G&W Roofing did a amazin job for us. I can always count on the best qualty from them. They always go over and above what they are expected to do. The owner is a very good man who tells you the truth and tries to give you the best job for your money. I highly recommend them. We have had experience with other roofers and I can honestly say G&W is the best.

My mom got her roof done by these guys and it's been a total disaster. The roof leaks even more now and the whole house smells like tar. It's so bad that she can't even stay inside anymore and it's messing with her breathing. Plus, they messed up her skylight too. She's been on the phone with one of the roofers, Dave I think, and he's not helping at all. He keeps saying he's been doing this for 30 years with no problems and that she's just trying to get free stuff. That's not true at all. She just wants them to fix their crappy work so she can live in her house without worrying about her health. It's been over a month and we're hoping they'll fix it, but if not, we might have to take legal action.

Don't buy from these guys! They don't know how to use tarps. They put on a new roof 6 weeks ago, and I'm still finding shingle debris and nails in my flower beds! It took 4 tries to pass the Final Inspection because they didn't fix the same problem. They don't schedule appointments and don't care if you're not home. You have to stop everything so they can get into your attic and try to fix their mistake. I called the boss, but he didn't call me back. The people in the office are mean and talk down to you!

They didn't even come out to look at my roof when my skylight started leaking. I got my roof and skylight replaced in May, but the roof didn't pass inspection because of a short plumbing stack. They said they wouldn't fix it, but they did it anyway. A few months later, I noticed mold on the ceiling in my bathroom below the skylight. I called the company on August 11, and they said they would come within two days, but they didn't. I called again on August 14, and they said they weren't doing warranty work until the following week. I called again on August 25, and they said someone would come that night or the next morning, but no one showed up. I called again on August 28, and they said someone would come between 8 and 8:30, but no one showed up again. I have been trying to get someone to come look at my leaking roof for three weeks now, and they still haven't fixed it. I have missed work waiting for them to show up, and they don't seem to care about the mold on my ceiling. I would not recommend this company.
