Terrible Customer Service: GoPowerSports Failed to Address Broken Engine and Ignored My 24 Emails
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from GoPowerSports. I ordered a Tillotson 212 engine but when it arrived, it was broken. I reached out to the company through email to let them know, but I have received NO RESPONSE from them whatsoever.
It's been really frustrating because I've sent a total of 24 emails and have only received one response, and that was just about a simple fix like an unseated spark plug or smoking engine. When I couldn't fix the brand new engine I received, it's like they just stopped communicating with me altogether.
I've never experienced such poor communication from a company before. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. It's especially disappointing because I spent $600 with them in just the span of a month, so you'd think they would want to keep me as a loyal customer.
It's frustrating that they have the time and resources to create these really professional tutorial videos to promote their products, but they don't have time for their customers. I really hope they improve their communication in the future because I don't think I'll be returning as a customer anytime soon.
GoPowerSports: Top-Notch Customer Service that Goes the Extra Mile
Yo, I'm just your friendly neighbourhood engine builder and minibike aficionado, and let me tell you, I was so stoked when I found out about GoPowerSports. I was in the market for some 18 lb valve springs for my latest project, and gopowersports.com had just what I needed.
Now, let me tell you about the USPS. Those guys could mess up a wet dream, if you know what I mean. They ended up sending my package back to GoPowerSports because apparently my address was no good. So when I thought I wasn't getting my precious valve springs, I went ahead and ordered another pair.
But you know what? The first package actually showed up at my door on time. And that's when I realized I had a bit of a problem on my hands - I had two whole extra pairs of valve springs on the way, and I didn't need 'em.
Thankfully, the folks over at GoPowerSports have got my back. I hit up the Sales Support team real quick, and I gotta say, these guys are the real deal. They didn't just refund my extra purchase, they let me keep both pairs of valve springs as a consolation prize.
I gotta say, this whole experience has solidified my loyalty to GoPowerSports. Their customer service is top-notch, and they really care about their customers. If you're in the market for anything minibike-related, you gotta check these guys out.
Lmfao this is obviously a gps employee writing this
Terrible Customer Service and Incompetent Staff: My Experience with GoPowerSports
I recently made a purchase of a torque converter part from GoPowerSports and lemme tell ya, I ain't too happy with how things turned out. I specifically asked them if the part would come with washers to install it, and you know what? It didn't! So, I reached out to them to ask if they could send me the missing parts, but I didn't hear back. Can you believe that?
So, I figured I'd give them another try because maybe my message got lost in cyberspace or something. But nope, still no response. At that point, my frustration was starting to build up like a pressure cooker about to go off. I sent them yet another message, this time threatening them by saying I was going to write a bad review about them if they didn't respond. Finally, a guy got back to me and told me which parts I needed and what size they were. So, thinking things were finally taking a turn for the better, I went ahead and bought the recommended parts. But low and behold, they were the wrong size. I replied back to the email they sent me and the guy said he screwed up and gave me the right size this time. So, I went and bought those, but AGAIN, they were the wrong size! Can you believe it? I swear these guys are complete idiots.
I really wish I would've taken the time to read the reviews before buying anything from them, but I didn't and now I'm kicking myself for it. So, if my experience wasn't enough to convince you, let me warn you now: steer clear of these guys. They're total $#*!ing amateurs and will probably mess up your order too.
Poor Customer Service: My Experience with GoPowerSports and the Trailmaster 150 XRX Go-Kart
I just bouht a Trailmaster 150 XRX go-kart from GoPowerSports and I got it mailed to me all the way over in another state. It came in only two weeks, which was pretty quick if you ask me. My grandkid and I built the thing and it was pretty fun to do together. But after everything was put together fine, the fun stopped there.
It turned out that there were three problems with the kart that only came to light after we finished building. Two had to do with the bike's wiring and one was about the back wheel's brake. I gave them a call the next morning like they said I should do and they said they were gonna have someone who's smart with the karts call me later, and I said okay.
Well, that call didn't happen at all. I tried calling them too and nobody picked up, and the voicemail box was so full that no new messages could fit in. I even sent them a message online requesting for help but it took more than two weeks before I got any kind of answer.
Honestly, once they already have your money, then they don't care about you no more. That's what I feel like. So my advice is for you not to even bother with these guys. It's better to find someone else to work with who's gonna treat their customers better than they do.
GoPowerSports Review: Great Prices, Quality Parts, Fast Shipping!
I needed some parts for my Manco go kart, and a kit to build a second one from scratch, and I was pleased to find out that GoPowerSports had everything I needed. I was missing some wheels and pedals on the kart I had bought, and I needed bearings for my spindles and axle. I searched on eBay and other online stores for the parts, and I even had tabs open for BMI (bmikarts) and MFG supply, but I ended up going with GPS because their prices were slightly lower, even after shipping costs were taken into account.
I was a little hesitant at first, because the prices on eBay and BMI seemed cheaper, but the shipping costs added up quickly and made them more expensive overall. So, I decided to checkout with GoPowerSports instead, and I'm really glad I did. Not only were their prices competitive, but they shipped my order really quickly too.
When my parts arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the items. They seemed well made and designed to last. I haven't finished building my second go kart yet, but all the parts I received seemed legit, and I'm excited to get started on my project.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with GoPowerSports. They had everything I needed, at a competitive price, and they shipped my order really fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for go kart parts or kits. Now, I'm off to do a burnout on my go kart - peace!
GoPowerSports Review: Average Experience with Quick Delivery and Helpful Shipping Company
My experience with GoPowerSports was okay. I did have a bit of trouble with the 10% discount coupon, but I realize now that I should have read the fine print. It turns out that the coupon doesn't work for all the vehicles they sell. It's not very clear, as the disclaimer is in tiny letters at the bottom. Even though I was a bit disappointed with that, I have to say that the company is doing very well. They must have to handle a lot of orders every day, and they seem to be handling it very well.
I bought some shocks and a mini-bike from them, and it arrived pretty quickly. They partially filled my order and shipped it within three days. The bike arrived within two weeks from Texas all the way here to North Carolina. They used R&LCarriers to ship the bike. I have to say, the bike was in great condition, and the shipping cage was not bent at all. The driver who delivered it was very polite and helpful. He even took the package up the driveway and into my garage, without me even having to ask him to do it. I would definitely recommend R&LCarriers if you have the option.
Overall, I would say that my experience with GoPowerSports was average. They did have some small issues in the beginning, but everything turned out fine in the end. Their service seemed efficient, and they delivered my bike pretty quickly. If you're considering buying any parts or vehicles from GoPowerSports, I would suggest you go ahead and give them a try.
Unsatisfactory experience with gopowersports.com kit for predator 212cc
I recently ordered a kit for my predator 212cc from gopowersports.com. Unfortunately, the header flange in the kit had the wrong mount hole spacing, which made it difficult to fit. Additionally, the kit did not include an exhaust gasket, which was not very convenient. Nevertheless, I managed to get the header to fit by reaming out the holes. I also used an old gasket to replace the missing one.
Afterwards, I decided to send an email to the company to inform them of the issue. I was pleased to get a response from Greg who apologized for the inconvenience and promised to send me the correct gasket "as a spare". However, to my surprise, the next morning I received another email from Tim. He told me that they had checked their remaining kit manifolds and all of them fit as they should be. I couldn't believe what I was reading! I was not asking for a refund, just alerting them of the issue. Tim's response left a bad impression on me, I felt like he was rude and that he could have handled the situation better. Good customer service is essential in any business, but especially when it comes to online shopping.
Due to my experience, I decided to look for another company for my next purchase. The following day, I ordered two stage 2 kits and flywheels from a competitor. I am very satisfied with my decision to switch companies, and I will be shopping with them again later this month. My advice is to be cautious when ordering from gopowersports.com. Their products may not live up to your expectations, and their customer service may not be the best.
Negative Review: Disrespectful Customer Service Experience with GoPowerSports
I had a recent experience with GoPowerSports that I must share, and let me tell you, it was not a positive one. Last Thursday, I placed an order with them over the phone. The man whom I spoke to was fairly respectful throughout the call, which I appreciated. However, I did request a tracking number for my order and provided my email address, but several hours later, I noticed that I hadn't received any such thing. On top of that, the money had not yet been taken out of my account. So I decided to call them back this morning.
When I spoke to the person on the other end the second time, he allegedly turned out to be the owner. He said that no order had been placed and asked if I had the correct number. I was a little peeved at this point, because I had ordered from them just a few days ago and had the number saved in my phone. I double-checked that I had the proper number, but he found no record of my order. I had him check my last name, which the first person I spoke to had apparently gotten wrong, but that didn't help either.
That's when things really went downhill. The man who claimed to be the owner began to get snarky with me, and I felt like he was being totally disrespectful. I told him I would look elsewhere for the item I needed, and then he hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I mean, I had given them my credit card number, which I wouldn't do lightly, so I wasn't happy that they didn't seem to care about customer service at all.
As a result of this experience, I will never purchase from GoPowerSports again, and I know that several of my friends who have done business with them in the past won't either. I realize that our decision won't hurt their business too much, but I hope they learn to treat customers with more respect and professionalism in the future. My advice to anyone looking to buy parts for their vehicles would be to steer clear of GoPowerSports and look elsewhere for a better experience.
Review: Gopowersports Boosted My Go-Kart's Performance with the 212cc Predator Upgrade Kit!
I'm super new to go-karting, but I gotta say, I'm hooked! My kart has a stock 212 predator engine with a performance header already installed. Since this is just a hobby, my wifey has been pretty strict about our budget. So, naturally, I had to be real careful when trying to make my go-kart faster. And that's how I came across Gopowersports.
I was eyeing their 212cc Predator Performance Air Filter, Adapter & Upgrade Jet for a while and finally decided to jump in. There were some issues with the shipping (not Gopowersports' fault, of course) that I blamed on the silly holiday season. But thanks to their awesome customer service, they fixed it up real quick!
The kit was just as advertised, and I chose the blue kit with yellow mesh. Not gonna lie, it makes the engine look cooool. But the real kicker? The performance boost! It took my engine from zero to hero. The acceleration is amazing, and the overall power has improved dramatically. The throttle response is insane, and the driveability is smoother. Trust me, my GPS data and the seat of my pants don't lie!
Now, if I didn't have the performance header installed already, I would've been all over that too. And truthfully, the combination of better air flow (thanks to the air filter and adapter), more fuel (bigger carb jet & e-tube), and more air out (performance header) is a game-changer. It covers all aspects of engine performance, and it sets the foundation for future upgrades!
As for my future upgrades? The next thing on my list is a torque converter. After that, a billet flywheel (non-hemi), and better valve springs. But if I'm being real honest, my next upgrade might actually be new wheels and tires. Safety first! Right now, I'm running with a mix of donated wheels and tires – 12-8 (or 9)-6 and 11-6-6. Not exactly a recipe for success when you're going on crazy speeds!
I gotta say, Go Powersports really came through for me. They got me hooked up with some serious power, and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. They've earned themselves a customer for life!

Disappointing Experience with GoPowerSports: Rusty Header and Poor Customer Service
I recently placed an order at GoPowerSports for a header for my predator 212 hemi. When I received the package and opened it up, Imagine my surprise to find a rusty part! On the website it clearly shows a new and shiny piece, not even a bit of dirt on it. But when it arrived, it looked like it had been sitting in someone's backyard for months. This was unacceptable for a new customer like me, and I was upset. However, when I complained to one of the customer service representatives, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The rep told me that I could either paint the part or return it. Can you believe that?
All in all, I was very disappointed with my experience at GoPowerSports. The header itself might have been fine, but the fact that it arrived in such poor condition really made me regret dealing with this company. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I don't think I'll be returning to this site anytime soon. As a customer, I expect to receive new and undamaged products, not rusty, backyard-looking junk. Save your money and your time- go somewhere else!
Disappointing Experience with GoPowerSports Website - Avoid!
So, I wanted to share my recent experience with GoPowerSports website. I was looking for a pipe for my mini bike and stumbled upon their website. First off, I must say that the welds on the pipe were quite thick that the bolts did not fit on them. I had to try several times, but they did not fit at all. It was a frustrating experience as I spent my time and money on this purchase.
To make matters worse, the pipe I received was very dirty and looked like it has been previously used. I mean, come on, is this the kind of service one can expect from a shop in Texas? It was just unacceptable and highly disappointing. I could not believe someone would send out a used product to a customer who paid good money for it.
Overall, my experience with GoPowerSports was a big letdown. I found that the quality of their products and services was not as advertised on their website. I highly doubt I'll order from their website in the future, as I don't want to experience such an unpleasant experience again. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends either, as I don't want them to go through the same troubles I have had.
Product Review: GoPowerSports Clutch - Disappointing Customer Support
I done gone n' bought a clutch from GoPowerSports and it was workin' weird. It started engagin' when the motor was just chillin' at idle. So, I thought, lemme hit up the GoPowerSports fellas and see if they can give me a hand. I tried reachin' out to 'em for a buncha days, and I even talked to Oliver and Scott, but they couldn't give me an answer or get back to me with a call or email. It done took me a full week and I still couldn't get in touch with 'em, so I give up on tryin'. Now I'm stuck with this clutch that's still engagin' at idle.

Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with GoPowerSports
and dispute the charge.
My experience with GoPowerSports was not the best, to say the least. It seemed like they didn't want to work with me. Every time I tried to reach out to them about my problem, I was left with no response. It was as if my money wasn't important enough to them.
I wasn't able to return anything, which was frustrating because I had hoped to find a resolution to my problem. It almost felt like a scam to me. The fact that they wouldn't even try to help me with an issue made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.
In the end, getting my money back was a headache. I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge. It was a hassle I could have avoided if GoPowerSports had just been more responsive and willing to work with me.
Overall, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth after dealing with GoPowerSports. I won't be ordering from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. It's too bad because their products seemed to be of good quality, but the lack of customer service and support is a dealbreaker for me.
Mixed experience with GoPowerSports, but still recommend for quality products
I recently made an order on GoPowerSports website to get a part for my grandson. However, when the package arrived, the part didn't work out. So, my grandson had to put all the items back in the box and return it. After a week, I called their customer service to inquire about the refund, but I was informed that not all pieces were returned in the box. My grandson insisted that he included all the pieces, but there seemed to be a mix-up nonetheless.
So, I decided to call them again today and requested them to send me the missing pieces. I also asked about the postage cost that I needed to pay for the return of the package. However, their response left a lot to be desired as they were not sure about the postage cost. After a few hours, I still hadn't heard back from them.
Despite the delay, I believe GoPowerSports is a reliable website that offers a range of high-quality products. I understand that sometimes mishaps happen during shipping and it is entirely understandable. Furthermore, the customer service was accommodating and they did their best to rectify the situation effectively.
Overall, I would recommend GoPowerSports to anyone looking for a variety of trustworthy products. Just be sure to double-check your package and its contents before returning them.
Terrible experience with GoPowerSports - Delayed & Incomplete Orders, Pathetic Customer Service
I swear, I will never be buying from GoPowerSports again! I just can't take it anymore. I placed an order for the fully adjustable motor plate on July 23rd, and guess what, it wasn't even shipped until July 27th. And even till this day, I have yet to receive my order. What's taking them so long? It's not rocket science, just send out the order already!
And don't even get me started on my previous order with them! I purchased the "stage1 kit" which comes with an exhaust pipe, air-intake filter, and main jet. They even had the audacity to offer extra add-ons for an additional cost, which is supposed to be optional. But, did they stop there? Nope! I foolishly paid an additional $20 for an extra exhaust pipe, and all they had the nerve to ship me was just that exhaust pipe. Honestly, it's just pathetic!
GoPowerSports is just a disgrace! It's clear they don't care about their customers, otherwise my order wouldn't be taking this long to arrive. And don't even get me started on the added extras they offer, it's just a scam to take more of your hard-earned cash. Save yourself the headache, and find a better company to order from, because GoPowerSports is definitely not it!
GoPowerSports Engine Review: Overpriced and Not Worth It!
Yo, I was on the hunt for some parts to pimp out my go kart and stumbled upon GoPowerSports (gopowersports.com). At first, I was all excited and intrigued by their selection of "go kart engines". But then, I saw the outrageous price for an 8 HP 301 cc predator engine...$498.00?! Are you kidding me? I could get this same engine from harbor freight for only $229.00! That's a big difference, fam. They are basically up-charging $269! What a ripoff, right?
I mean, don't get me wrong, the predator engine they have on their website does look pretty sweet. But c'mon, it's the same engine you can get elsewhere for way cheaper. It's just not worth it, ya dig?
Here's a link to the GoPowerSports engine: http://www.gopowersports.com/predator-8-hp-301cc-ohv-horizontal-shaft-engine/
And in case you don't believe me, here's the harbor freight listing for the same engine: https://www.harborfreight.com/8-hp-301cc-ohv-horizontal-shaft-gas-engine-epa-***.html
My advice? Don't waste your hard-earned cash on overpriced engines from GoPowerSports. Look around and compare prices, save yourself some dough. Peace out.
Unimpressed with GoPowerSports: Better Deals Elsewhere and Poor Customer Service
I gotta tell ya, I'm not very impressed with GoPowerSports. Like, seriously. I've been burned by these guys before, if ya catch my drift. I mean, I found out that I can get the same stuff from other places for way less. Way less! And yet they still charge me an arm and a leg. Like, thier 212cc engines cost $189.00! That's crazy talk, man! I'm just sayin', there are other places where I can buy them for like $119.00, and on sale for $99.00! So, really, why would anyone buy from here?
Another thing I don't like is how there's only one guy who answers the phone, and he's always got a rag attitude. Like, come on, man! Pick up the phone when someone calls. It's just rude to let it go to voicemail all the time. Maybe they should hire some more people or something. You know, spread the wealth.
But anyways, I don't really mess with GoPowerSports anymore. Nah, I go to Monsterscooterparts.com now. They've got everything you could ever need, and they're not like GoPowerSports at all. So, if ya wanna save some cash and avoid some serious frustration, I'd go to Monsterscooterparts.com instead.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GoPowerSports: Missing Items in Order, No Initiative to Fix Mistake
So, let me tell you about my experience with GoPowerSports. I placed an order online, and once I paid, it was like I no longer existed to them. Customer service is definitely not a priority. I ordered a couple of throttle cables, which should have been simple enough. However, when I received my order, I was quite disappointed. I had ordered and paid for two cables, but they only sent me one. This left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. I mean, I paid for two cables, they should have sent me two cables, right?
Now, normally when something like this happens, a vendor that truly cares about their customers would take the initiative to make things right. Unfortunately for me, GoPowerSports was not that vendor. Instead of admitting their mistake and offering me a refund or sending me the missing cable, I was the one who had to take the initiative to contact them. This is not something a customer should have to do, not when it was the vendor's mistake in the first place.
In my opinion, if a vendor is going to charge customers for products they don't deliver, they need to be empathetic and issue a refund without the customer having to ask. This should be standard practice for any respectable business. Unfortunately, this was not the case with GoPowerSports. So, while I may have ordered from them in the past, I will definitely be looking for another vendor in the future.
Disappointing Header Purchase from GoPowerSports - Better Options Available on eBay
I recently bought a header for my bt200x Walmart minibike from gopowersports.com, and boy was it pricey! The header cost me a whopping 29.00 and I had to shell out an extra 8.88 for shipping. When I received the product, I was really disappointed. The welds were terrible - so terrible that the mounting washers and nuts hit the welds about 3/16 of an inch above the exhaust flange and wouldn't go any further. The inside of the flange was just as bad! Not only was the fit poor, but it could also burn your leg if you're not careful.
I decided I was going to send it back, but I had already tried to clean up the mess inside the exhaust flange. What's more is that gopowersports.com requested a review from me, but when I submitted my thoughts, they wouldn't post them. How rude! I think it's safe to say that if you're looking for a header, it's better to steer clear of high-dollar, low-quality parts from gopowersports.com. You can get a better header off of eBay for only 20.00. Don't make the same mistake I did - go to eBay for better quality parts at a lower price.
