Such amazing folks, and a truly amazing product! My house has never been cleaner or healthier!

My mom has COPD and after purchasing a Hyla she was able to get off oxygen after 2 years. We are so grateful to Hyla. You will not regret investing in one. Way better air quality and less dusting!

This company is a complete scam. The model of vacuum they are selling is available for much MUCH less literally everywhere else. 3.5k for it? No, try 1k on amazon. Good job targeting the elderly with your predatory crap, Grand Valley.

We love our hyla. Works wonderfully. As we had to make an appointment I don't understand these other reviews. We knew upfront before anything was signed what we were paying. Cj was very knowledgeable and a delightful salesperson. I highly recommend the hyla and this company.

came out to demo the Hyla cleaning system. He was very professional and after doing a presentation, set about vacuuming my carpet. Initially I was skeptical that any cleaning system would be worth the price of the Hyla but after the demonstration, I was sold. Great product!

Awful company, dishonest and pushy sales. Came to my mother's house unbidden and proceeded to sell her a $4000 vacuum. That is not a typo. She has stage 4 cancer and was asleep during most of the transaction while they tried and then lied on her credit application to get her financed. Throw them out of your house if they come by!

I have had my Hyla for almost two years and I love it. This Cleaning system does it all. I get compliments on how clean and fresh my home is all the time. So much that my family and friends have joined the Hyla family. Thats not all it's done, the health benefits of breathing clean air has helped our immune system through Covid 19 pandemic. Love love my Hyla!

I was truly surprised and delighted with all the benefits then Hyla system could accomplish and make life healthier and easier. Brooklyn demonstrated the many benefits, uses and abilities of the amazing system for keeping the house not only clean but also healthy. It is now so much easier to breathe. Brooklyn was efficient, sincere and fun. The presentation was very professional and fun. Today I was surprised how easy it was to follow her great directions. Ive been suffering from stuffy/itchy nose for about 7 years now. Ever since owning my Hyla i can definitely feel a difference now. I dont get as stuffy or itchy nose anymore and it rarely ever happens now. I love how it cleans my house and all the dirt that came out of what i thought was a clean home! Best part you just flush the water in the toilet where it belongs! I have a two year old, her diapers are hella smelly and the diaper genie doesnt do anything. The house always smells funky cause of it but now i just throw my lavender essential oil in my Hyla and my house always smells really good and the diaper smell is gone! Great company good people i highly recommend the Hyla for anybody that wants to improve their health and live in a better clean environment

I have read the multiple reviews, complaints left regarding the customer service of ***, and I agree whole heartedly. The machine itself is fine, it's decent. Most definitely NOT worth the $3,995.00 the salesman told us they sell for, and most definitely NOT worth the $3,500.00 that I paid for it, because he was "giving me a deal". I have to say I've been 'had' and there's nothing I can do about it now except warn others. The salesman himself was knowledgeable and friendly and the demonstration was great. He showed us how it worked, showed us results, and it was obvious this would be a good choice for my family. However, he noted he'd throw in some extra hoses that had extensions, as I have vaulted ceilings. They be in in about a week and he'd deliver them himself. Never got them. He sold us on: less dust, less dusting necessary, less bugs if not gone, less cobwebs sticking to the ceiling, saying the Hyla had a *** sq foot reach when purifying the air. He said they're a local company and all parts are lifetime warrantied, therefore if anything happened we'd just have to call, they'd come right over and repair or replace, even a replacement unit if they had to take ours to repair. Well good luck getting a hold of anyone, ever. Not only were we scammed that amount of money, but I've noticed MORE dust, MORE dirt, MORE particles in the air, and MORE BUGS. It's like they want to be in the house now. I've tried multiple times to get a hold of someone about my 'extra hoses' and no one will help me. I tried calling X3. Someone told my husband prior to our in home demonstration that they don't answer their phones because if they did they'd never get any work done or sell units. I wonder why. Maybe because everyone is calling because you're a scam company. I emailed X3 before I got a response. My credit card statement showed I paid a female individual. Not a company, not a vendor, a person. In the email I sent I had all the questions, plus I wanted my hoses. I have this machine now I want to use it to its full potential. After a week I got a response, then he (the responder was male) ignored me. Then I threatened to report them. The of course he responded. Asked for my address and good times to bring me my hoses. I gave him the info and that was a month ago. I haven't seen anything. Not even from the salesman who promised to bring them directly. They don't call, they don't email, they don't even have a website. They have an address, I'd bet the facility is empty, and they have a "Hyla" website. But again, no responses, no follow throughs. They got my money and that's it. Don't buy it, it's not worth it and customer service is a joke.
