Return shipping was paid out of pocket. After 3 attempts at getting my account credited. I received an email saying that Focus Camera did not sell me the laptop that was returned. Documentation was sent in the package returned on November ,. Additionally, the invoice for these were sent via email on 12//2020.

Defective lens Serengeti sunglasses that they do not want to replace I purchased a pair of Serengeti Aviator sunglasses as a gift for someone and it turns out that the lenses have a manufacturing defect, as confirmed by Customer Service at the end of a days-long email exchange. Now they refuse to authorize a replacement saying that it can not be done after more than 30 days from purchase. A manufacturing defect is still a manufacturing defect after 31 days and so on, so this arbitrary deadline only serves one purpose -- to deny replacement of defective items sold.

On 6//2020 I put in two orders to Focus Camera. Order # *** and order # ***. I have not received them and I cannot get hold of anyone. They do not answer the phone or my emails. I have previously called and talked to someone there and they assured me they had my order and would be sending them as soon as they came in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID but now it is 9//2020 and I have not received them. I wrote emails to them on 8//2020, 9/*/2020, 9//2020 and 9//2020. Each order contained 2 fire pits and each order was $635.38 for a total of $1270.76. They were paid by PayPal on June18.Please help me. Two of these orders were wedding presents. Thank you.

The product was much smaller then they offer which I had to prove to them via photos and measurements. I contacted customer service, sent photos in and went back and forth with customer service (Kevin G.) for weeks to only be offered a partial credit to just keep the jars which technically I would be paying for what I could use and was not broken. After waiting more then the time allowed for refund I called back to only find out refund was never started and funds will be rushed back to me within 24 hours (spoke to D). It's now been a few weeks and STILL no money, customer service has been of no help. This company is selling inconsistent products, with no regard to do the right this by their customers.

I chatted online with a sales rep about a pre-order for a camera. The process was they would authorize my card but not charge me until the device ships. He told me he would cancel my order a the end of the week if he couldn't get my order shipped. the next day my account was charged. I reached out asking about shipping as I had no notification. I was told the item was pre order still. A week passed before I was finally able to get ahold of the original sales rep who told me he charged the amount hoping it would push me up the list. he assured me he would cancel the order in 2 days if it didnt ship. 2 days later I was trying to contact him with no response. On october *** I cancelled the order and was told I would have a email stating the order was cancelled. I never got that email. I have tried to contact the business ever since with no response and have not had my money refunded.

In December , I purchased an Elite Suito indoor bike trainer from Focus Camera for approximately $800 (via ***). It was order number ***. It worked for a few weeks then it broke. They directed me to Todson, their supplier, who confirmed that a computer board on the unit was broken and they sent me a new board with instructions for installing it. When it turned out impossible to install the new part, the supplier sent me a replacement trainer--but it was a DIFFERENT model that did NOT include a key component (requiring me to buy the component and the special tools to install it). So, I paid Focus Camera almost $800 for a nonfunctioning trainer and they're pointing fingers at their supplier and refusing to provide any assistance, even though Focus Camera is the one that sold me the worthless equipment. It seems to me that the dispute should be between Focus Camera and Todson but now I'm left out of pocket about $800 and no functioning trainer.

They refunded $34.32 on 2020.12.13. The subwoofer sat unopened in the Cosby TN post office. On 2020.01.09, I drove to Cosby TN and picked up the box and took it to my *** and used provided return label on unopened box to return. Focus received 2020.01.13 per ***. I used chat in early Feb to contact when I never got email or never got a refund. Was told that cables were missing from the box. Explained that I never opened the box and was told that full refund would be issued. Called 2020.03.01 to report no refund and told again that cables were missing and explained unopened box again and was told I would be issued refund minus the cables they claim were missing from the unopened box. No refund yet.

I have purchased a couple of items from this reseller and I never had an issue until this January *** I purchased a couple of Anker Soundcore airbuds from them. About a month ago, one of them started not working properly. I contacted them directly and they told me they only returned the money for 30 days. I explained to Apollonia and Kevin that I did not want the money one but a replacement for they were still under warranty. Kevin never replied my e-mail and Apollonia just told me I had to contact the manufacturer. I did and I was told that they do not cover it for I bought it from a reseller so I had to contact them. This is incredible that a well stablished company like Focus Camera is doing it to a loyal customer. It is unconceivable that in the United States they do not acknowledge the warranty for 12 months. I never requested the money back but a repair or replacement. If they do not, they should at least assist the buyer with the manufacturer, not just throw the ball into their court. It is honestly sad they are doing this.

I purchased a lens from Focus Camera booth at the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International show in Las Vegas on 2//2020. I paid by credit card and traded in two lenses toward the purchase. I was told by the salesman Ralph S I would probably be receiving my lens the following week. After about a week and a half no lens. I called and Ralph said there was a delay due to the covid situation starting. I understood. Three weeks went by and I called again and was told by another sales associate that Fujifilm was closed and they could not get the lens but as soon as they did they would ship it. About three more weeks went by and no lens. I started a chat on the Focus Camera website with Ralph and told him I wanted to receive back the lenses I traded in and a credit on my credit card. He said the lenses were sold so he would send me a check and I said also credit my credit card. Here we are on May *,, no check and no credit card credit. I have sent them a contact form two times in the last three weeks and they do not even respond or acknowledge me. This is very disturbing as the credit card credit should be $1,137.63 and the check should be about $550.00. I don't understand why they will not take care of this issue.
