Mandalay Bay review: Security

I am looking identify a security officer at the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas. This officer harassed and abused my family. He refused to identify himself when I asked for his name and he had no name tag on. How can I identify him as I believe his actions may be criminal in nature? And does Mandalay Bay have a policy in which security officers don't need to identify themselves when asked?
