This company is great to work with. They are responsive, quick to schedule, and do exceptional work. The installers were very professional and qualified. I would call them again except they replaced all my windows and doors. Truly a great company, from sales to completion.

From start to finish Gulfside Windows did a professional job, It was extra hard since I live in Maryland and work was accomplished in Florida. They kept informed on permit status, order status, install and inspection. Would recommend them again and again! Thank you for outstanding job!

The lanai window and door project was completed on time. The installers were polite and professional. Still, after the recent storm at the beginning of June , one of the windows started leaking because of poor calking. Had to ask the company to fix the leak issue. Now, everything is in a good shape.

Bought an expensive front door in August . Installed poorly in November. Unable to properly finish door in February . Wrong threshold, hardware installed improperly, missing moldings. Although I need windows for my new home, I will not use this company nor will I ever recommend them. Very dissatisfied customer.

We had hurricane windows installed recently. The process starting with the estimate to the completion of the windows was top notch. We were given continuous updates from the office staff once the windows were ordered. The installers were hard working, professional, and did a great cleanup after the windows were installed.

We just had a sliding door replaced off of our kitchen. A small job by many standards. But Gulfside treated us like this was one of their biggest jobs. They gave us a very competitive quote, and everything was done exactly when & how they said it would be. When it comes to replacing my windows and other doors in the future. Gulfside will be my only call. I am confident they will treat your job in the same manner.

I had a total 8 windows replaced by Gulfside Windows and Doors. The office service personnel as well as the installers were totally professional and polite. I had an adjustment issue with one of the large windows, and Gulfside immediately had on of the installers come back out and fix.

Phenomenal staff, professionalism and reliability from start to finish! Florida has a rough time with Contractors and its nice to say Gulfside was every bit of what I could hope for when trusting someone in my home! The work was completed by a very trustworthy crew that arrived on time, installed professionally and cleaned up behind themselves! Louis and his partner were our installers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some amazing installers!

This is a terrible company to do business with they took my order for windows in my condo five weeks ago then decided that the salesman Alex had not
written it correctly and wanted to charge us another seven thousand dollars more after we had done all the paperwork and had it notarized we had a signed agreement they decided to return my deposit I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com take note of this I will tell my neighbors to avoid this company
like the plague.

My project is a whole hose renovation. Gulfside Windows had very competitive pricing but best of all they delivered and installed the CWS windows on time when they said they would and the installation into my existing stucco exterior shows excellent workmanship. My house has extremely large 84 inch tall windows and the CWS windows are excellent quality and were delivered in 1/2 the time as quoted in another companies proposal using PGT windows. I couldn't be more satisfied . Dave was the sales person and Neal was the project Shepard..

I had 4 French doors and 17 windows installed by Gulfside and I could not be happier. They took their time and the house looks amazing! There were some delays by the manufacture but that was out of their control. They sent me emails to update me which was great because I work long house and cannot be on the phone all the time. The inspection was on the last day of the installation so I did not have to take a day off during the week. The sales man stopped by every day just to check in on the installation. Thank you again Gulfside! I would definitely recommend them!

The installers of my side garage door, Jesus and Jeffrey were excellent and did a fine job installing the door. Jesus in particular was very attentive to some of my extra requests. Hard workers! The door and frame materials devoid of wood materials were what i expected. Quality materials. The negative was the extreme delay for installation. I was promised on three separate occasions there was a wait of 4-6 weeks. It turned out to be 11 weeks. Whenever I had a question or needed an email or call returned, the office staff did well. Just be prepared for a much longer wait time than promised.

We recently had the windows for our entire building completed by Gulfside. As an owner I wanted the ability to order and pay for my window installation separately but as the HOA president to have a consistent experience for every owner in the building. Gulfside balanced this perfectly providing competitive pricing and discounts commensurate with the number of windows ordered. They set expectations and communicated effectively during the ordering and installation process. Their onsite crews were responsible and efficient treating each owners install separately with the appropriate focus on customer service. Overall very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend.

From the initial visit for a quote, to the measurement visit, to the install, everyone was professional, timely and skilled. We have an old Florida bungalow and was nervous to have our windows replaced, needless to say, the new windows turned out amazing and make an incredible difference both visually and efficiently. The crew that did our install was meticulous, hard working, were careful with the woodwork and cleaned when finished. I would like to shout out to Neil, he understood our fears and made this experience flawless. The office staff and especially Gail, were communicative throughout the process. Gulfside exceeded my expectations. I will use them again for our doors and would recommend them to anyone, especially with an older home!

I ordered doors over 1 1/2 years ago. Problem after problem. The job still isn't finished. What's worse in communication is almost none existent. Everyone who came out to fix a problem found something the last guy didn't do or do right. One door came damaged and it was supposed to be replaced, I still have a damaged door and every-time I call they tell me they will get back to me later that day or the latest the next day and then never hear from them. I finally gave up. I hat letting them getting away with not finishing the job but don't know what else to do. I have a word of warning, DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I got pressured into paying before the job was done and now I am out thousands of dollars!
