Fidelity National collections (***) billed my daughter although the health insurance is under my name and employment. My daughter is a college student and has never worked. The billing should be placed in my name as it has been for 34 years, since I am the responsible party. I called on Dec. 28, 2020 to correct this but the person who answered the phone refused to correct this. This is the only company who has done this.

I had paid my bill 3/5 with my credit card I was told I was going to get a receipt and never got it. Also I've never received any correspondence at ALL from this company,they flag me as negative and did not reported my payment and or send me my receipt of payment. I need this to be removed from my credit report and stop posting negative things on my credit report you guys cost me 50 points you ruined my chances to buy a home you hurt me and my family.

I paid off my medical bills in full. I asked for a receipt because I am trying to buy my first home and my kids and I are staying with my mom while I work with a lender and I am paying off all my bills. They told me they would email a receipt as proof of payment. No email came. I called them back and asked for a receipt as proof of payment so I could give it to the mortgage lender as proof that I paid off my medical bills. They said they would mail one. No mail still was received. I have called them 5 total times and still no email or mail. No receipt. I am not going to get approved for a mortgage loan until I can prove I have paid all my medical bills off that was reported negatively on my credit score. Every time I call them it is this same circle of email or mail a receipt and nothing comes. It has been over two weeks since I paid this off.

I submitted a dispute to the collections bureau, and Fidelity never worked it. When speaking to the collections agency he said they are not legally required to respond to disputes. The dispute has sat open for several months, and they are still refusing to work it. The agent then refused a transfer to a supervisor even asking several times and letting him know that he is required to transfer me to one. Then he talked over me, tried to dismiss me, and tried hanging up on me. TO which I responded that is harassment you are required to transfer me to a supervisor legally. He then provided a phone number which was attempted to be contacted for 30 minutes and no one answered. They refuse to reach out to the original creditor, this is an insurance dispute and they will do nothing for it. Refuse to verify validity of the debt outside of sending a statement. A statement for what sir? Do your job as per FCRA Requirements and work this dispute! It is sitting in dispute status for months and needs worked and verified as correct or removed from the reporting. You are not even reporting it as a dispute to all bureaus.
