Hart Carts Shawn Hart Hart Marketing Inc
Warning, this company has a reputation of not delivery the goods. I ordered and paid in full up front for a 300cc utv vehicle. After 2 months of calling and asking for a refund becuase they couldn't deliver the utv, i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. They claimed it shipped the same day i disputed the charge. After waiting another 3 weeks, i finally got my credit card company to get my money back. They threaten to sue me if i didn't take the utv only after almost 3 months of ordering it.
Mr. Hart promised several times to deliver. I have the emails. I also have the emails threatening to sue me after 3 months of him having my money and me not having a utv.
I spoke with the local prosecuter's office in indiana where this guy is located and they told me they have 4 open investigations on this company for fruad.
DON"T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.
Buyer Beware
Thank god i didn't send him money order or check, i may have never gotten my money back!

Here is what I know and what experiences i have had with Shawn Hart and any of his so called companies.
I own a small engine repiar shop in Northern Michigan. I purchased several atvs from Shawn Hart a few years ago.
To this day, i have had nothing but problems with these chinese atvs. I can't get parts from Shawn. I had to order parts from other companies. Several came in not running and I had to repiar them before I could sell them.
out of 24 that i baught at one time, 13 had some type of issue. I had to refund 9 customers and use the 9 for parts on the others.
I recently worked on a Hart Cart for a customer. Here is what I found.
The power switch that controls the dump bed broke. It actually melted. I called and asked for a new switch and was told there was no stock for this part. I had to go to an autoparts store and modify a switch to work.
I month later, customer returned with leaking fluid under engiine. I inspected and found a cracked casing on the gear box. I again called Hart Marketing inc and was told it was not covered under warranty and it was customer abuse.
I had to call another company on the west coast and pay for the part.
This Hart Cart had 41 miles and 12 hours on it. It was 2 months old from the customers receipt.
Hart Marketing Inc, offers a 90 day unlimited warranty and didn't provide parts when needed.
Bottom line is He will deliver that product, sometimes late, but will. Problem is after the sale, there is no customer service or support. We can't get parts from the guy.
Smooth talk works at the point of Sale, but when you need service or support after the sale, they are lacking.
I called this court phone number listed in these postings and did find there was a lawsuit filed against Mart Marketing Inc, Shawn Hart regarding Hart Carts and failure to deliver product. From reading the postings it does appear that Shawn Hart is doing everything he can to defraud another competitor for purposes of knocking of competition.
If you are a consumer and interested in a Hart Cart or any product Hart Marketing Inc, is selling, Do your research. This guy knows how to make money fast and easy but at the expense of us, the consumer.
I would like to see anyone else affected by Shawn Hart to post here or contact me as to I am interested in a class action lawsuit against him as well.

is being sued for unspecified amount for Civil Fruad, Breach of Contract, Misuse of Appropriated Funds, and Criminal Conversion.
The suit alledges Plaintiff paid $26, 600 for product and never recieved it.
Remember, this is alledged and not proven.
I called and verified as should anyone else attempting to do business with Hart Marketing Inc, or Shawn Hart.
Prosecuters office did acknowledge reports filed against Hart Marketing Inc there investigator had been reviewing the case but with no outcome at this time.
