When I was waiting in line, this counter clerk started calling out impatiently, yelling maybe ten times in thirty seconds "Come on up!". Because he was so irascible, when I reached the counter I said calmly that I had heard him the first time. He retorted "You sure took long enough. We don't do things like that around here," as if I was a lackey in the military and he was my sergeant. I explained that I was getting older and had an autoimmune condition that made me slow. And he just said "Well, I'm 60-something and I can still get around." He continued grumping at me with this incredibly hostile presentation until I finally asked to speak to his manager. The manager came up and asked him what was wrong. He consulted with the guy in whispers right in front of me and then said something really mediocre like "I'm sorry there was some misunderstanding, but I'm not sure there is much I can do about it now." And then he continued talking to the guy and, as I turned around on my way out of the store, they were rolling their eyes and laughing like I was just another "crazy female" customer who wasn't worth the time of day. This was not the first time I felt mistreated at this location. I always feel anxious about shopping at this location because the employees can be so mean.

Desired outcome: Honestly, I think this location needs some sort of employee training on customer service. It's basically non-existent there.
