I'm 5'2" and I was at a whopping 173lbs. (Obese for my height) I was miserable, I had a lot of stomach issues. I knew my metabolism was not working at all! It is as simple as they say, follow the plan. If you truly follow the plan, eliminate snacks, and stay on track, this plan works. It is not a fad diet, it is a lifestyle. I have even tried keto without the help of GOLO and failed. I hit a plateau. I bought GOLO in 2021, but never really followed it properly. When I stepped on the scale on 02/13/22, and saw I was at 350 lbs and had never been higher than 285, I had to make a change. Started immediately the next day, because I had the release already, and I only weigh in once a month. I have been taking GoLo for a couple of months now, although I forget to take it at many meals. But it still is fantastic. The first thing I noticed was I don’t crave sweets all the time, which has really been my Achilles heel with most diets. Another realization I’ve had is that I don’t get hungry as often and I don’t binge on food as before, Before I thought about food almost constantly, thinking of something I wanted to eat, mostly cakes and pies. Now, I still eat sweets, but I can cut it off at one serving rather than eating a lot and rationalizing that,”I’ll do better tomorrow!” I didn’t really think the GoLo would help, as I’ve tried many supplements and found them to just be a placebo for people who believed the hype. So I went into taking them as a skeptic, but I have now become a believer. I thank God for giving me the desire to try GoLo, because, in the last 2 months, I have lost approximately 20 lbs. and have lost 9 1/4 inches this past month. And it has not been hard at all to stick to my eating plan, which is by no means a starvation diet as I am eating in excess of 1,700 calories a day of good, natural, wholesome food, NOT diet food!

I'm a 53 year old female and healthy as a horse . . . healthy, other than being overweight. Although I was exercising every single day, my eating and drinking habits were so poor that I couldn't seem to lose any weight or belly fat. I have been on Golo since February 1. Had watched the tv commercials for some time and just decided to give it a try. Ordered one bottle and saw the weight coming off and ordered three more. Listen, it is a healthy weight loss system. But, it still takes willpower people! It takes reading the literature and applying what you read to choices you make. You have to eat the three meals a day and you have to be faithful to the plan. But you will lose! Be prepared for some plateaus along the way and don’t get discouraged when you don’t lose at the same pace someone else is losing. Each of us are unique in our bodies. But I have dropped almost 27 pounds and I am determined to lose the other 75 in my goal. Now many exercise while losing weight. I have had some health issues and have not started an exercise regimen yet but I plan on doing so soon. So if I can say anything to someone who is on the fence about ordering the Golo system it is what have you got to lose? For some who refuse to follow directions it is the money for the Release capsules. For me it was weight that I have struggled with in losing since having my thyroid removed in 2010. But it is a good system and you will lose if you just stick with it! That is about the best advice I can give you! PH

I'm 64 years old. I've battled with my weight since having kids. I've tried various diet plans. My husband knows how hard it is on me with my weight and trying to lose it. He saw the Golo commercial and suggested I should try it, after all what do I have to lose, right. Ordered Golo & started in Feb 2022. I choose to do the Reset 7 to start off with. First week on Reset 7 resulted in 11#'s gone. NO EXERCISE either. I knew it had to be a lot of water weight in the beginning. I was moving better and no shortness of breath. I began GOLO on August 1, 2019, after learning of the success of a friend I had not seen for more than a year. Others who were in touch told me how well she had done and I contacted her. She walked me through the program and, like her, I have been successful. I have lost 40 pounds and the weeks when I have not lost, it has been because of missteps I made--not the fault of GOLO. There are no miracle cures out there. I, and everyone else attempting to adopt the GOLO lifestyle, have a responsibility to uphold our end of the bargain. I have no serious health issues as so many do, so I consider myself lucky. All I can say is that the program is working for me. My weight loss has slowed a bit, but I am committed to seeing this through with the help of GOLO and my GOLO "coach." I call my friend that--it's not a title bestowed on her by GOLO--but she is an inspiration to me. I am 71 and several years older than my coach, but she's a mature woman and has had sustained success because she has really embraced the alternative lifestyle, which I am also doing. There are many programs out there that bring temporary results. I have done them all--sucessfully--but have never been able to keep the weight off. I have been following the GOLO program for 4 months now and the results I've had to date are fantastic! Please don't waste your money on this product. I took the "Release" pills for 90 days and actually GAINED 2 pounds. Naturally, I contacted them for a refund and was responded to in a very snarky manner by a customer service representative, via email who was happy to inform me that they only had a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. When I explained how ridiculous that was because I ordered a 90-Day supply, they simply stated that I was also beyond the 90-Days. That part was true, it was 109 days later when I contacted them. But who actually starts a new diet without reading all of the enclosed materials, etc. before hand? It took me a week to get motivated - we were in the middle of COVID, life was rough. Come on! Regardless, their answer was a big fat no. So here I am, completely disappointed in their product, which didn't work - so I'm out money, time that could have been spent on a product that actually worked for me, made no progress in my weight loss journey, and now I have to start over again. I knew it didn't work for 100% of the folks who try it, but it would have been nice for them to offer a refund since I was one of the ones who didn't receive results. Completely stinks!

Golo is a fantastic program! It's not just a diet or some miracle pill; the program introduces you to a healthier lifestyle of eating. For years I have tried every get slim diet you could think of and just about every miracle diet pill on the market. Nothing worked! I gave up and started going to the gym. I didn't really lose weight while going to the gym as I still wasn't eating right. Once the Covid pandemic hit, the local gym closed and I found myself putting on more weight. I saw the Golo commercial and decided to give it a try. I started the program May 1. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, however, my BMI is a little higher than it should be and I am considered overweight for my height. I have been using golo release for 3 months and have lost 21 pounds. I am thrilled with the results! I have never been able to loose weight easily though I didn't get real heavy until after my 4th child. I had blood sugar issues in my pregnancies and expected that I would become diabetic at some point in my life. At age 66 I started having some heart issues, swelling in my legs that kept me sedentary, and alot of heart burn. I was skeptical about this plan, but did know that berberine and bannaba (which are in release) have had research related to weight loss in the naturopathic field. So when my sister asked me to go on golo with her, I asked my doctor and he said to try it. It has not been easy. It is a simple plan but not easy for me. I had ordered the AeroTrainer from Golo. After having the product for less than 2 months we had found a defect in the seam. I contacted them in regards to the issue and told them that I would like a refund since it had been such a short time since receiving it. I received the information to ship it back to them but they didn't send me any kind of shipping slip and since there is a time frame I just wanted to get it back to them. So I had gone to the post office and had it shipped back at my cost of $29.75. I contacted them later about refunding my shipping cost since I do not feel that I should be out money for a defective product and have nothing to show for it. I did receive a voicemail from someone at the company who said they would refund the cost (and I have a copy of the message) and followed the instruction in which I was given and never received or heard anything again. I recently reached out to them again to follow up and when I ask about it all I am told is that the original refund was issued. I was told that a manger would be in contact with me but they continued to blow me off. I even sent them the name and a copy of the voicemail message with their phone number on it and they still will not acknowledge it. Also, if you do send something back, make sure you have everything including pamphlets, bottles or anything else that they send you or they will deduct that from your refund.

I started Golo on January 11. Today is February 3. I've seen great improvement in such a short time. So far, when I weighed in on February 1st, I lost 6.8 pounds without any exercise. I'm a slow loser on any diet. I tend to lose inches more than weight. It really encourages me to hear my husband and children tell me how they can see that I'm losing weight in such a short time. My back is not hurting when I stand anymore. I don't have that horrible cough I've had for months now and was getting worse. They no longer hear me clearing my throat over and over again. I have experienced issues with constipation after starting the diet, but I usually experience that whenever I do a change in diet. I have lost significant weight on both, but, on Golo, it is much easier to follow and my whole family (who are not on the Golo diet) loves the foods that I cook for the Golo diet; so, I don't have to worry about cooking two different meals. The food is not overly depriving, and the Release pills really help with hunger and weight loss. I believe that I will no longer have to deal with yo-yo dieting. For me, Golo is not a diet. It is a lifestyle.

This has been one of the best things that I have done! I saw the commercials on TV for a month or so before I ordered. I went into this thinking...this will be just another thing that I tried that won't work, but I have wasted more money before. This completely proved me wrong! I started my journey in March , I weighed in at my all time high of just about 250lbs. Two words to describe this program are, "Life Changing". I have battled with my weight my entire life and have tried every gimmick and diet program out there. I saw an ad for Golo over a year ago and brushed it off because why would this one work and not the others! Early January I had a breast cancer scare and decided something needed to change. I realized that all the chemicals and processed food I was shoveling into my body will eventually destroy me. As fate would have it, as I was researching the dangers of processed food, a Golo commercial came on tv. Having my computer open, I pulled up the Golo site and started reading. I quickly realized that it was NOT like anything else I have tried. I did not have to count calories/fat or even points. There was an easy metabolic equation to get my body into fat burning mode. But what drew me in was the premise of this program is clean, whole food eating. Exactly what I was looking for. To me losing weight was secondary to getting my body healthy and detoxed of chemicals. I placed my order and when went directly onto the Golo site and read everything. Looked at the meal plans (which are optional and I have never used) and the variety of recipes that I could use to make the metabolic plan easier (if that is even possible, because it is so easy!). As a side note...I am the world's pickiest eater and I have found sooo many different Golo recipes and food choices that I love. I jumped in feet first and have never looked back. The first day I weighed and measured myself. I was a whopping 321 pounds at 5'4". I could hardly climb the few stairs to my room without being out of breath. Yesterday I just celebrated my 6 month anniversary being on the program. I weighed in yesterday at 250.1 pounds. A lose of 71 pounds! I am able to walk several hours and not be out of breath. I have more energy and tend to sleep better. I have NEVER once felt deprived. It is a lifestyle change and a choice. Instead of choosing a cookie, I might have one of the Golo recipe banana breakfast bars as my carb with a meal. I am appropriately hungry. I am not hungry between meals and the Release capsules have taken my cravings away (and I was a HUGE chocoholic!). About half an hour before my meal time, my body tells me it is time to eat. There is a huge Golo Facebook community that are the biggest support team ever. They are there to encourage you and carry you through the rough times. What I like the most is, the Facebook group is moderated by the Golo admin team. They respond to posts by giving encouragement or answering questions. My only regret is...not starting Golo when I first saw the commercial over a year ago.

I placed my order on July 10th, 2021 for expedited shipping and I was advised after my order that I would receive a tracking number when my package ships. Here it is July 12th, and I called and got thru early this morning and was assured my package would be shipped today and I would be receiving a tracking number via email. Later the same day after work, I checked my email and to no avail, I still did not receive the email with my tracking number and telling me that my package is on it’s way. I went on to call 2 numbers, customer service 800/730/4656 and the distribution number 888/530/4656 all going to the same line. I was put into the queue and low and behold no answer. I was advised to leave a message with my order number and will get a call back but never did. Now the website states they are open until 8:30pm EST, but this website says its open until 5:30EST. Why am I paying 14.95 extra to get a 2 day business day delivery and a total of 114.95 for the entirety and not getting pkg

I placed an order through Golo.com (order [protected]) on January 14, 2021. The order was for 3 bottles of their Release pills for $99.90. I received an email the same day that my order was shipped and should be received in 3-7 business days. After that time passed I continued to check my shipment tracking via the DHL website the tracking number links to and there have been no shipping updates since January 14. On January 24, I sent an email to [protected]@golo.com with my shipment email included advising that I have not received my product and there are no shipping updates and that I was looking for information. I received an automated response that I would get a response in one business day. After one week of no response I called their toll free number on February 1st [protected]) and pressed prompts to speak with customer service. After holding nearly 5 minutes, a recording advised my call couldn’t be answered and I could leave a message. I sent an email again advising that I’ve called with no success and would like my money refunded since I clearly was not getting help or my product. I called again on February 2nd and the same thing happened as the day before. I called back again and pressed the prompt to place an order and finally got a live person. I explained why I was calling only to be told that customer service would have to call me back but I would receive a call shortly. I have not gotten and call nor have I gotten an email response.

I purchased GOLO in good faith to help with insulin resistance weight loss, as advertised by the company. I observed its ineffectiveness after 30 days of usage and my rigorously following every suggestions in the weight loss program. I reached out to inform the GOLO and was encouraged to continue using the product with promise that it will work. I attempted to make a return after reporting ineffectiveness but I was encouraged on phone by GOLO staff to continue using the product, and not to make a return. I was encouraged / motivated to give the product more time to work. I made second and 3rd order, going through the same process of false claims by GOLO that the product will work giving more time, but the product failed to work. I finally reached out to GOLO with request for refund for the last order that I made in October 2020, but was denied based on claims "first order". I made reference to the fact that I reported ineffectiveness 1 month after the first order but was encouraged to keep using the product, GOLO failed to accept the responsibility that they were encouraging me to keep buying their non-effective product despite that I have been reporting it's non-effectiveness. GOLO mislead me with promises that "you just need to continue with the product, it takes some people 2 to 3 months to see the effect ..." It's been almost 5 months, and I have not seen any effect. I requested for the refund of the last order I made in October 9th 2020, but GOLO refused me a refund, quoting their policy and failing to accept their responsibility for the manipulation put forward by the numerous influencing advise given, motivation and encouragements that the product will work. Whilst I take responsibility for being naive and trusting this company, GOLO must take responsibility for manipulating my consumer vulnerability, and failing to allow me make a return when I called them after my first month of ineffective product outcome. I had trusted them, and believed all I was told. I believe GOLO is a scam, and should not be allowed to continue with this level of organized scamming.

Ordered a six month supply of golo and with 2 day shipping it would be around $ 212.65. Today i find outside in my bushes soaking wet a green box with only 3 bottles. I will be checking my credit card and your company charged me $212,65. Where are my other 3 bottles. The salesman said if i ordered 6 m0nth supply with 2 day shipping the listed amount above is what i would be charged/ also they spelled my last name leven when it is levine. Don't your people understand english. I will not be scasmmed i want my other 3 bottles

I purchased this in July and never got the package or the refund. It was supposedly sent to a pick up location never told to me and so I've never even layed eyes on the box, which means it would've been returned to sender. However, Golo has not refunded money despite having the product returned, unopened.

May I seen the commercial and they said they guaranteed it so I took it every day for 90 days three times a day and it didn't work. I called the company they told me I had to follow a program but that's not what it said in the commercial. I have a reading problem I go by the commercial like they said and it didn't work

Tried placing an order on 11/10 with *** and was told would receive in a few days? Well order was placed, had to keep calling to get tracking info. but no one answers phone had to leave numerous messages. Now They say will not get order until next week? So tried calling again today 11/12 had to leave messages 3 times with no response, also emailed 3 times with No response. I told them on phone message and email was getting in touch with ComplaintsBoard.com. I will not accept this order and want my full refund. This company is pathetic!

I am writing a negative review because of a poor customer service, feeling quite sick after taking these tablets and also just my over all knowledge and understanding of medical issues and that put quite simply these tables do not work for me. I received these tablets and after a few days of taking them started to have bad stomach pains and bathroom issues that I will not go into. My gastroenterologist also warned me of these tablets after I had a gastroscopy preformed. It should be known that I contacted the customer service and because I was out of the country and the postal service were I was located would not take (as a return) I got an extended window of return to June 10 which I was grateful for. However because of covid restrictions I did not return to the USA for about ten days after my original scheduled return, and I thereafter contacted customer service and I was shocked they would not accept the tablets back.
