I bought some jewelry from Gold Drip and they were supposed to send it to me. However, I never received the jewelry and they opened a lease in my name. I have been asking them to either close the lease or send me the jewelry, but they haven't done either. I need your help to close this lease because they are taking my money for jewelry that I never received. The lease number is *** and it's with Progressive.

I got a man's ring from Gold Drip Jewelry on 7/22. I called them many times because I paid extra to get it in 5-7 business days. Every time they say I'll get it next week. They sent me a tracking number, but when I check it, it says the label was made but the package hasn't been received. It's now 8/27 and they keep making excuses and sent me another tracking number that says the same thing as the first one. I called them yesterday, but they wouldn't answer my messages or calls. When they finally did, they gave me more excuses, so I asked for a refund. They said it would take a while for me to get it. At this point, I feel like they just scammed me, and I want my money back. Why would it take so long for me to get a refund? Their refund policy doesn't say anything about a refund taking so long. I paid for a service I didn't receive.
