They put in our sprinkler thingy on June 15th. There's a leak in the box with the valve. I called them a bunch of times and left messages, but they never picked up.

i mean come on, i paid good money for this and now i'm left high and dry. i don't know what's going on with green lawn underground sprinklers, inc. but they need to get their act together. i'm not impressed with their customer service at all. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

So, I forked over some cash to get my sprinkler system all cleaned up for the season. We had a date set for 10/10 to get it done, but I haven't heard a peep from these guys. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing, but no one's gotten back to me. It's a real bummer.

Green Lawn put in my sprinklers in July. When I was mowing, I saw a waterline above the ground. They came to "fix" it, but made another problem. Now, I have a leak and dead grass. Troy, the owner, hasn't called me back even though I left many messages.

I got a sprinkler system put in by Green Lawn Underground Sprinklers, Inc. The sprinkler heads need to be moved 'cause they're hitting my house and might mess up the foundation. They were supposed to come out today to fix it, but they didn't show up or call. I tried calling and texting the owner and installer a bunch of times, but no answer. I need them to come out and fix it before it gets cold.

I hired this company to put in my sprinkler system and their worker cut the ATT fiber Optic cable even though it was marked by the dig safe firm... I just got a bill from ATT for $325.01 for the damage and I want the company to pay for it. I sent emails and called them, and they just got back to me today 9/9 from the owner's daughter (***) saying they ain't responsible for the damage.

Green Lawn Underground Sprinklers, Inc. messed up my sprinkler system installation. I tried calling them but they never answered. I had to hire another company to fix the issue. The repairman showed me that Greenlawn used the wrong equipment and installed my system incorrectly. The main line should have been buried over 12 inches into the ground, but it was only 3 to 4 inches deep. They used valves and PVC pipes meant for indoor use instead of outdoor use. I kept the broken valve and pipe as evidence. Now I have to get the main line buried and the system corrected because Greenlawn didn't do it right and ignored my calls and emails.

Got a sprinkler system installed by Green Lawn Underground Sprinklers on 9/23 for $3497. Sprinklers ran daily, so we didn't notice the leak until winterizing on 10/22. Tried contacting them via phone, text, and email, but no response received. Last attempt on 1/7/22. Meanwhile, contacted City of *** and plumber to fix leak, resulting in $1403.55 water bill and $1889.46 plumbing bill. Found out indoor part was used for outdoor use and sprinkler line not buried deep enough, causing meter pit cover to be at an angle.
