I gotta say, Save Big Realty is the real deal. Jared, one of their agents, made a sick video of my 23-acre river property and it sold like hotcakes. I was blown away by how fast it went. Jared was super helpful throughout the whole process, answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but Save Big Realty proved me wrong. They know what they're doing and they do it well. If you're looking to sell your property, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won't regret it.

I had a really bad experience with Save Big Realty and their agent Jared Barnes. I paid him $300 through Cashapp to list my home on the MLS, but when I asked for a change in the description, he demanded another $300. I refused to pay the extra money and he removed my listing altogether. It was a total scam!

I decided to do some research and found out that Jared Barnes has a history of ripping off clients. I talked to a few local real estate agents and they all knew about him and his shady practices. It's really disappointing that there are people like him in the industry who take advantage of innocent homeowners.

I would never recommend Save Big Realty or Jared Barnes to anyone. They are not trustworthy and will only cause you headaches and financial loss. It's important to do your due diligence when choosing a real estate agent and make sure they have a good reputation and track record. Don't fall for the same trap I did!

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Save Big Realty and their agent Jared Barnes. I mean, I'm a senior citizen on a fixed budget, and I just wanted to list my property on a couple of real estate sites in Oregon. But Jared charged me a whopping $500.00 for that! And get this, another realtor offered to list the property for just $100.00! That's some serious price gouging if you ask me.

So, within 24 hours, I asked Jared for a partial refund. I mean, it only took him a few minutes to list the property online, right? But he refused! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, he threatened me with a lean on my property if I reversed the CC payment. He even warned me that if and when I sold the property, his on-call lawyer would charge me over $2,000.00 to remove the lean. Talk about intimidation tactics!

But that's not all. After 30+ days, Jared suggested I drop the listing price by $60K! And get this, he didn't even do any professional calculations or anything. It was just a random suggestion! I mean, does he even care about selling my home or is he just in it for the profits?

And to top it all off, Jared unconsciously listed "PRICE INCREASE" on my property listing! I mean, who does that in 2023? And when I brought it up, he told me to contact Zillow to change it. Seriously? As of this review, my property is still online with a PRICE INCREASE. Check out the photo I attached.

Honestly, my entire 60-day experience with Jared and Save Big Realty was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially not unsuspecting senior citizens like myself. So, my advice? Find someone else.
