Fave Realty Inc. is amazing! They have an agent named *** who is the best! She was so patient with us and really understood what we were looking for. I don't know what we would have done without her! We were ready to give up, but she kept reassuring us that something would come along. She never gave up on us and kept showing us houses without rushing us into making a decision. She's the best! And when it came time to close, she made sure it happened!

I rented a house from Fave Realty and their agent in ***. They were supposed to know that the property didn't have the right permit to be rented from the Town of Babylon, but they didn't tell us. Now we're having a lot of trouble because of it. The agent asked us to pay $3,000 in cash, and we found out that the house was never listed on MLS. We think she's friends with the owner and just charged us without going through the proper channels. To make things worse, her mail comes to the house.

I talked to fave realty to list my house. The agent came and introduced me to another agent from the same office who he said would be best to help me. The agent brought a few potential buyers and when they showed interest in my home, he sent them somewhere else so he could put in a fake buyer pretending to buy my home. He kept my home for over 7 months in contract and didn't tell me when the buyer got his commitment letter from his bank. This company does bad and dishonest real estate activities and can't be trusted.

I had a deal with Albert H from Fave Realty Inc to sell my house at *** on 02//20202. However, he only showed my house once in 03. I talked to Albert after speaking with Ms. J, who was originally supposed to do the sale but gave it to Albert. He returned my call after two weeks of waiting. Still, there was no action, so I talked to his Brokers Alex G and Mr. C. They were no help, and my house was advertised on Multiple Listing as Delisted. This was the last straw for me. I messaged and spoke with Mr. H to email me that our agreement was terminated, but he never did. This was a horrifying and unprofessional behavior from Mr. H and the Brokers. Please help me remove myself from Fave Realty Inc by Mr. H. He Delisted me in Advertisement. Sincerely

FAVE was recommended to me by the board president. At first, things seemed promising, but then the realtor disappeared for weeks due to different reasons. The first reason was because he got hit by a car. The second reason was that he had to take care of business in Florida, then he had to go to Pennsylvania for hand surgery, and he sent me a picture of his hand. Instead of asking someone to cover his portfolio while he was "recovering," he left me hanging for months. He claims CoVid slowed business, but he slowed business out of pure neglect and unprofessionalism. I had potential buyers, but he stood them up twice! I was highly upset and had to call Fave corporate headquarters to get the realtor's colleague involved. Even though the couple decided not to go with the apartment, I still felt I lost out on other offers because of his absence. Then the realtor pops up months later, calling me from a different number, saying he has a buyer. You would think realtors, out of respect for their clients, check buyers' info to see if they are creditworthy. Apparently, this buyer has a horrible credit rating and was denied by most mortgage banks. Meanwhile, the realtor claims he wasn't aware of her poor credit. He was seriously lazy, and I don't understand why he would even deserve any commission. He has sold apartments in the same building, and the board is upset because he never published them on record. The first contract expired, and he made it seem like it was my fault and he couldn't update my property as pending because I didn't renew our contract. I asked him many times prior to update my file, and he kept saying he would and never did until the board asked him about it. That's when he used the excuse of the seller and broker contract renewal. He can't deny any of this because I have conversations, even a picture of his bandaged hand, and everything on file. I know Fave can do better with their brokers, and it is unfortunate this rotten apple spoils it for the rest.
