I am an international virtual assistant. I am located in Jamaica and I was hired by Goliath Homes on March 2, 2024. Upon onboarding, I was advised payment would be on the 15th and the 30th of each month and I was to work 40 hours per day at a rate of USD6 per hour.

I started working on March 4th. During my tenure there; I got 8 leads, and 3 appointments were gained from these leads. The pay cycle would've ended on the 14th of March. I reached out to my immediate supervisor and inquired what time on the 15th pay would be disbursed and he said it's usually done during the day. Alex Coffey, the CEO and CFO was very disrespectful to me in our morning huddle that day so after the meeting, I reached out to my supervisor and advised him I would be resigning from my position. After trying to make me stay, he realized I was adamant about leaving and stated that he'd let Alex know after I'd gotten paid just to ensure that news didn't cause any hiccups.

After the shift ended on the 15th, I reached out to Alex and asked him when would payment be disbursed. I reached out by text first then by a voice call. He answered and I asked, "Hey Alex, could you say what time payment would be disbursed today?" and his response was "WTF? Don't you ever call me again you black [censored], [censored] off" and disconnected the call. He then texted Anthony and told him to fire me.

I have reached out to him by calls, text messages, and email and he just responds with expletives, derogatory terms, and then just silence. I am yet to get paid, I have yet to hear what's going to happen to my pay and I do have the evidence to support him disrespecting me for simply asking about payment. On the last call that he answered he explicitly told me to go [censored] off and go kill myself.

this company keeps callin me on my cell n home phone even tho i told em to stop. they also keep sendin me mail. they call every single day.

This company keeps calling me all the time asking if I wanna sell my crib. I told them to stop calling me, but they keep doing it. I asked them how they got my info and why they think I wanna sell my house, but they don't care and keep harassing me. I even told them I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, but they don't give a damn. My girl gets these calls too. They say they're A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rated, but I had to look up their address myself, so that seems shady. And their phone number just goes to a machine.

This company called me out of nowhere, even though I told the FTC not to. They asked if I wanted to sell my house for cash. This happened to someone else too, and they complained. Goliath Homes said they were small and got a cold call list, but that doesn't matter to me or the others on the do not call list. We don't want to be bothered with ads or sales. I reported them to the FTC.
