Fruugo Bad customer service or information

Will never recommend them, unreliable and just robotic answers on orders and tracking, no proper e-mail to communicate with.

Have order item that was due in September 2022, to date have not received explanation on any queries I tried to raise via their so-called Help function.

Place another order in June 2023 for different item and running into the same problems, no updates or confirmation, just generic replies.

Desired outcome: Would like to receive a credit for both orders - [protected] and [protected]

Hi there!

It's beem more than a month since I placed my order and I haven't recieved yet!

According to the tracking provide has been delivered or returned.

Please could you explain to me what's going on? This seems to be some sort of scam since you don't even reply to my messages or complaints.

Fruugo Frustrating experience with Fruugo - A zero star rating review

Oh, dear. It seems that the customer had a rather unpleasant experience with Fruugo. They give the company a zero star rating and advise others not to order from them. The customer allegedly ordered a desk via the Fruugo website in May, with the understanding that it would be shipped from Italy. They waited for nearly two months but have yet to receive their order. Despite Fruugo accepting payment, the customer claims that they have received the same excuse from the company regarding delays at customs. After finding other critical reviews about the company on the internet, the customer wishes they had done their research beforehand. They feel that Fruugo’s customer service was terrible – with nobody answering the phone – and found their website layout very frustrating. The customer warns others to be cautious when dealing with Fruugo.

Fruugo Fruugo Review: Misleading Discount and Unhelpful Customer Service Left Me Disappointed and Frustrated

Sadly, my experience with Fruugo has left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Initially, I thought I had discovered a great deal on a baby video monitor marked down from $209 to $169. However, when I received my invoice, I was shocked to see that I had been charged the full $209 plus tax, bringing the total up to around $237.

Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team seeking an explanation and resolution. I expected them to acknowledge their error and offer me a refund or some sort of compensation, but instead they requested that I provide a confirmation sheet. This was both frustrating and irrelevant as the monitor was clearly marked down to $169 with a line through the original price of $209.

I can't help but feel like I have been swindled, and the lack of cooperation and understanding from Fruugo regarding their mistake only adds fuel to my frustration. Clearly, their business practices are questionable, and I have seen numerous reviews from other customers who have experienced similar issues.

If I could give Fruugo a zero rating, I would have done so, but unfortunately, that isn't an option. It's important that other customers are aware of the risks of purchasing from this company, so I will be contacting the complaintsboard.com and sharing my experience. It's only fair that potential buyers have all the information they need to make informed decisions, and unfortunately, my experience with Fruugo has left me feeling like I can't trust this company.

Fruugo Fruugo Review: Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service

Buying online can be a convenient and easy way to get the things you need without leaving the comfort of your own home. However, my experience with Fruugo was less than satisfactory, to say the least. I wanted to purchase some pet meds from a reputable seller, and I found Singpet through Fruugo. The site was easy to navigate, and ordering was a breeze. However, the shipping process left a lot to be desired.

After I placed my order, I received an email notification indicating that my order had shipped from Australia and included a tracking number. I waited patiently for my package to arrive, but after a week had passed, the tracking status still showed that the label had been created but not yet processed. This concerned me, so I decided to contact Fruugo's customer service team to inquire about the delay.

To my surprise, I received another email notification indicating that my order was shipping from France, and the tracking number provided was different from the original one. I was puzzled as to why the shipping location had changed and why the package was now being handled by a different shipping company. I tried to get in touch with customer service to clarify the situation, but they ignored my inquiries.

As the days turned into weeks, my frustration grew. I waited for over a month for my order to arrive, but it never did. I had no choice but to accept that I was not going to receive what I had paid for, so I decided to file a dispute with PayPal. Fruugo did not even try to deny my dispute, and as soon as PayPal escalated the situation, I was refunded.

In conclusion, my experience with Fruugo was not a positive one. Despite the convenience of ordering through their site, the shipping process was unreliable and confusing, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. If you do decide to purchase something through Fruugo, I highly recommend using PayPal for added security and peace of mind.

Fruugo Fruugo Review: Disappointing Experience with Fake Items and Poor Customer Service

Firstly, let me start by saying that my experience with Fruugo (fruugo.com) has been anything but pleasant. I purchased what were supposed to be refurbished items from their website, and initially, everything seemed legitimate. However, upon further investigation, I found out that there were no contact points, and the online assistance bots were unhelpful and generic.

After waiting for over a month, I finally received my items and was disappointed to find out that they were fake. The only way to contact the seller was through the website, and it turned out to be a random unknown person from China. They advised me to send the items back to them, which required me to pay for the tracked shipping. I was not keen on doing this, as it meant that my money was already gone.

Furthermore, I raised my concerns about the seller selling fake goods to Fruugo, but they haven't taken any action yet. It's disappointing to see a company fail to take responsibility for their actions and not address the issue promptly.

Overall, my experience with Fruugo has been frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking for a trustworthy online shopping experience.

Fruugo Fruugo's Customer Service Lacks Accountability: My Disappointing Experience

My experience with Fruugo was extremely disappointing, to say the least. Although they were efficient in taking payment and dispatching my order, their customer service left a lot to be desired. Despite my goods allegedly being delivered, I never received them and have been met with nothing but frustration when trying to resolve the issue. Fruugo keep insisting that the matter has been dealt with, but they have failed to provide any evidence to support their claim of a delivery signature. As a result, I have been going around in circles with them for weeks now.

It's evident that their customer service is lacking, and their approach to customer complaints is both unhelpful and unprofessional. Their incompetence has resulted in a situation where they are seemingly providing an online thieving service that benefits only themselves. As customers, we deserve better than this. It's clear that they have no regard for the needs or concerns of their customers and I would highly advise against using their service. In fact, if I could give them a rating of -100 stars, I would.

Fruugo Fruugo.com's disappointing service: incorrect order and partial refund offered

I recently had a disappointing experience with Fruugo.com when I ordered a pair of shoes in the UK size 6 (EU 39) and received a US size 6 (EU 3) instead. Eager to resolve the situation, I contacted Fruugo's Help Desk via email to explain the situation and request a returns label so I could return the incorrect item and obtain a full refund.

To my disappointment, Fruugo's response was less than satisfactory. They stated that they were unable to offer a returns label and could only provide a partial refund of 50%. Needless to say, I was disappointed with this level of service from a company that I had placed my trust in.

After several back-and-forth email communications with attached documents, Fruugo eventually increased their partial refund offer to 70%. While this was still not the full refund that I had hoped for, I felt that I had reached my limit in terms of time and energy spent on this issue, and reluctantly accepted their offer.

In conclusion, while I appreciate that mistakes can happen in any business, and that a returns policy may differ from company to company, I found Fruugo's service to be lacking. The inability to offer a returns label and only a partial refund left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, due to this unsatisfactory experience, I will not be using Fruugo in the future, and will not hesitate to share my negative experience on review websites to warn others of the potential drawbacks of using this company.

Fruugo Disappointing Experience Shopping on Fruugo's Website: A Review

I was quite disappointed with my experience shopping on Fruugo's website. Firstly, I had no idea that the items were coming all the way from China and that the website was essentially a dropshipping store. It would have been helpful to have been provided with this information prior to making my purchase.

Moreover, the delivery of my item was significantly delayed, leaving me frustrated and wanting a full refund. I made the request for a refund, and I'm happy to say that the item has been returned. However, the whole process of getting a response from their customer service team has been less than satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch with them, I still haven't received a response.

One of the reasons I chose to shop on Fruugo was because I assumed it was a Danish store, and I believed the items would be available locally, making it easier and quicker to receive them. This, unfortunately, turned out to be incorrect.

I feel let down by my experience shopping on Fruugo and wouldn't recommend the platform to others. In hindsight, I would have been better off using other e-commerce platforms such as Ali Baba or Ali Express, as at least the presence of a customer service team and a dispute resolution process would have given me more reassurance as a customer.

All in all, I can't help but feel like Fruugo is nothing but a scam, and would advise others to steer clear of it.

Fruugo Review of Fruugo Canada: Sketchy Business Practices, Poor Quality Products & Customer Service

When it comes to online shopping, we all want to have a great experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me when I purchased two pairs of boots from Fruugo Canada. First of all, let me start by saying that Fruugo Canada is not based in Canada, which was a bit alarming for me. However, I still decided to give them a chance and made a purchase.

The boots arrived from China, which was another surprise. Although the size indicated on the shoes was 41, they appeared to be more like a 40/39, which wasn't good news at all. I had hoped to return them and asked them to cover the shipping fees, but this proved to be extremely difficult.

In fact, I had over 30 exchanges with Fruugo Canada regarding this issue, and it was quite frustrating to say the least. Apart from the obvious difficulty of communicating with them, I noticed that the products had a terrible smell. It seemed as though they had been made by unscrupulous means that were not at all environmentally friendly.

Being a responsible consumer, I would not recommend doing business with Fruugo Canada. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust positive reviews of this company because I suspect they are posted by employees. What's more, these boots are sold by different companies under different names, but they all originate from the same sweatshop in China.

In the end, I gave up dealing with Fruugo Canada and threw the boots away. It's important to be wary when we make purchases online, especially from companies that seem sketchy. While it's understandable to want to save a few bucks, it's not worth putting up with subpar products and shady business practices.

Fruugo Disappointing experience with Fruugo - Unreliable retailer leaves child without Christmas gift

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Fruugo (fruugo.com) that I feel compelled to share. I had ordered a hoverboard for my young son as a Christmas present, and while it arrived on time, it unfortunately didn't work. I reached out to both the retailer and Fruugo multiple times in an attempt to get a replacement, but all I received were promises to contact me after leaving a review elsewhere. Even when I responded to that contact, I didn't receive any further assistance. It has now been almost a month since Christmas, and my 8-year-old son is still without his gift.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to call the number listed on the website for assistance, I was met with no answer due to the Covid situation. As a parent, I am deeply disappointed and upset by this entire situation. If I had seen the negative reviews of Fruugo before placing my order, I would have certainly looked elsewhere for a more reliable retailer.

I don't typically write reviews, but I feel it's important to warn others to steer clear of Fruugo. It's clear that this company is not invested in customer satisfaction, and I truly believe that they should be embarrassed and ashamed of their lack of response to my issue. Fruugo Avoid Fruugo - A Dishonest and Misleading Marketplace

I had a really negative experience with Fruugo (fruugo.com) and would strongly advise against making any purchases from this marketplace. I had placed an order and was promised delivery within 2-4 days, however, after waiting for 4 days, I received an email informing me that the order would now take 10-14 days to arrive. Understandably, I was frustrated and tried to cancel the order. Unfortunately, Fruugo replied saying that this was not possible.

I decided to wait for the order to arrive and then arrange a return, assuming this would be straightforward. However, when I requested a return label, Fruugo responded with another disappointing message, this time stating that they did not accept returns because there was nothing wrong with the product.

At this point, I was understandably frustrated by the situation and quoted Fruugo's own return policy webpage which clearly states that customers can "return their order for a full refund if they are not satisfied for any reason." Despite this, Fruugo refused to budge and repeated their previous message.

The whole situation was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling cheated by Fruugo's dishonest and misleading practices. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers' rights and are happy to lie in order to avoid issuing refunds. In my opinion, Fruugo are nothing more than a group of scammers who should be avoided at all costs.

Paid for the item and got tracking advise and the order still says shipped 06.10.2023. Contacted the helpdesk with a lady Nichole p replied back with tracking number. Contacted again with no reply. Spend almost R450 on the items which is now lost and forgotten.
