they were almost unusable. How is that even remotely acceptable?
All in all, my experience with Hobbylinc was just plain embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them to anyone, unless you enjoy waiting forever for your order to ship and receiving damaged goods.
Disappointing Experience with Hobbylinc: Faulty Product, Poor Communication, and Unfair Return Policy
Alright, so I wanted to share my experience with Hobbylinc, the online hobby store. I ordered an airbrush needle, which is like super duper thin, right? Well, they shipped it to me in a bubble envelope. And guess what? It arrived all bent out of shape! No surprise there. So, I asked for a return authorization, which they granted, but they didn't even let me know. Seriously, they never sent me an email or anything. I had to keep checking my order status like some sort of detective until I finally found a new link for the RMA.
Here's where it gets really crazy. The return policy states that I have to pay for the return shipping myself. What? That's insane! I reached out to customer support because I mean, if they sent a faulty product, shouldn't they pay for the shipping too? But let me tell you, finding a way to contact these people is like trying to find Waldo in a sea of red and white stripes. I finally emailed them and... cue the sound of crickets chirping...haven't heard a peep back from them.
Honestly, after this experience, I don't think I'll ever use Hobbylinc again. It's a shame because I had planned to order more supplies from them in the future, but the whole RMA situation just turned me off. So, yeah, I'd say you're better off avoiding this vendor altogether. Trust me, save yourself the headache.
Slow shipping and questionable packaging - my review of Hobbylinc
Hey, I'm someone who's super into building models and I'm always on the lookout for new supplies. Now, I gotta be honest - I'm not the biggest fan of Hobbylinc. Don't get me wrong, they have a few things that I can't get anywhere else, but they're at the bottom of my list for a reason.
First of all, their shipping is suuuper slow. Like, snail's pace slow. It takes them a whole week just to process my order, and then they use the cheapest shipping option which takes ANOTHER week. So basically, if I order from them, I'm waiting around for two weeks minimum.
And don't even get me started on the packaging. I ordered some 24 inch styrene shapes and they sent it to me in an 18 inch box. You know what they did to make it fit? They BENT the styrene into a horseshoe shape. Um, excuse me? I don't want my supplies all warped and wonky, thank you very much.
Honestly, I usually go to Scalehobbyist, Sprue brothers, Modeltrainstuff, or Trainworld first. They're much quicker and more reliable. But if I absolutely can't find what I need anywhere else, I'll reluctantly turn to Hobbylinc.
Hobbylinc Review: Unbeatable Prices, Great Selection, and Genuine Care for Customers
I recently got my hands on my latest order from Hobbylinc on September 29th, 2021. Let me just tell you that I've been loyal to this site for 9 years now, and they consistently deliver the goods. Everything in my order was exactly what I asked for, and I appreciate the reliability. The prices on this site are unbeatable, and I swear they must raise all the other companies in the area because it's clear that Hobbylinc is the standard for model hobby prices.
But it's not just about the prices - the selection of items is crazy good. You're bound to find what you're looking for, and then some. And if you have any questions or concerns, the team at Hobbylinc is always there to respond to you. I particularly love the feature where I can post pictures of my model cars after finishing them - it's such a great feeling of accomplishment to share it with others.
What sets Hobbylinc apart from other model hobby sites, in my opinion, is their genuine care for their customers. It's not just about making a sale - they truly want you to feel appreciated. That's why they have a program where you can earn points towards discounts on your next order. It's just one more example of how they have your back.
To sum it all up, I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Hobbylinc. Thank you so much for all the years of great service!

Hobbylinc: Disappointing Customer Experience and Slow Shipping Time
So, I recently had an experience with Hobbylinc that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I had made an order with them and was frustrated with how long it was taking to ship. After waiting longer than I had expected, I decided to send them an email to ask about the delay. When I finally got a response, it wasn't what I was hoping for.
They basically told me that their warehouse was set up to take 1-4 business days to ship, and that's just how it is. They also made a point to say that they're not Amazon and if I want faster shipping, I should go shop with them instead. Well, that wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear, especially since I had already made the decision to buy from Hobbylinc.
What really got me was the fact that they don't seem to care about their customers. The fact that they were prioritizing keeping their prices low over satisfying their customers really rubbed me the wrong way. And honestly, it's not like their prices are so low that it's worth putting up with slow shipping and bad customer service.
To be fair, they did apologize for the inconvenience, but it just wasn't enough. I'm not planning on ordering from them again, and I'm actually going to refuse delivery on my current order. I think it's important to support businesses that care about their customers and put in the effort to make them happy. Hobbylinc simply isn't one of those businesses.
Hobbylinc: The Go-To Website for All Your Hobby Needs - Review
Hey there folks, I'm here today to give you the low-down on my go-to source for all things hobby-related: Hobbylinc! I've been using this website for over a year now, and I've made at least 10 purchases - I just can't get enough! As someone who's into O Scale trains, 1.72 scale World War II airplanes, and 1.700 scale military ships, I can say with confidence that Hobbylinc has got it all.
Now I know what you're thinking: "prices can't be beat", what a cliché thing to say. But for real, this company has got some seriously unbeatable pricing. And even beyond that, the variety of options in each category is simply awesome. They offer multiple choices of manufacturers for the same item, which means you can pick and choose based on your preferences and budget - love that.
But let's talk about customer service for a second, because it's truly top-notch. Any time I've had to call the customer service/order line, they've been nothing but super helpful and friendly. They always make me feel like a valued customer, and that kind of human touch really goes a long way. And when it comes to shipping and tracking my orders? Forget about it - Hobbylinc keeps me in the loop every step of the way. If an item in my order is backordered, they'll still ship everything else in my order and then send the backordered item as soon as it's restocked, completely free of charge. That's some customer service, folks.
And the packaging? My orders always show up at my doorstep looking like they've been swaddled in bubble wrap and handled with all the care in the world. And the best part? My orders arrive on time, or even earlier than expected. Seriously, how often does that happen in this day and age?
I could go on and on, but I'll just wrap it up by saying this: if you're in the market for any kind of hobby supplies, head on over to Hobbylinc.com and prepare to be blown away. And to top it all off, their rewards program is a real game-changer. Thanks Hobbylinc, for being my go-to source for all my hobby needs - you guys seriously rock.
Fantastic Quality and Service from Hobbylinc - Highly Recommended!
Wow, I recently stumbled upon Hobbylinc and let me tell you, it was such a breath of fresh air to do business with a family-owned company. In this day and age, companies are always trying to maximize their profits and pretty much dictate what products they offer. So finding a company that still values its customers and offers great quality products was truly a treat.
I had been on the hunt for an HO interior for my MOPAC Eagle passenger car for a while now. But ever since IHC went out of business, it has been so hard finding a decent interior. That's where Hobbylinc came in, they manufactured simple passenger seats that fit the back-in-the-day American rail service at such a great price. For only $5.89 plus shipping, YES PLEASE! But the price isn't all, the quality was outstanding. And, I was even able to get a 19% discount, beat that!
I ordered a set of blue seats on Nov 12th, 2019 and got an email the next day informing me that my order was received and was already shipped with a USPS tracking number. Wait, what? Such fast service? I was mind-blown. And to top it off, my package was guaranteed to be delivered by 8:00 PM on Saturday Nov 16th. But to my surprise, it arrived on Nov 15th! I opened the package, and lo and behold, 36 blue seats that fit perfectly and were of high quality. I can even detail them with model paints.
Overall, I give Hobbylinc a five-star rating! I highly recommend them to all my fellow hobby enthusiasts out there.

Hobbylinc Review: Great Models, but Beware of Ants in the Package
So, I recently started buying models from Hobbylinc and boy oh boy, did I get a surprise when I opened the package. I mean, we're talking about a frickin' ant parade here! There were ants crawling out of every nook and cranny of that box. And when my wife tried to dispose of the box, even more ants came out of hiding. We're now considering calling in the big guns - pest control - to take care of this ant problem.
Aside from the ant fiasco, I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with the models I've purchased from Hobbylinc. They've got a great selection and their prices are pretty reasonable. Plus, they usually have some kind of sale or discount going on, which is always a plus.
My only gripe is that their website could use a little work. It's not the most user-friendly and it can be a bit slow at times. But hey, they're probably more focused on getting those models out the door than updating their website, right?
Overall, I'd still recommend Hobbylinc for anyone looking to buy models. Just be prepared for a possible ant infestation. So be it, it's a part of the thrill of opening up a package from them.
Warning: Hobbylinc.com is a Total Ripoff - Don't Waste Your Money!
about Hobbylinc.com because my experience with them was a total bunk. Like, come on, yo! I was looking for a USG Gypsum HO Jaeger and they had a pic of it on a HO car, so I figured that's what I was gonna get. But nope, what I got was some flimsy old piece of wood with some fancy wrapping paper on it, for over 20 bucks! I mean, c'mon, man! That's just not right!
So, I tried to get in touch with them to complain, but they were no help at all. It's like they just didn't care about me or my problem. So, now I'm left with this piece of junk and an even worse taste in my mouth.
Seriously, folks, I wouldn't recommend Hobbylinc.com to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. They're a major disappointment and a total ripoff!
One-Star Experience: No Pick-Up Option & Slow Shipping from HobbyLinc
Man, gotta say, not too pleased with HobbyLinc. I mean, seriously, I would be buying all kinds of stuff from them if only they let us do pick-ups! I'm super close, just 5 miles away, you know? But no, I had to order some paint from them and it took a whole dang week just to get it packed and sent out. What's up with that? And now I'm still waiting on it to arrive. Ugh. Not cool, HobbyLinc. Not cool at all. Honestly, I don't think I'll bother ordering from them again after this. I mean, that's enough to give 'em a measly one-star rating in my book. #disappointed

Terrible Experience with Hobbylinc's Delivery and Customer Service
Hey guys,
So, I recently ordered a model stagecoach from Hobbylinc and it was really expensive, like $180.53. I paid for it with my trusty credit card and waited eagerly for it to arrive. But, when it finally did arrive, it wasn't at my house like it was supposed to be. Nope, it was delivered to their own address!
I tried hitting them up several times about the issue, but they straight up ignored me. It's really frustrating because I'm not the only one this has happened to - I read two other reviews where people complained about the same thing. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them based off of my experience. They're definitely the worst company I've ever dealt with.
Disappointing Experience with Hobbylinc - Be Cautious Before Ordering!
So, I decided to make my hobby dreams come true and ordered a wooden ship model kit from Hobbylinc's website. I was really excited to get started and build my own ship, it was going to be a great bonding experience with my son. We both love ships and history, so we were eagerly waiting when the package arrives. Finally, the day came but when we opened the box, we were surprised to find out it was a different type of ship model, not the one we ordered! This was really disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were looking forward to building something that required a solid hull!
We contacted Hobbylinc, hoping they would fix the mistake and send us the correct kit, but we never received any replies. After waiting for a couple of days, I decided to give them a call.
The representative was courteous at first but when I explained my issue, they refused to accept our return. I was shocked! According to the policy on their website, I should be able to return an unopened kit. Unfortunately, they wouldn't budge!
Now, I'm stuck with an expensive kit that I cannot use. This was a complete waste of time and money, and has really put me off shopping from Hobbylinc again. I found that they have a lot of negative reviews from other customers who have had similar experiences.
My advice is to be cautious when ordering from Hobbylinc. Even though their website portrays a professional appearance, their customer service and fulfillment is quite disappointing. So before you hit that order button, do your research and make sure you don't end up like me.
Hobbylinc's Shipping Situation Needs Some Serious Work
Okay, so I've been kickin' it with Hobbylinc for like a hot minute now, but let me tell ya, I'm donezo. The shipping situation is the pits, man. I ordered some stuff a while back and STILL haven't gotten word that it's been sent out. Meanwhile, I put in an order with another supplier and they already got my ish on the way. Ain't nobody got time to wait around for your package to come chillin' at your doorstep a week later. You gotta hustle and keep up with the game, Hobbylinc! Gotta go where the service is fast and furious, ya know what I'm sayin'? They gotta step up their game if they wanna keep my business.
Enticing and Flawlessly Executed: A Review of the New Restaurant in Town
I have had problems with Hobbykings (800) and customer service is almost non-existent. I read were sitejabber has lots of customer reviews concerning hobbyking and I've tried in vain to contact Dan C of customer service to no end. I spoke to a customer 24 hour on line woman who promised me free shipping and she never allowed me to speak to a supervisor, I need to know what happened with Hobbyking NOT hobbylink,.?
Not Recommended: My Scam Experience with Hobbylinc (hobbylinc.com)
So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Hobbylinc (hobbylinc.com). I figured I'd try something new, and order from them. Five days ago I put in my order, got a confirmation number, and thought everything was peachy keen. Then, when I tried to check on my order, the number didn't exist! I thought maybe I made a mistake, but then I couldn't access the website at all! Just kept getting an Internal Website Error message. Like, what the heck, man? I tried to do my research and everything seemed legit, but now I'm thinking maybe it's a scam. Don't make the same mistake as me, do your research first and go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend risking it with Hobbylinc.
Disappointing decline in Hobbylinc's customer service and stock items
I've been shopping with Hobbylinc for quite some time now, but I have to say, their customer service, stock items, and variety have declined over the years. I recently placed an order for some kits, and I had to wait a whopping eight months for them to become available. And wouldn't you know it, the price went up in the meantime! To top it off, they wouldn't honor my original price and left out the last two items from my order. It really bummed me out because I thought I had found a go-to shop for all my hobby needs. But, alas, it's time for me to bid them farewell and take my business elsewhere.
Hobbylinc Review: Great Deals on Hobby Supplies, But Don't Expect Lightning-Fast Service
If you're looking for some killer deals on hobby stuff, Hobbylinc is the way to go! Seriously, their prices are so good that they make Amazon look like a bunch of chumps. However, there is one downside to this amazing site - the service. Now, don't get me wrong, it's not terrible or anything - it's just that it's run by a family, so it might take a little longer to get your stuff than you're used to. For example, I placed an order on May 23rd, and the website said it would be shipped on May 28th. Which, let's be real, is still a pretty long time to wait. But, when June 1st rolled around and my stuff still hadn't been shipped, I started to worry. I tried emailing them through their website, but never heard back. Luckily, my order did eventually arrive and it didn't take too long to get to me.
So, if you need something ASAP, Hobbylinc might not be the best choice. But if you're willing to be patient, you'll definitely get the best bang for your buck. Just keep in mind that this is a family-run business, so they're doing their best to keep up with orders and respond to inquiries. Overall, I'd rate Hobbylinc pretty high on the scale of cool websites to buy hobby stuff from. Just don't expect lightning-fast service, or you might be disappointed.
