This company is extremely shady. Their customer service is non-existent.

I order a sweatshirt that was supposed to say *** on the front when I got the sweatshirt it says *** on it. On the site it clearly states that the sweatshirt is supposed to say *** on it. I have tried reaching out to the company and no one responds.

I purchased a hoodie for my son prior to Christmas. The hoodie was washed once and both letters were peeling off. I sent an email and got a pretty quick reesponse. However, once I sent the pictures and asked about the next step, I have not received a response. I've emailed a couple times and left a couple voice messages. No response.

I bought three items for my son for Christmas of fraternity items. On the head rest covers there are not authentic parts of the logo in the shield and he don't want to represent anything that's not of the fraternity. I asked for a refund of just two items not all three. They been going back and fourth with me and dont want to refund my $40.00. This company is so unprofessional. I am very unsatisfied. All I want is a refund and I can send them back their product..***..

There were 2 issues with my order #***. The engraving was not in all capital letters as ordered and I ordered a red shirt and they sent a white shirt for my order. I emailed and text the company advising of the issue along with the image of the white shirt I received. I even stated I was not even going to stress about the engraving, just need to replace the white shirt for the ordered red shirt. It has been a week and have not received a response text or email. I even called, they say leave a voice mail but the line disconnects and I could not even leave a message, alt since. If they are processing orders and shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic, they should also be responding to emails and text.

I placed an order for one item total 39.94 on 12/26. I received the order in 7 days. Then two days later I received a duplicate order in the mail. I checked my bank statement and I was charged for the duplicate order that I did not place. I contacted the company and explained that I only ordered once and have one order number and that I would gladly send back the duplicate order I received in error. I sent a copy of my bank statement showing the charge twice the same day.The response back was that they only see one order from me but to take it up with my bank. That it must be my error, that I must have placed second order to another address. This is not the case, I did not authorize a duplicate order. I would like a refund of 39.94 for the unauthorized charge.

I ordered from Greekgear.com in early November. I received my order with the wrong Greek lettered sweatshirt and damaged Greek sticker page. I immediately contacted the company. A week later after contacting them again, they asked me to send pictures of the incorrect and damaged product. I did that. I heard nothing. I've emailed and *** them repeatedly with no response. Today a month after my initial order, they asked me for photos again. I sent them. I have requested a return label for the wrong product and a refund and a refund for the stickers. The phone number they have isn't EVER answered and they don't return any communication. I noticed on their *** several customers are really angry. I'm not sure this is really a legitimate business at this point.

I ordered several items from GreekGear.com for my son's Christmas and Birthday. The shirt and tie are OK but the hoodie is very poor quality. The sweatshirt itself is thin, scratchy and cheap feeling. The greek letters are also cheaply made iron on patches that are peeling off. To be a good quality greek letter sweatshirt they should be sewn on and move with the sweatshirt. Instead they are hard and stand out flat like cardboard. I emailed the company since they don't have a phone? They take a long time to email back and do not respond to my complaint. I have asked for a full refund and they ignored me and have mailed a new sweatshirt. I don't want another low quality sweatshirt. I have repeatedly emailed back to say that I am dissatisfied with their product and want a refund. They do not address my concern at all. Very poor customer service. I am not asking for all to be refunded, just the poor quality sweatshirt.

I orderd a *** apron for my husband. What I got does not look like the picture advertised. The letters in the picture appear to be embroided or the iron on patch type lettering. What I got was some cheap, plastic like iron on letters. They did not spell out *** as shown in the picture. I selected the natural selection as a color, which I thought would be a khaki color. I received a light cream color, almost off white product. When ordering, they make you insert a personalization, but does not give you information on where it would be placed on the apron. I tried emailing and texting the company prior to odering, to get information on where it would be placed. But, i never got an answer. I guess that should have been my first hint about this company. I proceeded with the order and I'm not happy with the placement. The apron itself is cheap and poor quality, and thin. I've emailed and texted the company and have yet to hear from this. I do not believe I will order again from this place.

I ordered a baseball jersey from greekgear.com with the belief that it would be printed one way and it was printed another way. There was nothing in their advertising of the jersey that would lead a buyer to believe that it would be printed the way it was. They advertise the printing of fraternity paraphernalia so I thought they knew of the titles that different Greek organizations use. For example, with my fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha, we spell the words out or use just the Greek letters. Most of the times we would include "06" which indicates the year we were established. With this baseball jersey they offered to print a jersey number of your choice. So, when I saw the jersey advertised with the Greek letters and "06" on the front, I thought I would get that on the front with my jersey number (17) on the back. That's not what I received. Instead, the "06" on the front was replaced with my number and nothing was printed on the back. If I knew that that's how it was going to be printed I would have never ordered that baseball jersey. There was nothing in their advertising that would lead to my thought process being wrong. In addition, their sizing is a little off. Their small feels more like an extra small. I have ordered smalls and extra smalls in the past and can tell the difference.
