from 11/04/22 to 12/03/22 I have been trying to withdrawal my money but I can't reach any customer support the chat button does nothing they won't answer emails there phone only has busy signal. I have given them my documents and it still just says my account needs to be verified in order to withdrawal and it's been a month and still no response in any form. I have exhausted every avenue to try and contact them.
Desired outcome: I would like to get the highest amount I have tried to withdraw $1200
11/03/22 to present Gambols casino will not let me withdrawal any winnings even though I sent them all my documents. A month later and it still says account verification before I can withdraw any money. The chat button does absolutely nothing, they won't answer emails and there phone only has a busy signal.
