Great Job, Very professional staffs and excellent service. Job was completed as agreed. Fastima was always available throughout the job to answer all question of my concern.

Terrible company stay away! Do your research. Handyman special that's what they are, they make appointments and leave you waiting, crappy job, everyone there points the fault to someone else. They say they can do the job then send the job to sub contractors that are not experienced. Please stay away.

didnt finish the job- failed inspection- the inspector said they need a engineer- i have tried calling multiple times but get no answer i want to get job completed before hurricane season with the right windows and doors PLEASE HELP !

My roof was replace on entire house. And the person installing the roof cause damage to my rain gutter. company do not want to fix or pay for repair. Claiming it was part of the job been done. Should been more careful, to prevent other damage to property. to repair damage will come to around $1700.00. company have not provide me with installation paper after work complete, as promise.

Haven't receive my doors in 3 months Signed a contract on June 22,2020 for sliding glass doors , two days later the measured for the windows haven.t heard from the since. Tried contacting the sale agent on his cell and texting no response . Called greens several times before I got the manager who insured me that I would receive a call on September 8 no call yet called several times the say transferring me and hang up. Would like to cancel contract with this company as soon as possible.

Choice one/Green Solution charges $2080 for service that was not done. I disputed the charge with my credit card and counter disputed the chargeback. I cancelled the service but my credit card was still charged. their left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. now I will have to pay interest until I get my refund posted. I called the office and the owner is the only person that can handle refund traveled to Israel. Bottom line I cancel the window replacement and insulation services but still got charge for the insulation.

I have been trying to have my sliding screen door repaired since November . My sliding screen door broke and fell from the frame. I have been requesting repair since November and have just been given the run around. I've been asked to send pictures multiple times which I have. I am then told someone will call me back to schedule a repair and no one does. My sliding door is also stuck and cannot be opened smoothly. It's very unprofessional to not acknowledge a person. Their services are very expensive and yet there is no customer service.

On December 30, we entered into a contract with Green Solutions for the installation of 4 replacement windows at our condo for a price of $5,400. We gave Green Solutions a deposit of $1,080, that was cashed by them on December 31. We made it clear to the salesman that we were leaving to head back north by the end of April and we needed the windows installed by then. He assured us that this wasn't going to be a problem. They measured the window area on two separate occasions. For several months we attempted to have them install the windows and continuously they gave excuses and promises regarding when the windows were to be installed. Finally, about a week before we were prepared to leave for the season, they finally scheduled the installation for May 1, ( 3 days before our departure). The installers came and then claim the windows were not the right size so they left. Contract is attached, it appears they required a dep. greater then the law allows.

Windows and doors were installed on 10/05 and the next evening rain was streaming through the window frame inside my home. On 10/05, hurricane impact windows and doors were installed at my address. I was told by the installer that another installer would come the next day to seal the outside. No one showed up. The mesh doors and windows were left on my patio pending a final inspection. The next evening 10/06, rain was leaking through the window frame. I called Green solutions (Fatima) the next day, 3 times, and no one returned my calls. I called again on Thursday and again on Friday, 2 times, no return of my calls. I called again on Saturday leaving messages. I spoken to *** (Green Solutions) on Monday 10/12, explaining the situation. She apologized and said that the installers will be there between 12 and 2pm to assess the windows and the site manager will be there between 4 and 5pm to inspect. No one showed up. Poor communication. Possible damage and mold on my property.

In 2018, Green Solutions installed roof, front door and a/c. To this date, 2 years later, still don't have final inspections for door or a/c. First let me say that this is the most unprofessional company EVER! The a/c installation was not a problem, although I just received notice from county about no final inspection. Now, the front door is a whole different story. First, the wrong color was sent and after going back and forth over several months;they decided to paint the door the color it was supposed to be because they could not send the door back to the manufacturer (which I was very upset about). ***, the owner said he would send me $2000 for the misunderstanding. I have yet to receive it! While installing the door, I noticed the doors were upside down and backwards. I don't like to call people stupid but come on, how STUPID can you be. The installers had no clue of what they were doing. My brother had to instruct the installers how to install the door. The screws they used weren't long enough so the doors weren't actually attached to the frame. Someone else came out and "fixed" it. Several times I was either locked inside or outside of my home because the lock would get stuck because the doors were slanted. The county has come out twice but failed inspection. For the past two years I have been calling continuously to no avail. A few months ago I received a notice from the county that there was no final inspection on the doors. Approximately, two months ago I called about the inspection and was told to give them three weeks to set it up with the county. I have been calling since and I get the run around. I recently had two organ transplants and my health is not up to dealing with this unprofessionalism and ***! I have been contacting an attorney but would like to resolve without his services.

1 yr ago, installed windows and doors. Job is still incomplete with a notarized stipulated agreement to complete. No resolution after many attempts. Had hurricane windows and doors installed in October . At the time of installation, there were issues with the sliding screen doors not working, the incorrect handles, doors placed incorrectly, a leak on a french door. I did not sign the contract. In November, Green solutions scheduled time to come out and repair. They did not. They flipped 2 doors to open correctly, but the other issues remained. Again they came out to resolve the leak. That got resolved. In December - I signed the contract with contingency on a notarized, stipulated agreement that all items and problems would be resolved. I filed a complaint in May that the issues had not been resolved, yet because I signed the contract, there was no recourse. The contractors have told me that they could not get the door handles in and the doors fixed. At the time, I did not press due to delivery issues related to COVID. Now, after full office hours have been restored for the last 3 months, I have reached out several times with a new account manager named *** assured me this would be resolved. In speaking with her nearly two weeks ago in the first week of September , *** told me that they received the wrong handles to fix the problem and would need to order again. Additionally, she told me that there was a 2 week warranty on the installation of the screen doors. I notified the company immediately when they were installed incorrectly and broken. One of the doors outside handles is rotting and pitting with rust, and all of the screws for all of the windows are not flush to the wall for installation, or the sliders, which resulted in a leak in an upstairs slider. After almost 1 year, the job is still not complete, there have been no timelines on resolution, the company doesn't follow up when they say they will, and I have filed another complaint with the financing company.

Hired this company to replace my entire roof. The roof is less than 4 to 5 months old and have had several leaks. I hired this company through the ygrene program to replace my the roofs of both houses. Since having the replacement of the roof I've experienced several leaks and at one point of time the presence of mold. Which when I brought this to there attention I was met with an unprofessional comments stating that my entire house has mold and that my house is old ! Not only was it not true but very disrespectful.only to deflect from prom the problem and not take responsibility for the current events. On October 17 I started noticing that the walls of an area that was just repaired was bubbling up and the plaster was moist to touch. I contacted the company and the project manager came a couple days later and stated that its not the roof and that my stucco on the side of the house was damaged. He stated that the water is coming from the side of the house and not the roof. I informed him that I would be contacting a professional company to assess the stucco issue. On November 14, I contacted a professional stucco contractor who also has a roofing division to assess my property. He came out the same day and brought many things to my attention. The contractor stated the roofing job isn't complete and that there's no sealing material to prevent the water from entering the house from the boarders. He states that because I had stucco prior to the new roofing job that they were supposed to reseal the tar material with stucco to prevent water from entering. He mentioned that some of the material is lifting at the corners which can lead to water intrusion. The same contractor also showed me the way its was supposed to be finished because my next door neighbor also has a flat roof and you can see where they sealed it with stucco and painted over it. Had my roof, front and back doors installed by this company in 2018. Having issues with roof that don't get resolved since 2019. After hurricane Irma in 2017 my roof was damaged, we rcvd a postcard from Green Sol ad being able to finance several repairs to the home through a company name YGRENE & the property taxes.We agreed to meet & after many hrs of the app process we were finally approved for an amount that would cover the repair of the roof, front & back door.We were very clear as to the amount of work that roof was going to need & even told the sales rep, Isaac to include any repairs all the way to the inner roof.We thought everything was set to start working & have these repairs completed asap.Contract was signed on 1/14 for $39,300 for roof & doors which we will end up paying about $90K in 30 yrs after interest which is a lot but as long as the roof was completed we went w/it.Needles to say the it was a disaster, the first "subcontractor" that came was not professional at all, did not have a license to work on roofs & was not even the contracting company on the permit.When they took a look at our roof simply said that they had to speak to the owner, Henry, as they were not told our roof needed so much work.After back & forth w/those contractors & Green S., the contractors finally came back and started working on the roof, something happened along the way were they stopped working and since they had already started removing part of the roof and did not properly cover it when it rain it practically rained more inside than what it was outside (I have pictures and videos).This contractor did not come back & after him had about two other "subcontractors" come & checkout the roof but it seems that the communication between Green S. & them was not too clear as to what repairs were needed.We had a final company come to checkout the roof that agreed to repair it, we had many issues needless to say. With this last subcontractor, George as I dont even know his company name since he does not appear in any of the permits, it took several months to complete the roof as when they had to raise the price of the repair to Green Solutions it was an issue, we even had, Henry, the owner come over our house to see the type of work that needed to be completed as I guess he did not believe the contractor & did not want to pay any more money for the repairs that were needed.The repairs went on w/issues where again the interior of my home was rained on than what was raining outside.When the roof was "completed" had to pay George out of my pocket to repair the whole interior of my home even though it should of being repaired by Green S but at this point I just wanted everything completed & these contractors out of my home.I was rushed to sign the completion contract in order for Ygrene to pay Green S but I can tell you that was the biggest mistake I made, not everything was completed and until this day I waiting for other repairs to be done & reimbursement on several items I had to dispose of due to the leaks inside my home and even after sending several follow ups with no repose what so ever. I let it go as there were minor repairs and I could certainly buy new items but last year one of the bathrooms started leaking in raining season, I called Green S which took them about a month to get George to checkout my roof, when he came he just applied some heat stating that it was all that was needed,NO repairs were done to the interior of the roof that was stained from the leak,still left it like that and send another follow up email on the reimbursement pending on the damaged items.Again until this date no response has being rcvd.About three months ago the same spot starting leaking again, called and George came once more with some type of sealer paint which looks horrible on top of my brand new roof but if it took care of the issue I was ok with it, well it did not.About a month ago the same spot starting leaking again & called Green S several times/sent emails, rcvd a call back from a Dion stating they she would call me back for an appt but until this day no call back
