Fresh Page Home Improvement LLC is the best! They did an amazing job on my home and it was so easy to work with them. They covered everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

We hired Fresh Page to help with hail damage insurance claim and to do the repairs. The insurance assessed damage and gave us replacement value of *** We then came to agreement with fresh page to replace roof, gutters and siding, all covered by insurance after assessment. Our roof was replaced by Fresh Page on February First. At completion of the roof they wanted payment of *** which we gave then. In April they contacted us claiming insurance denied additional claims for the roof and suggested we hire thier in house public adjuster to represent us. To better understand claims we asked to see what they needed additionally from our insurance. We then got an email from public adjuster of the additional funds she wanted from insurance. When we looked at the list there were many red flags. They were asking for extra money on items we discussed them not doing such as fascia, windows etc. We were told if we didn't hire the public adjuster we would be stuck with an additional *** out of pocket. When questioning why they are charging for things we didn't want he told us that if we didn't feel they were doing a good job he would allow us to break contract and end business with them with no additional charges. We would only then be responsible for the charges for the roof. At this point we asked if we could please get a separate itemized receipt for the roof. We have been asking and are still yet to receive receipt for the roof so we can settle with them and get the rest of our money back to repair the rest of our damage. The last time we spoke to them on phone they told us roof would cost upwards of *** dollars. I asked again please send itemized receipt as amount keeps changing and increasing after the fact. They have been very dishonest with dealings with our insurance. They quoted our insurance in March after roof complete for *** We just want our return of *** and a receipt so we can complete the rest of our hail damage repair.

I hired Fresh Page Home Improvement LLC after a hail storm hit our town on 9/27. They agreed to fix what my insurance allowed, including the roof, shed roof, siding, gutters, garage door, window screens, patio screen door, mailbox, drip edge, flashings, gutter apron, starter strip, all vents, and ridge shingles on the main roof. The roof supplies were delivered and installed on 10/28, and I gave them a down payment check of $20,767.71. However, communication became complicated after the check was picked up, and the owner, ***, got involved, making it even worse. Billy, who was supposed to have everything completed within two weeks from the roof completion, did not communicate. They decided to hold off on the siding until spring, but everything else was supposed to be completed. After several back and forth emails, *** and I left each other alone. On 3-8-22, I reached out to *** to see if we could start fresh and finish my house. He agreed, and the siding was put on. However, during the walk around, I pointed out several things wrong with our roof, such as flashings and caps never installed, gutter apron reused, ridge shingles not straight, shingles flying off the roof, drip edge very wavy and sticking off facia, facia and drip edge dented, drip edge sticking off the facia, some spots up to an inch, missing gutter on the east side of the valley, ice and water barrier never inspected prior to roof being installed (per village), no final inspection with village ever completed, no inspection on siding from electric, plumbing, roofing, hvac per village, and damage to our interior walls (which *** was supposed to credit us for). On 4-25, I informed *** that we had 2nd and 3rd opinions come check our roof. The last form of communication with *** was on *** regarding a different property. Then, nothing till ***, when he informed me he submitted an invoice to AMI, after I had to hire an attorney to send a letter to him. Nothing else has been done.
