I, Rabindra Nath Ray, an imperia customer having 7 nos sb and current account with your bank and having MF account of Rs. 100000/- pm from my family members and having FD more than 50 lakhs in my and family members name.

Now i applied for opening a c/a in the name of 'M/s Rabindra Nath and co., Chartered Accountants at Balasore Branch, Odisha. I deposited the PAN, Adhar card, Udyam Adhar Card and the 'CA membership card from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India' and Certificate of Practice.

Then your branch asked for Certificate of Practice in the name the firm.

ICAI does not issue Certificate of Practice in the firm's name.

Because a CA is issued 'Certificate of Practice in his name and can start practicing as sole proprietor having a firm name or as a partner in a firm.

I had a C/A with SBI in my firm name where they have accepted 'ICAI member card' as existance proof of my firm. As your bank asked to close SBI and open CA of my Firm in your bank , I have closed the said SBI C/a.

The membership card from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India should be proof of existance of the firm.

Since my gross receipt of my firm, a GST registration is not mandatory.

Desired outcome: A C/A IN MY SOLE PROPRITORY FIRM i.e RABINDRA NATH AND CO. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS
