I gotta say, it's way easier for me to complain about stuff than to give credit where it's due. But this time, I gotta give props to Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors LLC. These guys were top-notch. I'm recommending them without hesitation, mainly because of their awesome customer service and how they handled the whole Covid-19 situation and the delays in getting supplies. When everything's going smoothly, any old company can do the job. But Affordable Windows went above and beyond my expectations. From the first meeting to the window installation crew, they were a delight to have around my house.

They want you to agree to leave positive reviews in order to receive discount before anything is even done. Someone will call you later to see if you've already left that review. Had problems with the installation a few years later. They initially wouldn't warranty it (even though it's lifetime warranty), saying it's our own mistake (which it isn't). But they agreed to send someone out for the repair and this repairman wouldn't repair until you write yet another positive review while he's still at our house! The repair was sloppy and fell apart a few weeks later. Called 8 times in 2 months and unable to schedule another appt. Now we have to hire another company to clean up after their mess.

Dan and Kage came out (on time) to replace 3 windows on our 35 year old house. They did a great job and took the time to answer all our questions. Our old windows were replaced with new ones that are more energy efficient and have white vinyl frames. All the windows have a blue tint and the front windows also have window grids. We are really happy with how our house looks now, thanks to Affordable Windows. They have a great product and they hired skilled people like Rudy P (salesman), Dan (installer), and Kage (installer). The ***'*** & *** P.S. We can already tell that the new windows are keeping out a lot of the outside noises that used to bother us in the past.

Affordable Windows was highly recommended by a friend. After getting many quotes, I was really impressed with this company. Not only was the cost better with good quality products, but everyone was professional, polite, and on time. They all made the process really easy. The ladies in scheduling are really nice and professional. *** and *** took the time to explain and show the product options without any pressure! They both know a lot. Our installers *** and *** were awesome, really professional and did a great job installing the windows. They paid attention to detail and take pride in their work. They were so nice and even liked my dog ***! I really recommend Affordable Windows and Exteriors!

Affordable Windows came highly recommended by a family member. Their quote was really reasonable. Our salesman, ***, was super thorough when he explained the dual pane window structure (the good materials that reduce noise and are airtight) and the window replacement process. We split our window replacements into two different dates about a month apart. They were really flexible with scheduling the install. They also replaced our front door with a door that has an airtight seal and added a screen door which we love. The installers, ***, ***, and *** were on time, professional, and very polite. They explained the process before starting work, and went above and beyond what they needed to do. We were impressed with how thorough they were and how they cared about the quality of their work, really going the extra mile! They took down all blinds and put them back up when the job was done. Since the installation, we noticed a reduction in our electric bill, with electricity use rated a *** 20 years. When replacing our door, they had to take off some internal trim which needed to be changed a little before it was put back. They did a great job. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to replace their windows and doors.

Our experience with Jason and this company was all around flawless. They answered all questions and gave many options for windows and doors. We are very happy and couldn’t ask for a better company.

I love my new sliding glass door and side windows. Jason came and gave us a quote we couldn't pass up. The financing options we jumped on and the work was done fast and efficiently. The company is honest and jason was very up front. I will be using them for other windows in the future.

Great experience all the way around! Very professional and helpful from the office staff to the installers. They were on time and cleaned up as they went not leaving anything debis behind. Even helped to put things back in place that I had moved prior to them arriving! That's great customer service and very much appreciated! I'll use them again on any future window replacements.

Affordable Windows came recommended to us from two separate family friends after we previously received quotes from other big-box hardware stores for all new windows and doors throughout our home. Not only was the cost more effective with amazing quality product, but everyone from our sales consultant to the window installers were professional, courteous, and timely. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Affordable Windows just finished installing all Simonton windows in my house and a patio door. Everything looks great. Nick and his crew were excellent. Very friendly, efficient and extraordinarily clean. My house was left virtually spotless which is impressive considering the type and amount of work that was done. Everyone I was in contact with at the company was very pleasant to deal. From Jason, Jamie, Jeff, Bill, Nick and his crew all were very easy to work with. Glad we choose this company. As for the windows and patio door they look great hope they perform along time with no issues.

First of all, we are not picky customers. We tend to look at the good side of things and think positively. That said, we are not at all pleased with the services we got from Affordable Windows. When the salesman, John came to our house and gave the first estimate, everything seemed fine. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The quote was competitive. So one week later, we called and asked for a contract. When he came back again, he said there was an error and there would be a ~20% increase from the initial bid. We don't know how unprofessional this is, but since he was at our house already, we didn't want to turn him away and signed the contract anyway. The day on the installation, we noticed that there is this picture window, which we specifically picked an obscure pattern for, that has been made as clear glass. We called the office and asked for refund. But we were told that we need to pay for it. Excuse me? We were told these were custom made windows and they could not resale it. But ask for a customer to be responsible for a mistake made by the contractor? Although we finally got a refund for the window (but not the labor, which they said it's all included), we are very disappointed with the services we got from Affordable Windows. I don't think they will get the business again from us, which we are planning for some of our rental properties. I did give it two stars, due to the professional installation services from their crews.
