I've been on a journey with heart issues since May 2017. I noticed a loss of energy, but it wasn't until I collapsed at the finish line of a 12K race due to cardiac arrest that I realized the severity of my condition. Thankfully, medical personnel, including a cardiologist, were able to save my life. After several weeks in the hospital and rehab, I was able to regain my independence, but medical complications prevented me from getting the surgery I needed. I returned home and neglected to seek medical oversight in the following months. I returned to a less aggressive running routine, but my energy issues returned within a year. At first, I ignored them, but in October 2019, I finally sought medical help, which resulted in surgery. In December 2019, at the age of 76, I underwent a triple bypass with a Trifecta GT tissue heart valve replacement. Post-surgery, my history has been excellent, and within three months, I was off all medications. Several supplements were recommended, and I comply faithfully. But the one supplement that I learned of independently was Dr. Gundry's PROPLANT COMPLETE SHAKE. Since surgery, I have made many lifestyle changes, but the introduction of this supplement was one change I noticed within 24 hours. My energy levels, leg strength, overall physical and mental demeanor improved. I sincerely felt and enjoyed the difference almost immediately. Thank you, Dr. Gundry!

Yo, so I gotta say, I'm an old dude, but I feel like a young buck thanks to Gundry MD. I started off with BioComplete 3 and it was like magic, man. I lost some weight, my gut flattened out, and my bowel movements were on point. I mean, who doesn't love a good poop, am I right? Anyways, I also started taking the Longevity capsule, the Proplant shakes, and the Polyphenol-Rich Olive Oil and it's been a game changer. I can keep up with my athletic grandson and my peers, no problem.

I do some exercise every day, mostly stretching, yoga, light weights, and walking, to help with my bad back. But even with all that, I couldn't get rid of my gut. I thought it was just cuz I'm old, but BioComplete 3 proved me wrong. It's like it reversed my aging or something.

I'm definitely gonna keep using these products until my doc tells me otherwise. But I do have a question for y'all at Gundry MD. Right now, I take one capsule of Longevity in the morning before my Proplant shake breakfast, then 4 capsules of BioComplete 3, and one tablespoon of the olive oil with 3 scrambled eggs after my morning workout. Should I change when and how many BioComplete 3 capsules I take at a time?

Overall, I'm super impressed with Gundry MD and the results I've been getting. Thanks for making a product that actually works, y'all.

Me and my wife have been trying to fix our diets for a while now. We started with Dr. Gundry's Diet Revolution, which is a must-read! We've tried many different plant-based protein powders from big name brands to mix in with our veggie and fruit-based smoothies, which were okay at the time. But then we decided to give Dr. Gundry's ProPlant Complete a try, the chocolate version (my favorite), because the ingredients list is far superior to most of the mainstream name brand types. And boy, were we pleasantly surprised! For the first time, we actually FELT the effects of our mid-morning smoothies! We felt more energized and alert.

Our smoothie recipe includes coconut water, a healthy handful of spinach or kale, some additional fresh fruit like mango or banana, a large chunk of ginger, and of course, a serving of ProPlant Complete. We each have one at least three to four times a week, if not more. While I can't credit ProPlant completely because I've taken other steps and Gundry products to get healthier, I have shed 20 lbs in the last year and my total cholesterol is now in check, down from over 250! My wife was ecstatic when Dr. G released the vanilla version because that's her favorite.

Once you've had ProPlant Complete, it's very hard to go back to lesser quality products. We're spoiled now. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a nutritional snack or even a meal replacement. Now we're just patiently waiting on a promo email from Dr. G's team so we can pop in and get three or six more tubs! I'm one of those peeps that gains weight in the winter and loses it before the summer-sometimes. I went for my yearly checkup and my fam physician told me to shed 10 pounds cuz I was diabetic and had high cholesterol. I hate going to the gym and running/fast walking has started to hurt my right knee. Feeling anxious, that night I started browsing the web looking for diets and/or weight loss suggestions. I came across Gundrymd.com. I started reading his articles about how he changed his life and loss of weight through learning about gut health. Once I read about the foods to stay away from, foods that are hard to digest, and the foods that I should be eating. I decided to change my lifestyle instead of dieting. I look at food differently now. I have changed how I eat- portion control, what I eat- leafy greens and leaner meats, and when I eat- no late night eating. I count calories, I use portion bowls, portion containers, and my rule of thumb is if it can't fit in the bowl I'm not suppose to have it. Learning about what I put in my gut really matters. I started my journey in September of 2020 purchasing (4) bottles of Bio Complete 3 and I lost 35 pounds. In November when I had my blood work rechecked I reversed my diabetes and I no longer have high cholesterol! In January I purchased (3) more bottles of Bio Complete 3 because my new goal for myself is to lose 20 more pounds. It's been amazing to see the pounds fall off and I don't have to go to the gym. Don't get me wrong I'm still active. I exercise by doing yoga in the mornings before work and I walk 3 to 4 times a week. My journey has just begun! Thank you Steven Gundry MD. I started taking Total Restore from Gundry MD in September of 2020 because I was experiencing some serious bloating issues, fatigue, and was hoping to control my cravings and maybe even lose a few pounds. I watched Dr. Gundry's video about the product and was convinced that it might be worth a try. I've been taking it for 7 months now and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it's been working for me. The bloating went away almost immediately and I've slowly started to notice that my waistline is shrinking. I've lost over an inch on my hips and thighs and have even managed to shed those pesky 10 pounds that I was hoping to lose. But the most amazing thing to me is that my nails have started growing like crazy! I'm 64 years old and my nails have always been a problem for me. They would peel back at the tips and no matter what I did, they always looked terrible. I've been wearing fake nails since 1995 to cover them up, but now my real nails look just as good as the fake ones! I get compliments on them all the time. I was so impressed with Total Restore that I convinced my husband (who is 70 years old) to start taking it too. I gotta say, after trying out your Bio-Complete 3 product, I've seen and felt a huge difference in my body. My belly fat is going down, and I'm feeling healthier than ever before in my life. I don't have diabetes or any other diseases that I know of, but I've always felt so tired and sluggish for a very long time. I'm a 57-year-old woman turning 58 on January 3rd. And let me tell you, you're a genius! I love your product. I don't know how long I'll be taking it, but it really doesn't matter. What matters is my health, and I give you an A++ for making the difference!

I live in the worst air quality area, Bakersfield, California, and I've felt very tired and sluggish every day for a very long time now. Well, you know what? I work every day, and I'm always extremely tired when I come home that I don't have the strength to be cleaning and cooking after a hard day's work. I even work on Saturdays. But to my big surprise, after taking this product, I've had so much energy. This past Sunday, I had so much energy like never before in a very long time that I managed to clean the whole house. Got my Bio Complete 3 just the day after me and my husband finished off the Total Restore, so I was happy there would be no downtime as the Total Restore had been doing a great job for me, but I wanted a product that had all I needed in one package. Unfortunately, I got sick that very same day with a flu virus of nausea and vomiting, so after trying to take it a few days, I just had to stop and wait it out. During the 5-7 days without my new product, I had to resume my stomach meds. After I was better from the flu, I resumed trying the Bio Complete 3 as my fatigue problem had come back with a vengeance, which really showed me how much the Total Restore had been doing prior, although now I was recovering from a virus as well. I discontinued my stomach med and have been doing fine without it again and I'm recovering from the fatigue in about 4 days. I was hoping to avoid my yearly bought of fatigue in the fall with these products, but I guess now I know Bio Complete 3 is also doing a fine job. Also during my down time, I regained 3.5 pounds of fluid in my arms, legs, and face, which came off over the next day or 2, I had previously had swelling in my left foot before starting Total Restore and it disappeared in 24 hours and that swelling hasn't returned. The one concern I have is it's a bit scary to think that if I am unable to get my product, my fatigue can get to be at its worst and fluid swelling comes back that quickly all over in just 5-7 days. I hadn't taken my blood pressure during this time, which had been very good now, but I'm sure the fluid retention wouldn't have done it any good either. Thankfully not all symptoms returned in this short time, many things that had improved stayed the same, but just those 2 were my big concerns. Over the course of using Total Restore and the Bio Complete 3, I have lost 15 pounds and that I am quite happy with, it's been about 45 days since starting any of the products. I'm good with losing weight slowly over a longer period of time, so this is a little quick for me, but I feel ok in that area so not greatly concerned. I've given a 4-star only because I haven't been on it long enough to know how this product will do over time for me.

I gotta say, I wanna talk about Gundry MD and their Bio Complete 3 supplement. I mean, I ain't got no beef with their Lectin Shield, but I only just started using it, ya know? Anyways, let me tell you about my experience with Bio Complete 3. I've had stomach problems since I was a kid, and I mean, I've been to so many doctors, had so many tests, and tried so many diets, but nothing seemed to work. I lost all faith in the medical system and even in life itself. I prayed for an end to my suffering, even if it meant death. That's how bad it was.

I wake up every morning with so much joy, I can't even explain it. I feel amazing! My joint pain has disappeared, my abdominal pain is gone, and I am no longer bloated. It's amazing! I started with the Total Restore, and now I have added the Bio Complex 3 and the Olive oil. And now, I will start taking the Shake. What can I say? These products will always be in my home. Thank you so much for such amazing products!

This here product, Gundry MD, is a bit of a mixed bag, if you ask me. On the one hand, it's got some good stuff in it - all sorts of vitamins and minerals and whatnot that are supposed to be good for you. But on the other hand, it's got way too much Stevia in it, and that makes it taste like absolute garbage.

Now, I'm not one to waste money, so I kept trying to choke this stuff down even though it made me want to gag. I tried mixing it with all sorts of things - vegetable juice, moringa powder, you name it - but nothing could really mask that sickly sweet taste. I mean, seriously, who wants to drink something that tastes like a Twinkie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

I don't know, maybe some people are into that sort of thing. Maybe they've got a sweet tooth that just won't quit. But for me, this stuff was a total bust. I ended up throwing most of it away, which was a shame because it wasn't exactly cheap. But hey, sometimes you've just got to cut your losses and move on.

All in all, I'd say that if you're looking for a health drink that actually tastes good, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you're willing to put up with a little bit of sweetness in order to get all those vitamins and minerals, then maybe this is the product for you. Just be warned - it's not for the faint of heart.

I gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with the BiO COMPLETE from Gundry MD. It's been doing some good things for my bod, but I gotta say, I wish there was a bit more info on what it's best for. Started using Gundry MD's BioComplete supplement about a week ago and I must say, I'm already seeing some positive changes. My bowel movements have been pretty good since day 2, which is a great sign. However, on day 5, I experienced some diarrhea and had to cut back to only 2 capsules per day instead of the recommended 4. I think it might be because I'm already taking probiotics in my multivitamin, so maybe the combination was just too much for my system to handle.

So, I recently tried out Gundry MD and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. I decided to sign up for their recurring order of 6 shakes, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong flavor. Now, these shakes are not cheap, so I was quite disappointed when I received the wrong one. When the second shipment arrived, I immediately called customer service to try and rectify the situation. They did offer to let me send the shakes back, but I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the return shipping myself and it had to have a tracking number. I mean, come on, if a company charges so much for their products, they should at least offer free return shipping.

But that's not all. The subscription set up they have is quite sneaky, so watch out that they don't do it to you. And when you order something from them, be prepared to wade through numerous ads before you finally get to the confirmation page. It's almost like they're trying to sell you everything under the sun before you can even confirm your order. Honestly, it was a bit frustrating.

Now, I do have to say that the shakes themselves are pretty good. I'm not sure if they had a surplus of vanilla or what, but that's the flavor they sent me and it was actually quite tasty. But overall, I'm not sure if I would order from Gundry MD again. The whole experience was just a bit too much for me.

I recently purchased some of GundryMD's Dietary Supplements and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the results. The price tag on these fancy bottles was absolutely outrageous and the benefits they claimed to offer were nowhere to be found. I even tried to sell them on eBay to recover some of my extravagant spending, but to my surprise, I was met with some unexpected resistance.

Apparently, Tracy Martell from gundrymd.com had the audacity to claim that my two bottles of their supplement were "counterfeits" and "illegal". I mean, how could they possibly know that? It's obvious that they were just lying to try and stop me from selling their useless products. And to make matters worse, they even had the nerve to claim that it was illegal to resell their products. Who do they think they are?

The only thing that's illegal here is the fact that Tracy Martell lied to eBay about my two bottles being "counterfeits" and "illegal". What a bunch of [censored] bags! It's bad enough that they sell these absolutely useless bottles of supplements, but to blatantly lie in order to stop competition is just despicable.

In conclusion, I would not recommend GundryMD's Dietary Supplements to anyone. They are overpriced and do not deliver on their promised benefits. And if you do decide to purchase them, be prepared to deal with some shady business practices from the folks over at gundrymd.com.

I recently made a purchase on the Gundry MD website for three bottles of Heart Defence. However, I was bombarded with numerous pop-ups trying to sell me additional products, which I declined. After paying for my order, I received an email confirming my purchase, but to my dismay, it was for a completely different product. I immediately sent eight emails to their customer service team explaining the website's faulty behavior and expressing my dissatisfaction with the product I received.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a response for two days, and when I finally did, it was to inform me that the product had already been shipped. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with their lack of customer service and disregard for my concerns. To make matters worse, they charged me $144 for a product I did not want.

I am now left with the daunting task of contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. It is a nightmare that I never expected to experience. I caution others to be wary of this company's practices. They seem to be more interested in making money than providing quality products and customer service.

I have even contacted my lawyer, who believes I have a strong case against Gundry MD. I would advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with this company. They are not to be trusted and seem to be more interested in tricking people out of their hard-earned money than providing quality products and services.

I gotta say, I tried out two of Gundry MD's products and they didn't do squat for me. I got the red~berry nutritional supplement and the age spot reducer serum, but neither of them did anything good or bad that I could tell. I cancelled my subscription, but they still sent me another supplement. I had to beg and plead with them to get a refund for it. And don't even get me started on the age spot reducer. I used that stuff religiously for two whole months, putting it on my face, my hand, and a spot on my arm. But did I see any improvements? Nope, not even a little bit. I even sent them pictures to prove it, but they still wouldn't give me my money back. They said they would, but they never did. And when I asked why I had to pay to send back empty jars, they didn't have a good answer. I mean, come on, they know I bought the stuff, why do I have to pay to send back the jars? Eventually, they agreed to let me send back crushed bottles instead of jars, but even then I only got back about $45 out of the $150 I spent. It's a total rip-off, if you ask me. And don't even get me started on this guy's credentials. He's supposed to be a heart surgeon, but who knows if that's even true. All I know is that he's making a killing off of gullible women who are hoping for a miracle. It's a load of horse manure, if you ask me. Don't trust them, folks.
