GG Homes made an offer on a small condo I owned in San Diego. They promised me a quick close, minimal closing costs. We picked a 2 week closing date. It all happened as promised. Very pleased with all the staff I interacted with. Customer service with a capital C. I'm a Real Estate Broker, I had interacted with many agents in my career, they'd bring an offer and then disappear. Had to chase them for paperwork, contingency removals etc. Not with GG Homes. Thanks!

Predatory! They are sending out letters posing as a young family asking to buy homes. They sent us two before I called. Someone named Tyler answered until I gave him my address and he switched to saying he was Phil and he wrote the letter. Refused to give me a business name. Got another letter today. Same font/envelopes/return PO Box with this company's name on it. Talk about dishonest! Is this who you want to trust with selling your home? Dishonesty out of the gate is never a good thing.

I needed to sell quickly for personal/ financial reasons and reached out to several groups to buy my place. Glad I choose GG Homes, they did exactly what they said they would do. The gentleman that came to the house was great and so was everyone I dealt with during the process. It really couldn't have been easier and more straight forward. I was ready for some issue to come up or some renegotiation...never happened. Closed and I had my money the next day. Would do it again if I had another home. "

I didn't know what to expect when I first contacted GG Homes/I Buy Houses to sell my sister's home in [location]. From the beginning and throughout the entire process, everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to [name] who handled every step of a complicated occupant situation. She even helped locate and rescue a suitcase full of family photos that otherwise would have been lost forever. The sale price offered for the home was very fair, and their service was above expectations. I'm so happy that I called them!

As an agent in San Diego I have worked with a lot of different investors and buyers of distressed properties and have had good and bad experiences in the past. I can tell you that this was my 1st experience working with GG Homes and they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! Professional from day one, didn't play games with the seller and were up front about everything. They were also willing to get creative with the terms of the deal to make it work for the seller who was in a bit of a bind with this one. I would be happy to work with them again!

They sent me a letter with fake "handwritten" address and a fake, blurry return address and a note on the front that says, "I have a COVID update for you! Then the same fake "in house email" letter inside from Phil Johnson, General Manager to Eric Green, Sales Manager asking Eric to print it out and send it to me. What a bunch of nonsense. This is so unprofessional and cheesy I would never do business with them, and to use COVID as an excuse to market their business is beyond the pale. I'm not interested in selling my house, anyway, especially for a below market flipper price. What a bunch of untrustworthy individuals.

The process of selling my my home was easier than I could have imagined thanks to the team at GG homes. From the initial phone contact with their representative, Sarah, the home visitation by Mark, and the ever present customer service team keeping me informed and answering my first-time seller questions. The offer they made on my condo was fair; I think having realistic expectations is key. I would not hesitate to recommend selling a home to GG homes to anyone who doesn't have the time, resources or inclination to prepare a home for the selling process. No repairs, no open houses, and the ability to close escrow on your time frame. These were all considerations for me during this seamless, professional process.

I sold my house and property to GG Homes in November . Paul Brown and Andrew Clark are the persons I mostly interacted with. Paul and Andrew and the rest of the GG Homes' team were always friendly and professional. They were organized and made the whole process very easy for me. I did expect some problems to occur, however they never materialized. Escrow closed exactly on the day we agreed upon with no hiccups. I picked up my check from the escrow office, also without any problems or concerns, within one day of the close of escrow. GG Homes inspected my property and offered me a fair price for my house. Their process saved me a lot of time and money I would have had to invest if I had used a realtor. I would recommend GG Homes to my family and friends or anyone else who wants to sell their home without using a realtor. -- John Doe

At the end of the transaction everything worked out great. I had some frustrations with the escrow company not returning some of my calls. This stressed me out. Norah Brown was very helpful and understanding, even returning calls and text messages on her time off. Seth Brown was a complete professional. The issue I had with the escrow company not returning calls had to do at escrow completion... I was looking for my funds to be deposited immediately after closing of escrow. This stressed me out. Paul Brown stepped in and asked the escrow company to make it a priority that the funds were placed in my account. The second item that Paul Brown helped with was removing a mediation clause, since the house was sold as is. He did that In Texas where I do property buying and selling, at the title company that handles these transactions. At the end of escrow, the buyer passes his money on the spot and the seller gets his money immediately too. I guess California is different... But by the end of the show, with all stress gone, when I got my funds, GG Homes was great to deal with. I recommend this place to sell and buy property from 100%.

My elderly mother received a flyer in the mail that had the heading: Date of TERMINATION Its has a picture of her house, her name and her address. It has bright red arrows going down and it says: URGENT! TERMINATION NOTICE. IS THIS YOUR HOUSE? My mom thought that her mortgage was being terminated! This is unacceptable! Seriously? It says: We have desperately been trying to reach you and urgently need to speak with you about your property shown in this picture. This is NOT OK!
