FedEx FedEx lying about delivery attempt

My fedex order was schedule for delivery today requiring signature. We’re at home and have several cameras, yet I get a text stating a delivery was attempted.This was clearly a lie. I called customer service, I’m told the same non sense and that another delivery would be made 10/18. I inform the rep that this is unacceptable and needed the package for this weekend. She claims that they will try to make another attempt today. I never have this issue with any other deliveries. I seen many complaints about this so I know it is a known issue by FedEx but they don’t seem to care or value customer service.

Desired outcome: Would like my package delivered today as stated.

FedEx Wrong delivery

This month, I ordered 5 packages from Wayfair and one from Target. All deliveries were correctly addressed by the shippers.

On September 30th, I personally accepted 3 Wayfair boxes from the FedEx driver on my driveway at the above referenced address.

On October 7th, I received a FedEx delivery notification for package 4 from Wayfair. The photo in the delivery proof is not my house, it is not similar to any others in the neighborhood. My house is frame, the photo shows a brick home.

On October 8th, I received a FedEx delivery notification for package 5 from Wayfair. Once again, the delivery proof photo is not my home and in fact, it’s a different home from the misdelivered photo of October 7th!

Today, I received a FedEx delivery notification for package 6, the Target order. Again, the package was delivered to another home. The delivery proof photo is of a third house, not the ones shown in the misdelivered photos of October 7th and 8th!

I have spent countless hours trying to retrieve these packages whose values exceed $650. FedEx basically does some tracking search and tells me to chase the shipper. It’s not the shipper’s fault that these packages are being lost. I then file complaints with my credit card company to dispute the charges. It’s time consuming and ridiculous that I have to clean up after FedEx’s failures.

I now cannot buy items from any merchant that uses FedEx as the delivery service because I know the item will never reach me

Desired outcome: Delivery of my missing packages along assurances that driver will deliver future packages to my house.

FedEx Fed Ex Driver speeding through company parking lot

Fed Ex Ground Truck driver L Moyers truck # 408516.

Security team has cautioned the Fed Ex driver multiple times about speeding on the campus especially while driving around the back side of the plant to pick up or deliver packages. Posted speed on campus is 5 miles per hour. Drivers pass between the plant and an employee parking area where team members cross the access during breaks and lunch.

Fed Ex driver has not complied with the request to slow down!

Desired outcome: 1. Driver complies with posted speed limit.2. I'd appreciate a response.3. I would like an apology to be given to the security team.

FedEx Delivery Services

I am Phillip Johns, 20119 Trovinger Mill Road, Hagerstown, Md., 21742. For 13 years any delivery handled by Fedex has either been misdelivered or not received or even in my opinion perhaps stolen by a not telling the truth driver. UPS or the US Postal service, even Amazon trucks make deliveries but again Fedex is incapable of delivering. I have called the Fedex 800 number and have been promised a return call from someone locally but I never receive the promised call. What regulatory agency must I contact? When ordering products from Amazon, Walmart, whoever, I alway call and beg those I speak to not to use Fedex. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com or my cell phone, [protected]. FedEx Dangerous fedex driver

At approximately 1:05pm on 10/11/22, a fedex truck was driving well over the 25mph limit in our neighborhood. This is a small lake community with much on street parking, people walking dogs and with small children, people riding bikes, much twisting and turning. The truck in question was on Otter Street in Waterford, MI 48328. I tried to contact your customer service department, but was met with someone who clearly has issues with english. She told me to go after the truck and get the number or call the police. She told me that fedex has absolutely no department that monitors the locations of trucks and that your company was incapable of figuring it out. Someone or something is bound to get hurt or damaged because of this reckless driver. I told her I would be happy to follow her advice about contacting the police to let them know that I tried to contact the company and they refused to do anything. I will further try to have such an unsafe, incapable company barred from our neighborhood. By the way, I also recorded the call and will take it to the next township meeting and also the next neighborhood association meeting. The customer service number I called is [protected].

Desired outcome: I would like notification that this driver has had the dangers of his/her reckless driving explained to him/her. I would hope that you would better educate your employees so they do not make you seem like buffoons.

FedEx about my delivery from ebay using fedex

fed ex listed my order as delivered. almost a week later it was finally was delivered. fed ex said it was delivered on 10/6 and after i opened a dispute with the seller and ebay i finally got it on 10/11 why does fed ex use a tracking system if their employees either don`t know how or don`t care about doing their job.very poor or untrained people.

FedEx Lied about delivery attempts.

For two days now I have been waiting on a package to be delivered from FedEx. The "first" attempt was Saturday, 10/8 around 3:30 pm I was home. No one rang our doorbell or left a door tag. Received a text update saying, "Customer not available or Business is closed." This is a lie. So again today, very same thing Sunday, 10/9 another text update saying the same message and a delivery attempt was made at 11:10 am. I've been home all day! So I have one more chance to receive my package before it is sent back to the company. Again, no knock, ringing of doorbell or door tag. This is ridiculous! I'm extremely unhappy with FedEx and how lazy, untruthful their employee is.

Desired outcome: I want my package, nothing says it requires a signature so why haven't it been left at me door if an attempt was made.

FedEx Delivery Attempt

My sister and I ordered the same item on the same day. We both received are shipping information on the same day with a delivery for the same day. However my sister got her package but, i didn’t receive mines. I received an email saying that my package was delayed being delivered and would be delivered the following day. The next day early in the morning i receive a email stating that my package is out for delivery. I wait at home all day for this package but it never comes. Instead i receive another email stating that an attempt was made but no one was home. That is a flat out lie. I was waiting outside for my package and besides the package doesn’t require a signature. When they delivered my sister’s package they left it right out the front door. No signature was required. I want to report this fraudulent company for their incessant lying.

FedEx Delivery of Packages

One week ago FedEx delivers 3 large size boxes to my home.

Yesterday and again today, I receive FedEx delivery notifications for 2 new packages. When I review the delivery photos, they are not of my house. In fact, they are 2 different houses and do not look like any homes near me.

How can FedEx deliver to the correct location one week and then twice the following week deliver to my packages to distinctly different addresses and homes?

Of course FedEx is no help. File complaints and pray that a miracle happens. In the meantime, I have to notify the vendors and file credit card disputes all because FedEx has no clue as to where they are delivering. Any business that uses FedEx delivery is now off my vendor list. I have to spend hours of my time trying to chase my packages and get refunds while FedEx just delivers wherever they please or steals the items.

Desired outcome: Find my packages and get my address recognized for future deliveries.

FedEx Delivery

Hello -

This is not the first time (approximately the 5th time), but I had important packages expected today. Waited at home, and then received a message that delivery was attempted and customer was not at home. The driver leaves no door tag. I checked my Ring footage, there were no attempts to ring the doorbell, and no activity. I believe the driver lies so that they don’t have to unload 10 heavy packages. I would not be upset except this has happened multiple times prior. Customer service at FedEx admits that this is happening a lot. A quick internet search indicates the same. All the boxes were scanned as loaded on the truck. And yet FedEx for some reason can’t get the driver to deliver to me today. I feel this is fraudulent and deceitful behavior on the part of FedEx. Delivery date was said to be 10/8/2022. Photos show no delivery attempted and no door tag.

Desired outcome: I would like my shipping charges refunded. My time is very valuable, and I waited and rescheduled things to be sure to receive my important shipment.

Photos show no doorbell attempt and no door tag left. In addition, it’s a residential delivery with no signature required. So if they “attempted” it, they should have just left it.

FedEx Delivery and customer service

Fed-Ex changes (has happened multiple times) my address from the address provided to the shipper to an address we moved from months ago. The first time it happened, we called. Was told that they identified the problem. That was not accurate but the next time, we realized in time to have it held at a pick up center instead of delivered. Called customer service again, was told again that the problem was resolved.

This week, I was expecting a part for my refrigerator; I confirmed Monday morning that it was still on track to be delivered to my new address. 3 hours later, I received a text notification that it was delivered to my old address. I immediately wasted time calling Fed-Ex, to be told that they had delivered it, that I need to confirm that it was not picked up for safe keeping by neighbor or family. Making them understand that the delivery address and the address provided by the shipper is painful. They ask me to contact the shipper, tell the shipper to put in a case to pull back the delivery so that they could return and retrieve the package. I spent an hour on the phone with the shipper trying to get this taken care of. That night, I got an email from the shipper advising that they said it was delivered, for me to confirm that a neighbor didn't have it. Another bit of time wasted as I called them BACK to tell them that they delivered it to the wrong city, much less address. Told 2 times by Fed-ex that the request was made to return to retrieve, and told 2 times that they were not able to do that. Today told that the case is closed, call the shipper to have them start claims process. Called back to confirm the case number for the shipper to be told that they are still investigating.

They are horrid No one seems to know what is going on. I will not do business with anyone who uses them as their shipping carrier because of this continued horribe customer service in regards to this repeated problem.

Desired outcome: Determine why they continue to change my physical address; contrary to what their systems seem to think I do know where I live, where i need my packages delivered to.

FedEx Driver is driving way too fast

the FedEx driver(s) are always driving well over the POSTED speed limit of 15MPH on our dirt road.. it is a DEAD END dirt road as well. there are several families with small children and plenty of family pets along our little dead end dirt road. we and others in the neighborhood have stopped the(a) driver and told them to slow down with negative results. I will call Benton county sheriff’s office next time FEDEX drives down my road like their on the "Dukes of Hazzard". This behavior by a company driver is unacceptable. I am a fleet safety manager who trains improvement in this kind of unsafe behavior. I expect a response to this complaint and i expect action taken to ensure my dead end dirt road is safe from unsafe FEDEX Drivers.

FedEx Fedex claims they attempt delivery but I was home and outside when the suppose delivery was attempt. Total lie

[protected] The fedex tracking said the delivery will be by the end of day. I was at home and the suppose time they attempt outside my villa. I call Fedex support and she says it was rescheduled for tomorrow. She said the item is on fedex truck. First she made it seem that it was schediule tomorrow. Then when I request it still be delivered today, she said she will attempt to have a driver to try and deliver again tonight.

Desired outcome: I was home all day waiting for this package. I want it delivered today or first thing in the morning.

FedEx Late delivery [protected]

This shipment was to be picked up last Saturday for delivery on Monday. The shipper informed me that the pick up did not happen until Monday, with delivery by noon on Tuesday. Further delay notification indicated delivery by noon today. Shipment received at 11:45 AM. Delivery agent said that the shipment was one day “early”.

I am not pleased with this delayed delivery for a “premium price next day delivery “ service!

FedEx Horrendous Delivery Experience ( STILL IN TRANSIT ) 5 Week Later !

I ordered medical supplies from a company associated with my Medical Insurance Company on September 3rd, 2022. It is now October 5th, and despite me trying numerous times to get help, and speaking to several people in at least two or three other countries somewhere else in the world, who were difficult to understand (and of Absolutely NO HELP), my package is STILL in Transit some 5 weeks later.

It was originally being sent from about three or four states away. The Fed-Ex Tracking has reflected that it has handled about two dozen times in no less than five or six specific Fed-Ex Facilities. It has been to back West, Virginia, Hagerstown, MD and Newark DE three to four time at each location. Newark DE is less than two hours driving time from my town in Selbyville, DE ( which I most likely could have walked to and back home in a couple of days in the FIRST WEEK ).

I am a retired senior -level executive specializing in Distribution, Logistics and Consumer Relations. I need to tell this Unbelievable Experience to someone within the Fed-Ex Corporate Organization. Please have a Senior-Level Director or Above contact me ... Gerald Zakes [protected]

Desired outcome: The opportunity to speak to a senior-level executive whose may actually give a damn about Customer Service !

FedEx Fake Delivery Attempts

I was supposed to receive a package today from FedEx by "the end of the day". I waited all day for the package. Around 6 PM, I called FedEx customer service trying to find out where my package was. All I could get out of them was "it's on the truck and will be delivered by the end of the day." I then informed them that the end of the day had already passed, and that it was after 6 PM. They kept insisting that the end of the day was 8 PM.

For the rest of the United States, the end of the day is 5 PM. If FedEx wants to give themselves until 8 PM, call it "by 8 PM", not "the end of the day." That is a side issue though.

While I was still on the phone trying to get some sort of response as to when my package would be delivered, I refreshed the tracking web site, and suddenly there was a notice that an attempt had been made to deliver the package at 6:51 PM but that I was not home to accept the package. That is a lie. I was home all day, and at that precise moment was talking to FedEx customer service. I could see out the window that no truck had come. My doorbell had not been rung. A bit later I went out to the front door, and as I expected, there was no paper notification that they had tried to deliver the package. Either they had attempted to deliver to the wrong address, or more likely, they were running late and wanted to call it a day. so they falsified the attempted delivery.

Now I have to go through the same process tomorrow. If you say that you are going to deliver something on Tuesday, then you should deliver it on Tuesday. Even better, instead of a vague "by the end of the day", give a 2 hour window or so. I wasted over twelve hours either waiting for a delivery that never came, or on the phone with customer service listening to the same excuses and lies over and over, with no actual help offered.

FedEx Express Delivery

I needed something shipped fast, so opted with Fedex. I was sold a 37.00 rate, for a very small package of only a few ounces, and was assured it would be there in two days (NW FL to VA). The two days turned into five days. When I asked for a refund, my claim was denied and the answer was, first from the place representing Fedex basically "too bad, Fedex is terrible these days." Then from a Fedex employee in the complaint department basically "too bad." Not that I could understand the person on the phone. I did understand him when he said that they only refund on overnight rates (after the 3rd time he said it). So basically, they can lie and sell people outrageous rates and not hold their end of the bargain and then deny their customers a refund for something they paid for and did not get. This is theft, lying and cheating folks. I could have gone to the USPS and paid 3.50 for a priority envelope and it would have gotten there faster. I really don't know how they get away with this.

FedEx Certain packages consistently being "lost"

We are a business that mails out bus tickets on a daily basis to our customers. Ever since we were required to record the value of the packages, our larger orders have been getting "lost". These tickets are almost solely for our paratransit customers who use these tickets to get back and forth either to work or doctor appointments. If it was one or two orders here or there that we have problems with it would be one thing, but it's far more than that. We've filed claims and they've been denied, stating that packages were signed for. Some of the addresses that packages have supposedly been delivered to have been an empty field or to an apartment that was not an apartment complex. One stated it was signed for at an address by our employee who was the one who filled out the slip. We called last week about one missing package and was told that part of the address was missing on FedEx's end. We gave the updated information and was told that it would be delivered the next day. It still has not arrived. We called again this morning and kept being told "we need the address'. We kept giving the address and kept being told "ok, but I need the address." It was a standard address with building #, street name, city, state and zip so there shouldn't have been any confusion.

I know you handle a lot of packages on a daily basis but I do not know what the sudden problem is.

Desired outcome: Stop "losing" packages and look into "trends" as to where and why issues are happening.

FedEx Delivery and customer service

Package has been "in transit" status for mor than 48 hours and I am still unable to get anyone to provide the reason. Compounding this the company has disable the online chat claiming high volume...which make no sense. If there is a high volume wouldn't more customer services and every avenue for customers to contact the company be the effective and efficient approach. Instead, this company restricts access and opportunity to allow for better resolution to locating either misplace or misappropriated deliveries and items.

Desired outcome: I want my package [protected] and [protected] immediately

FedEx Fedex poor delivery service

I ordered a insured product needing a signature and since it is highly insured you can not change the delivery location while in transit or it will not be insured.

Well, first day of expected delivery waited outside for over a hour, no show and didn't even see a FedEx truck at any point.

The problem is I was out by the road at the time they (on their website) stated and well past the time stated as well. A attempt was never made but according to their website they did make a attempt, they did NOT.

Second day I waited a total of well over 2 hours again right by the ONE Way Road and I did see a FedEx truck and was reaching for my I. D but nope they kept going. Again their website states yet another attempt was made, again there was NO Attempt made (driving by is not a attempted delivery).

Now as we all know on the Third missed delivery and your package gets sent back to the retailer/Sender.

Now today I see this on their website (We made another delivery attempt: 10/01/2022 10:38 AM. Pick up your package(s) today after 01:00 PM at FedEx Facility: 1000 SATHERS DRIVE. A final delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.) Again there was NO Attempt.

Why would they attempt to deliver a package on a Saturday that was marked by Sender Week Days Only Delivery in person signature required? And there (FedEx) site stated
