So, I bought a couple shoes on Glitter Shoe Co's website in September 2020 and boy, did I spend a pretty penny! Over 200 bucks, to be exact. Since then, I've been trying to reach out to the folks at Glitter Shoe Co to check up on my order, but no one's been responding to my emails. I don't know what's going on with these people! They're starting to make me feel like they're a bunch of crooks! I'm really not happy with them at all and I would advise anyone who wants to buy shoes to stay away from Glitter Shoe Co. You're better off taking your chances elsewhere. Honestly, I wouldn't even give these guys one star if I could, but I had to give them something, just so I could post this review.

So, I was hesitated at first to order from Glitter Shoe Co because of what I read on some reviews. But, I still went ahead and bought my own pair of glittery sneakers. And, those shoes, my my, turned out to be perfect! Man, was I surprised! But, you gotta have some patience with these cats. They take their sweet time with the handmade stuff they sell. So, I sent an email, asking them when they're shipping my kicks, and they replied back. Boom! No problem at all, really. So, if you're looking for some flashy shoes, go ahead and give this shop a try. Just keep in mind, it might take a couple of weeks or so. Peace out!

Got me some shoes for my little girl for Christmas way back in November on Glitter Shoe Co's website. Waited and waited for them to arrive, but didn't show up until February. Can you believe it? Better to shop somewhere else where they make customer service a priority.

So, I had an experience with Glitter Shoe Co. and it wasn't the best time I've had. I tried to make an order for my friend with a silly name just for the fun of it, but that didn't go well because Glitter Shoe Co. didn't apparently like jokes or something. They just sat on my order and my money from August 1, 2019, to today, September 14, 2019, without informing me about what was happening. I had to reach them myself, which is kinda rude, if you ask me.

Then when I asked for a refund or some action, they told me some story about how they had tried to contact me like three weeks ago (three weeks after I made the order) which is a lie because they didn't. And even if they did try to contact me in their lie, they still took three weeks to tell me that they couldn't handle the order. That's not cool. They didn't even apologize; they just canceled the order and refunded my money right before they responded to me. It's just unprofessional, man.

But the thing is, the bride wants shoes from there, so I'm giving them another chance for her sake. But I wouldn't recommend anyone else to give them business, you know? Like, I've shipped gifts with goofy names before and never had someone try to police what I was doing like they did. They need to chill, man. I mean, take a break, Olivia.

I jus ordred sum shoes frum Glitter Shoe Co on 11 August, 2020. Let me just say, it took them a hot minute to even send out the package. I got an email on 3 Sep but NU tracking which was kinda shady. So, I emailed them bout it on 15 Sep since nuthin had arrive yet. But guess what? No response. Felt like they was just leavin me hangin. It wasn't til late Oct that the shoes finally arrived and I was hella excited to see what they would look like. But BOOM right when I opened the box, glitter went EVERYWHERE. And I mean EVERYWHERE. I'm STILL waitin for a refund or even just somebody to respond to my emails from last year. Needless to say, I won't be orderin from em again.

Now, to be fair, when I was buying from them, they were quick to respond and were top-notch in their customer service. And get this, they supposedly shipped on the 16th (like, what?!) but I didn't even find out until freaking later.

Don't get me wrong, the shoes themselves are super cute, but honestly, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You'll spare yourself a lot of hassle and headaches by shopping elsewhere.
